Ginnie and Simon
This lovely couple have been here for quite a while and are the heart of the house. Simon works at a brewery company, is a great laugh and has a thing or two to teach you about beer. Ginnie works as a waitress for a local restaurant. She's a creative, loves a chat and always there for when you're having a bad day.
Josh
Josh lives in the front room and is usually the person you deal with when you forget your keys (guilty). Josh is a chef and was a very helpful asset to have over the numerous lockdowns we went through! He works odd hours so when you see him make sure to say hi!
