It's a ground floor, spacious apartment which is located within a security block. The apartment has it's own gated entry into our own private courtyard and all bedrooms have their own access to this beautiful, private area. There is a large entry/hallway, with 3 large bedrooms - all with built ins. The kitchen has all the mod-cons with dishwasher and large dining/lounge area with air conditioning. We have great unlimited WiFi, which is included in the rent, as well as, Telstra TV.

The people here are the greatest part, but on top of that, we have a lovely private front garden and the house have enough space that if you feel like you want time to yourself, you will always be able to find it. Most of us didn't know each other too well in the beginning but have all come to become close friends, which we are hoping to do with you!
Our house is close to everything! We're about a 7 minute walk to the station and a stones throw from the Gymea Bay Road shops. The spaces available for rent is a compact room and a slightly larger room on the quieter side of a fairly large home. Both rooms have large windows looking onto a big backyard. We currently have a wardrobe and futon lounge/bed in the smaller room if required (can be moved out). Our common living areas and kitchen are spacious. Included in your rent is foxtel, unlimited wifi, a fortnightly cleaner (common areas only) and all utilities. Easy peasy! Smoking is okay outside, pets are negotiable as we have two active dogs who will need to get along with a new animal in the house.

There's two living areas, a big nice kitchen. We have a little dog called Charlie who loves a cuddle if you're up for it. Maddy and I have been best mates for a long time, we think we're pretty funny and we'd love to make a new pal, but we don't mind if you want to keep to yourself either. We're neat and tidy, but we're also not going to lose our minds if you don't get to the dishes right away.

Also conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Bulli train station and Woolies. The room is well sized with a wardrobe. It is currently furnished however i can leave as much or as little furniture behind as need be. Internet included in rent. I'm moving back to Sydney for the remainder of the lease so i'm looking for someone to take my place until the lease expires on January 9th.
