This house is in a great location being across the road from Paddington's Trumper Park, a short stroll to Five Ways and 5 minute walk to Edgecliff station & Coles. We are also close to Rushcutters Bay and Double Bay, the location is convenient and quiet! We have all the furniture however, if you have anything you want to bring you are welcome. We have 2 car spaces with our unit & don't have cars so if you have a car the spots are yours! About the room: The room is upstairs which has direct access to the sun drenched balcony. The room doesn't have a fixed wardrobe there is space for one. There is a bathroom that will be shared between the two bedrooms upstairs.

The property is really great, with three bathrooms and multiple levels (one bedroom per level) it means there is loads of privacy and also some great spots to gather downstairs. We are a short walk to Erskineville train station and a very easy walk to St Peters and Newtown.
