Beautiful 4 bedroom (+ study) home on the outskirts of Inverleigh. Set on 2.5 acres, has gate access to the river walking track, double carport and double garage, veggie gardens and expansive outdoor area. The house is set out in such a way that you could have the main bedroom with ensuite, WIR and the use of the main lounge room and we could have the other side of the house with 2 bedrooms, the main bathroom and a lounge room. Then there is still a large study and another bedroom to share.
Cute cottage in a small town close to Geelong, The house has a BBQ, dog run (will consider pets), a large backyard and plenty of off street parking outside including a carport. Inside the house has a kitchen dinner and a lounge room with fireplace (brilliant in winter) and a split system heater/cooler. Inverleigh is a lovely town to live in away from the bright lights of Geelong but still an easy commute. The house is fully furnished except the available room, although I can provide some basic furnishings. If you have extra furniture there is a large shed that can be used for storage.
** No longer looking for accommodation pending application. Will update status soon ** Hello flatmates, I am a 49 y/o, young at heart, single female - looking for accommodation in/near Warrnambool. I'm in no rush to find a place just yet, just looking to maybe team up with someone or if there is a 1 or 2 person household (40+) who is looking for another housemate perhaps?! I have 3 teen/adult children (23,20,18) who have recently flown the coop, so find I am now free. How good is that huh! My youngest child is at Monash Uni studying Bachelor of Finance & Banking and my older 2 are in employment (television & property). I currently live in Hoppers Crossing but I am looking for a sea change and have my heart set on Warrnambool. I have yet to secure employment in the Warrnambool area, but I do have an income to support myself until I find a job. I'm finding that Companies prefer to hire a local, hence my need to move to Warrnambool first, before applying for jobs. My usual occupation is Administration within the Logistics Industry (Transport, Warehousing, Distribution). I wouldn't mind having a change of career as well, so I may even look at studying Nutritional Medicine or the like whilst in Warrnambool. I am friendly, easy-going, reliable, honest, clean living and tidy person. I have always been a non-smoker and don't dabble in drugs. I am a social drinker and a lover of animals, especially dogs. My interests incl. natural health/therapies, clean eating & working out (gym). I do 'juicing', where I juice and make smoothies daily - all part of my clean eating. Don't get me wrong - I'm no health freak, I do love my 'not so healthy' food but find if I stray too much I feel crappy. I am relaxed and flexible so can work around flatmates as to when I am able to use the kitchen to do 'my thing'. Maybe you'd like to try some yummy & not-so-yummy concoctions I whip up :)) You will find I will just 'up and off'. I'll most likely be going for drives to explore the area and surrounds. I may also take off for a day or two to visit my kids. I love the beach, so I dare say I'll be down there daily. Once home, I do like a little privacy, but every now and then I would also like to spend some time with flatmates over lunch/dinner with a cider or glass of red, sharing stories and getting to know each other. Feel free to make contact if you have any suggestions or offers for accommodation. Thank you and take care.

I'm social but also respects others space/ I’m clean, like pets (if you do have one) / enjoys cooking. I am flexible with room type: fully furnished / partially furnished / not furnished . I do have a car but I'm flexible with either street/ off street parking. Please send me a message if you have a room that might be suitable. Thanks, Bec
I will say that I am really easy going, I like to have conversations, share meals, going out, I respect others privacy and space and I would like the same respect for me. I am a really spiritual person, I believe that every problem has a solution and that communication and trust is the key. I enjoy going for walks, having a nice cup of coffee, watching movies, going to boxing class and reading books. I have been living 4 years in Melbourne and now I will be moving to Geelong as I got a full time job in a childcare center!!!. Have a wonderful day. D.
Still lookingg. hola! my name's Kat. Im turning 21 this year and am currently a second year uni student studying primary teaching, at Deakin Waurn Ponds. (With one class at waterfront) currently living back at home over summer to make some money before moving back to Geelong for Uni in March. I'm a very very cruisy, positive person, love a good chat and getting out and about and a weekend bev on occasion. I rented last year in Manifold Heights, so I know how to be tidy/cleanup after myself/be respectful of housemates etc. I like to be social, but also very much give space as well I love being outdoors/exploring, going to festivals, music/gigs, exercise, and love art! So I keep myself pretty busy and active Love to join a household of like-minded, laid back people who are easy to get along with :) Prefer to live around Geelong West area/Belmont/close to waterfront/highton but pretty flexible depending on the house/ housemates Cheers!
Hey there! We are a 22 year old couple from Geelong looking for a clean, minimalistic and friendly space to move into! Alex is an Events and Floristry student who spends at least 4-5 days of the week up in Melbourne either at uni, at work or at her floristry course. She is easygoing and friendly, clean and tidy, extremely respectful of personal living, creative and social. Cam is a full-time carpentry apprentice and also plays footy for Newtown Football Club. He is very adaptable, respectful, handy around the house and responsible. We have a one year old Golden Retriever puppy who is not only bloody adorable but very well behaved, calm, toilet trained, friendly and just nice company to have around the house. As a couple we very much mind our own business but at the same time love to be social and of course pull our own weight around the house. We like to think we are fun people to have around and don't take ourselves too seriously, however we understand how renting/share houses/house sitting works and consider ourselves very trustworthy, responsible and pleasant people to have around. That's just a very short brief, so if you'd like to know more please feel free to get in touch! We're simply after a space away from home that will make it easier for us to look after our puppy and spend more time together as well as having our own space.
Looking for a home (6mo - 1 yr), moving back to my home town from Footscray. I will be nursing at the Uni Hospital, Great at paying bills on time, love keeping clean & tidy. I'm respectful + considerate, easy going, loves a nap & my downtime, sunshine and the outdoors. I'm non-smoking, drama free, come with random bits of furniture and a pole. Would love to hear from you!
I'm a professional musician and instrumental teacher, tidy, easy to get along with, responsible with money. Though I play in bands I'm a professional and it doesn't impose too much on my personal living arrangements if at all. Not a party animal but I love to be social when the opportunity arises. As a result of my profession there are regular opportunities to come see shows either at local venues or the theatre. Younger housemates preferred but I'm open to other arrangements.
Looking for a new housemate as our current one has to move out due to change of job. The room for rent is the master bedroom with en-suite that would need to be fully furnished.
