Tallest building in Sydney Olympic Park boasting 39 floors and most sought after 3 bedroom layout (you will not see this layout on Flatmates) - live in the clouds. Looking to fill with CLEAN Flatmates. I've lived here for 2+ years and was first ever tenant for the apartment. Also Room 2 has never been used so the carpet fills brand new.
Current flatmates:
Master room: Me (American male early 30s, Freelance Mobile software developer and Entrepreneur). You will rarely see me around. Doesn't cook.
Room 1: Aussie male early 20s (works in sales on site) doesn't cook

This building has the best views you will ever see in Sydney Olympic Park. No other buildings can build next to it so it's the only one with no buildings beside it. This building is also the only one to have above ground parking for first 6 floors..

The apartment:
This is a special large 3 bedroom apartment + study room + sunroom located on a high floor. This also has a commercial grade full home gym for those who like to workout from the comfort of their home. Gym is in sunroom with full noise cancelling.
Each room offered has quality 30cm memory foam mattress and quality office chair and table. Apt is equiped with literally the fastest internet in Australia; Telstra 700mbps download/ 40mbps upload.
Fisher and Paykel plumbed fridge - filtered water all the time and auto ice maker. Roomba i7+ auto vacuum + Dyson v11 (yes I take cleaning seriously). AC unit is controlled individually per room. OLED LG 65 inch TV with LG SL5Y soundbar for immersive movie experience. Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer combo with added separate dryer.lots of pantry storage space and fridge space.
Free street parking, but private garage parking available for extra $50 per week.
When you want affordability and luxury level comfort, this is the place to stay.
Prices are non-negotiable, please respect this one of a kind apartment as apartments like this never become available normally. If you want cheaper, there are other "normal apartments" to choose from.
There are house rules. Quiet hours between 11pm and 6am (no making loud noise or cooking extensively late at night). No smoking. Each room take turn every weekend using cleaning spreadsheet to clean common areas (still expected to clean after yourself during the week). There will always be order and quality housemates.
3 warnings for breaking house rules = receive notice to leave. There is also 1 month probation, during that period 1 week notice can be issued to from Head Tenant (me) only. After that period 4 weeks notice on both sides.

Very clean, quiet and always working on stuff. Very active at the gym. Cleanliness is the most important and keeping to yourself.
