I am looking for a third housemate to join our new house share. I have a three bedroom house with an cool established garden. The kitchen extends out into the backyard, complete with a beautiful little deck. The garden has lots of plants and is very green, and blocks the views out from all the neighbours. The kitchen has a 6-burner stove, wide oven, dishwasher etc, perfect for a dinner party. There is a built in BBQ on the deck as well, if that is more your thing! The house has two living areas - a down stairs lounge room with a big TV and a studio upstairs as more of a quiet hang out space. The third bedroom is not furnished but I do have a spare bed and the house is furnished. There is space for your furniture, if you have some, but you would not need much furniture if you dont have any (a few items for the bedroom). The bedroom has a cool view of the garden.

The property is beautifully presented with an ambient and modern feel. With plenty of outdoor and indoor living space and good views. 5min drive to the O'Bahn interchange, and literally less than a minute walk to a bus stop on Lower North East Rd. Minutes within many amenities including schools, parks, plazas, cafes, restaurants and approx. 5min drive to TTP mall. The house provides off street parking and will take approximately 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house is fully furnished, with free wifi and rent is inclusive of water usage. However, there will be split bills for electricity usage. I am a chilled, very clean and mature full-time male employee. The other male housemates are very clean and chilled, and also rather quiet who tend to keep to themselves. However, a beer/meal will still be shared once in a while. We would prefer to find like minded housemates, extremely tidy and not afraid to do basic house duties. Also as I am allergic to fur, the house is not pet friendly. No smokers. No couples please.

We are in the hills just up greenhill road! 20 min scenic drive from the city, 10 mins from stirling and super close to the quaint Uraidla. We have a beautiful view over the hills from the whole upstairs of the house and there is a certain charm to the 70's style exposed red brick and archways :)
