About the property

Vivid Apartments, modern, secure building, & offstreet parking. Conveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance of groceries, cbd, public transport & free #55 City loop bus to Uni & beach, public & private hospitals, private practices, specialists, medical center(s),

Only sharing with 1 other single, (no surprise couples, straight), Australian (local), quiet, non smoker, social drinker (usually offsite/friends), tidy, responsible primary tenant.

Bond covers high standard hygiene cleanliness, furnishing/facilities, your own non-shared main bathroom (exception: your bathroom is to be kept tidy for either flatmate to use bathtub) mirrored biw, own private balcony. All you need to bring is your own bed & bedding, which is implied standard hygiene practice & common sense courtesy.

I have a King Single deluxe 198 x 76 x 10cm self-inflating mattress’ (x2 placed together to make a double if required) & bedding in interim. You will be expected to pay extra in bond if temporarily required, bond returned obviously when no longer require mattress(es) & linen/bedding.

*All Apartments in NSW are strictly Non-Smoking fines apply, I am a non-smoker, off premises only.

Additional seperate motorbike and visitor only parking, only 1 unit carspace available for $50 per week.

House rules: It’s implied you know how to be courteous, reasonable, hygienic & clean up after yourself, look after the furnishings, shared spaces & your own private spaces. You’re an additional tenant, not the primary tenant or sole lessee, so as long as you’re aware I won’t risk putting my lease in jeopardy, or being fined by body corporate or real estate.

Quiet level, families and professionals, non-smoking apartment block. Noise to be kept to a reasonable and respectable level in conjunction with WC council EPA. Body corporate unit complex rules are it is to be contained within your unit, not impact on residents.

Courtesy when inviting guests and family, inform the other flatmate especially length of stay preferably not an overnight stay, otherwise it’s only fair you pay a nightly contribution for your guest, no more than once a week, this apartment is not ideal for a couple, as it’s implied to respect each other’s space & privacy, considering splitting rent & bills.

Utilities in my name and paid monthly, my last combined bill for gas, electricity & hot water was approx. $100 split evenly with flatmate. Bills are split and paid on time, non negotiable.

About the flatmates

Quiet, respectful, private still social. Casual construction labourer (early morning/dayshift), p/t 2nd year UOW RN student, NSW Health clearance & flu vaccine updated, hygienic health conscious flatmate.
Hobbies: guitar, bass, motorbike, nursing medicine & allied health, dog walker for Siberian Husky.
Weekends work with car mechanic friend, motorbike ride, uni assessments/study, socialise local friends. Rarely a homebody, when I am I prefer peace, undisturbed sleep, no unapproved visitors risking/disrespecting my lease.
Busy but personable still, I am willing to lend a compassionate ear (requirement of Nursing profession), I respect others space as I prefer my own space with a decent respectful flatmate, no anti-social behaviour, and freeloaders, guests ruining what should be a friendly, happy secure place.

*I’m happy to negotiate for the right flatmate, but not to be mistaken for desperate. Mutual respect only regardless age/youth, as I believe everyone deserves a fair go.
