Hi!
We're looking for a single person ($210/week) or a couple ($270/week) to fill the second bedroom in our cute and affordable St Peters house :) It is 2 bedrooms and an office/spare room, and comes fully furnished (except for the advertised bedroom). The room is a decent size, large enough to fit a queen-size bed, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe (sadly no built-ins), and a bookcase. The price of the room includes an off-street parking space, and water and electricity are included in the rent. The house is a 10 minute walk to both Sydenham and St Peters Stations, is close to buses, and a short stroll to Sydney Park and lots of great cafes and restaurants. We're also right across the road from the Willie the Boatman Brewery! The house has a laundry, a courtyard, and parking! We may be able to accept a cat, but sadly the yard isn't suitable for dogs.

We're a couple, Liv (28) and Sam (30), and we're looking for a single person ($210/week) or a couple ($260/week) to fill the second bedroom in our cute and affordable St Peters house :) We may also be able to accept a cat, but sadly the garden isn't suitable for dogs.
Sam works nights as an English Second Language teacher, and I (Liv) work in mental health research and am currently studying full-time. We enjoy sharing the occasional housemate dinner (we're both vego) and a beer, but also enjoy our own space :)
