There is really only on street parking. But the street is super quiet and I have never had trouble getting a spot right at the front door

The house is pretty big for just me. You'll actually get 2 decent size bedrooms here to yourself if you decide to move in. Can use the 2nd one for whatever you like. It's all yours. Its currently just holding my vacuum cleaner. One shared bathroom between us though.
