This is a 1 of 8 (in building) special large 3 bedroom apartment + study room.
Great balcony view as it's a corner apartment and floor to ceiling sliding windows, lots of natural light (see pictures) - natural light doesn't get better than this.

There are house rules. Quiet hours between 11pm and 6am (no making loud noise or cooking extensively late at night). No smoking. Each room take turn every weekend using cleaning spreadsheet to clean common areas (still expected to clean after yourself during the week). There will always be order and quality housemates.
3 warnings for breaking house rules = receive notice to leave. There is also 1 month probation, during that period 1 week notice can be issued to leave. After that period 4 weeks notice on both sides.
