The property is split level so it has one bedroom downstairs. Your room is on the same floor as the living area which is upstairs and has its own bathroom and balcony.
The complex has a pool and gym. Street parking is ample! It is 3p but I've only got 2 tickets in a year and that was with my car parked on the street every day.Bus to the city is right across the street and there's a convenience store, bottle shop and cafe just underneath.
Room is unfurnished but I have no problem helping with any furnishings you need. If I don't answer my phone can you leave a message or just flick a text. Look forward to hearing from you
