This second living space and the master bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished to suit needs. Downstairs is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, another bathroom, two bedrooms, a laundry and another living area. Washing machine and drier will be provided. There is off-street parking available and utilities are included in the rent. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the rental, as much as we would love one. Sorry but no smokers either. Also note that as we will not be in Canberra until late December (and there is work being done on the place at the moment), it will not be possible to do any interviews or viewings of the unit until the week before Christmas.
