Hi all,

Looking for a new housemate to join this 2 bedroom unit in Summer Hill. The unit is located 1 minute walk from Summer Hill train station, IGA, Summer Hill village shops and restaurants. It is also located 5 minutes walk from Parramatta bus stop for buses to city and/or towards Strathfield and beyond.

The unit is very cozy, free of disruptions and absolutely clean. It is located in a secure building. The second bedroom is becoming available now, and is fully furnished. The room has a double bed, mattress, desk, chair and wardrobe. The room gets ample sunshine and has a balcony attached to it. The house itself is fully furnished.

Rent is $290pw excluding bills. The bills i.e. internet, electricity and gas are split equally among the flatmates. Internet bill is paid monthly, and electricity and gas bills are paid quarterly.

I am looking for a female flatmate who is easy going, relaxed, non smoker, clean and tidy, and who can stay until February 2023 (~9 months).
