Your room: Is on it's own level with only one other housemate down there. There is a communal area and access to a balcony on that level. There is also built in wardrobes. The room can come furnished, or I can take the furniture out, up to you. There is also the option of me putting the original single bed back in the room if you prefer a smaller bed. Also just so you know you will be subletting the room from me, so no need to sign a lease or pay bond or anything. The lease ends in January, so there will be an option to sign the lease for next year if you wanted to stay on a longer term basis. The house: It's a beautiful old Queenslander. There are 4 levels so even though there are a few housemates there is plenty of room to escape if you need some alone time, but also a huge communal living area to relax and hang out in. In this communal area there is a large tv that has netflix on it so no need for a netflix account anymore. There are two large bathrooms with showers in the house so you'd only be sharing a bathroom with at max 2 people. But because there is a toilet and with sink on every level, rarely are people waiting around to use the bathroom. Your room is listed as bed 1 on the floor plan, (this isn't the exact apartment shown, but one identical). It's fairly spacious, enough for a queen bed, dresser, a TV and some room to move. Ensuite bathroom. The place is entirely furnished except for your room, though if you had a fridge that wouldn't go astray! There's a pool onsite, offstreet parking, air con and a north-facing balcony. The complex is pretty quiet. The entire place is $400 a week, it'll be up to you and my current flatmate to work out the split, but I'm paying $220 now and she $180 because I have the garage and the ensuite/bigger room.
