We have a big backyard, a beautiful tree with a hammock and a fire-pit. Although it has one bathroom, there is a second toilet in the laundry if required. Bond is $495 NOT the $460 listed. We're looking for someone to go on the lease.

About the flatmates
I'll be making the move up to Sydney for postgrad study and therefore will be very sadly moving from the Gong and this amazing house. It is an absolute steal at $115/week, in CBD Wollongong (Beatson st) only 5 minutes walk to town, the beach, Woolies and Aldi, green bus stop and the golf club for spontaneous afternoon bevs.
You'll be living with three legends (one couple and another female) working full-time in allied health/law and everyone's favourite housemate, Reggie the Ridgeback (featured in the backyard photo). Everyone is in their mid to late 20's.
I'm looking to make the move to Sydney in the first week of January, so ideally that's the move-in date but get in contact if that doesn't fit, there may be flexibility to move in earlier. Reach out and introduce yourself if you want to see the place in person.
