The available room is large enough for 2 queen beds and has built ins' This can be furnished or Unfurnished. You will have your own bathroom with large bath and Separate shower. You will be in the downstairs area almost like a granny flat. There is a Fridge & TV down stair as well as a Microwave and a seperate entrance.
There are 2 rooms downstairs, the other room I have turned into a games room for my 13yr old who I have part time. I also have a very quiet cat. Must be good with kids and Cats :-)

I work from home but in my down time happy watching a Movie or having a chat etc... Please contact me with as much detail as possible about yourself and what your looking for. Additional rent required if your a couple.
