All bedrooms are all queen size, the bedroom has a bed and built in wardrobe, there is also a choice between a private entrance room that is larger but does not have a built in cupboard, but has its own small deck and overlooks the backyard. Hello! My partner Joel and I are about to sign a lease for a lovely three bedroom house in Reid. We're looking for two housemates to join us from around the 25 September. The house is on a quiet street, right behind CIT. It's a 10-15 min walk to Civic/Braddon and near some good public transport options and the lake. I think it feels nicer and more spacious in real life than in the photos, but we'll let you be the judge. Upstairs there is the bathroom and the two available rooms. Joel and I are thinking we'll share the largest, but the other two are both a good size as well. One is slightly smaller than the other and without a wardrobe, hence the price difference. Downstairs there is the lounge, a kitchen, big laundry and a separate toilet. The kitchen is big enough to fit a dining table and has pretty great storage options. It is all fairly modern. Outside we have plenty of space which we're hoping to make the most of with a veggie patch. All is unfurnished right now but we have some basics to get us started.
