The house is a lovely three bedroom home with lots of character in Annerley. There is a large open living area with a shady balcony at the front and a covered area at the rear of the house. The house is in a quiet friendly neighbourhood, close to shops, public transportation and a short walk to Yeronga Park. The room has a ceiling fan, is unfurnished but furniture can be organised if required. Furniture/appliances in the home belong to the current housemates but they are happy for their new housemate to share these. High speed internet available and there is a large area under the house for storage.
