It is wonderful place to live. There are excellent schools and recreational facilities. Easy to access the Orion Shopping mall, 5mins drive to TAFE and USQ as well as Mater Hospital. I do offer a bike for the students who studying over USQ Springfield campus, and it only takes 10mins ride to the Campus as per google map shows. The first room is a big room, about 13m2, and it is bigger than the standard room size. The rents include full furnished (bed, desk, side table), electricity bill, unlimited Wi-Fi access.
The house is very huge, in a very tranquil and peaceful setting. It is a very quiet house, with a very calming atmosphere. The house is fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is off street parking which has to be shared. The rooms are fully air conditioned, with lots of wardrobe space. The pool is well used in summer. Internet is included, and of course all bills are included as well. The bus service is excellent. It runs every few minutes and is only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. A lot of express buses run from here, as makes it a very fast service into the city. The local shops, Coles etc is only a 7 minute walk too. The shopping center is very handy. As well as the Moggil Ferry. This service gets you to the other side of town, Ipswich road etc.
