A comfortable and modern four bedroom house. All rooms in the house have reverse airconditioners. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The house has security screens on all windows and doors and a water filtration system. I have a cleaner that comes in once a fortnight and takes care of the living/kitchen areas and my bathroom. There is a furnished spare room for guests.
Unfortunately no additional pets will be allowed on the property, as I have two cats of my own.
