Our prospective flatmates,
Jacqueline and Charles have two extra bedrooms available now, being Bedroom 3 (furnished) and Bedroom 4 (furnished), in a double storey Victorian Terrace house.
Please note the other two remaining bedrooms are currently not available as Bedroom 1 is occupied by us and Bedroom 2 by a uni student.
The vacant bedrooms (Bedrooms 3 and 4) are located in Ultimo. The Victorian terrace is only a minute walk to Ultimo Community Centre and Library, two minutes walk to Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre, three minutes walk to Powerhouse Museum, walking distances to Darling Harbour/ICC, Sydney Fish Market, Broadway Shopping Centre, Sydney Uni, Notre Dame Uni, Town Hall train station, Ultimo TAFE, UTS, buses, light rail, social meet ups, et al.
Bedroom 3 is located on level one, and comes with a new double bed, a new wardrope, two new occasional chairs, a new granite table, bedside lamp, shelving and lock keys; and Bedroom 4 is located on ground floor, and comes with a new single bed, a new wardrope, a new occasional chair, a new granite table, table lamp, heated floor and lock key. Their respective rents include internet, water, gas and electricity - all the utilities included except the heater in winter; If you need one, we can negotiate the price.
This is a quiet house and its an ideal place if you work/go to school early in the mornings.
We value a tidy house and would expect our flatmates to wash up and clean up their own after use.
We have a pet (Jack) who lives in a small pethouse in our barricaded rear garden courtyard.
We’re looking for flatmates who are clean and respectful towards the others.
The following clarification endeavours to meet all prospective applicants reasonable expectations, for a practical and swift closure of paperwork formality, so as to allow him/her to move in on the same day or on his/her nominated day.
.Bedroom 4 (sun room)’s weekly rent for single only: $220;
.Bedroom 3’s weekly rent for single: $260;
.Bedroom 3’s weekly rent for couple: $330.
BOND: 2 weeks rent and $150 key deposit will be required which will be returned at the end of your respective leases.
1.) Prospective tenants to book online for an inspection (once an enquiry is made, a hyperlink will be sent to access our online calendar);
2.) At the inspection, a one-page Application for Residential Tenancy form will be distributed, please fill in and email it to us ‘after your inspection, for our immediate consideration; and then,
3.) Successful applicants will be promptly emailed and invited to sign a standard lease agreement (REINSW standard Residential Tenancy Agreement version), and once signed, the tenant can move in.
NOTE: ALL THE ABOVE COULD BE FINALISED “ON THE SAME DAY” (Steps 1, 2 and 3), AND THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT CAN THEN MOVE IN (on the same day or his/her nominated day).

Once again, the two separate and furnished bedrooms (bedroom 3 and bedroom 4) are ideally located near sporting and recreational facilities, shopping centres, cafes, venues, arts, museums, harbours, walkways, cycleways, transportation, wifi, parks, food outlets, cinemas, social meet ups, et al.
We’re tidy, friendly and respectful; and would reasonably expect the same from our prospective flatmates.
