About the flatmates

I am Raj Poonia, Owner, Manager and Proprietor of A1 Homestay which is a Registered Boarding House, approved by the Tamworth Regional Council. A1 Homestay provides fully furnished self-catering home accommodation ideally suited for back-packers, tourists, travelers, workers from overseas and from neighboring areas who are looking for competitive and affordable priced stay.
The rooms and bed layouts, as shown in the pictures, and listed rent, is for a couple. In case the room is shared by two singles, two separate single beds could be provided in lieu of a queen/double bed at no extra cost.

Important: Following the 'Covid-Safety Rules' at A1 Homestay is mandatory. Flatmates must be healthy and disease free. Proof of having completed 14 days quarantine is mandatory for the safety of other occupants, in case of overseas travels. Information about Travel and stay history for past two weeks is necessary. Recommendations from previous landlords are preferred.
