Available on November 22, the room is $180 a week ($704.10 paid monthly) not including bills and internet. It’s situated at the back of the house next to the backyard so noise is contained within. it’s approx.4x5m (might be a little more), you can see in the picture I have a queen bed with plenty of room left. The house is big and spacious with a living room, reading room, one bathroom and one outdoor toilet and a beautiful big backyard with plenty of space for plants and a fire drum. It’s a good location, 5 min walk to the grocery store and 10 min walk to Sydenham station with easy access to bus stops and your coffee fix. You’ll be living with 4 other beautiful humans, all early thirties
