(I've just moved in 2 weeks ago so the furnishings are a bit sparse, but) The apartment is one of 4 in a beautiful 1920's art deco building. High ceilings, stained glass windows.
There is a big back garden which is waiting for a vege patch, a huge mulberry tree full of fruit.
The balcony has ocean views, its off the master bedroom but you're welcome to hang out there when I'm not home.
Walking distance to the beach, and I have a spare mountain bike if you'd prefer.
Cas cooking, unlimited internet, quiet street but close enough to the beach to feel social.
