This is a sunny spot right on the coast! Ocean views from the couch! We are a 3 minute walk from Austinmer beach. The room will fit a Queen bed but maybe not a full-time work-from-home set up. There is a shared garden, laundry and heaps of on-street parking. Its a small but comfortable space.

Welcome to my peaceful little spot in Austinmer.
Tilly (my 6yo Lab) and I (28yo woman) are looking for a lovely chill person to move into the spare room.
Me - I work full-time as an emergency vet so sometimes I get home in the middle of the night. I enjoy cooking with flat mates and having a glass of wine or cup of tea at the end of the day.
Tilly - I'm a very good girl. My hobbies include eating and sleeping. Sorry no other pets allowed on the lease.
