They will be a non-smoker or drug taker, not a heavy drinker and a clean, wholesome and generally awesome person. We both work as coaches/therapists so there is potential for a fellow practitioner to share our beautiful session studio for an additional fee and dependant on scheduling. It’s far enough away from the city to get ridiculous amounts of chill! But close enough for a commute. The train station is 10 mins walk away. We’d consider a couple if they were really awesome! The house is located about 5 mins to Thirroul train station and just a stroll down to McCauley's beach. The house is fully furnished although we may be able to accomodate extra furniture if required. The room available is an unfurnished loft bedroom. We have a shared back yard and veggie garden with some herbs and room to plant some more veggies. Green thumbs welcome! There are four bedrooms, a large lounge / TV room with a fire for winter, a second lounge / TV room, separate dining / sun room, large kitchen / food prep area, original bathroom with a big old bathtub, separate laundry, 2nd outside toilet and a great enclosed timber deck, outdoor entertainment area with BBQ, TV, lounges etc. ( smoking outside although prefer non smokers ) The house is clean, tidy and respectful. There is a cleaner ( included in the rent) who looks after the house, although you are expected to wash up and clean up after yourself. The yard is huge and is also maintained.
