Hey lovely people, we’re looking for a new housemate to join our little family. We’re a group of 4 Uni students and 1 tradie, all aged 22, who enjoy spending time with each other chatting about our days while cooking dinner, playing pool, and hanging out on the balcony. We respect each other in every aspect and love our alone time and getting an early night. Although we have our elderly tendencies, we are also super passionate about a good dance, party, or rave. Our personalities summed up together would be chill-chaotic-outdoorsy-loving-openminded-humans, so were ideally looking for someone along those lines.
Our house is inclusive and both forms of smoking friendly. We’re located a mere 10-minute walk to unibar, so work out class distances accordingly.
The rent will be $165/week, bills not included. Move in date is ASAP, lease ends 10th February 2023, unsure if we are resigning. If you’re looking for a short stay, still message as we can be flexible if you’re rad.
