The rent includes all bills netflix, good internet, gas and electricity. There is also dogs one who is a 11 old X Border Collie, and a x kelpie who is almost 13. Both are very well trained.

About the flatmates
I work full time in my own business, and one of the dogs mostly comes to work with me. I am easy going, respectful, comfortable, honest and expect the same. I like the house to be kept clean and tidy but am not OCD about it but expect to work it out that we all do our own share.
