Happy to always pitch in with household chores and will always clean up after myself in the kitchen, bathroom Etc. My partner will be studying full-time out of Sydney this year, so he will only be staying for the first 3-4 weeks of the lease and during the study breaks. We are both very friendly but also respect personal spaces. We like to keep things tidy and clean around the house.

Hey guys, I'm from NZ and moving to Sydney to be a software developer. I'm pretty chill and clean/tidy. I love to bake so that would be a bonus if you live with me. I'm hoping to get to know my flatmates, but I don't want to live in a party house. I'm more keen on a few quiet drinks, flat dinners and Netflix marathons. I enjoy social sports and love to travel/explore, so I'll be keen to check out some of Sydney/Australia's gems in my first few months. I'm looking for a private room in a share house with 1-3 others. Preferably with my own bathroom or shared with 1 other. Any of the inner suburbs that are within walking/biking distance of the CBD would be fantastic
