About the property
This house is located in Kanahooka within a gated community. Off-street parking and pool access are available at no cost. The available room has a built-in wardrobe, window with curtains, and is large enough to fit a queen bed and desk comfortably. There are 2 separate toilets however the bath and shower are shared. Lovely quiet street and a yard that is perfect for relaxing. Loungeroom filled with natural light but fitted with curtains. There are ceiling fans in almost every room and an air conditioner in the lounge room.
I have only recently moved in so while the kitchen and laundry are fully equipped and I do have furniture, new tenants are welcome to contribute with aesthetic/ design choices. You are also more than welcome to bring any of your possession that fit.
All bills are split evenly and are due quarterly. Cafe at a walking distance within the estate.
We are ideally looking for a female housemate but couples will be considered. LGBTQ+ friendly, students welcome and single mums are encouraged. Optional reduced rent if you have interest in babysitting responsibilities.

My name is Amena, I'm 24 and a single mother, and I study engineering at the University of Wollongong. I won't be home all the time but when I am a conversation is always welcome. I like to keep my space clean but I'm easygoing with general clutter.
My son's name is Hunter and he will be 3 in May. He attends daycare from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday. He is bubbly, likes to interact and is a great sleeper.
