I have just moved into my place which has a very big master room for share with a female. The rooms are furnished and has their own big wardrobes. The property is located very close to (just minutes walk to) Griffith University, 5-10 mins walk to the shops and supermarket (Crestwood plaza) and bus stops, and it is very close to Harbour Town (5 mins drive) and Helensvale Westfield (10 mins drive). The property has two big living rooms, one big dinning room, one big back yard, one big shed for storage, and several parking spaces. It is very convenient for Griffiths University students (especially language school students) and people who need to drive to M1 to work. The property is fully furnished. The master room is $175 for share which has a bathroom and a separate queen size bed. A clean, quiet and nice female is welcome to share the room. No smoking or big noise allowed in the house; keep clean, quiet and friendly to other tenants. The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice, and the environment around is very cozy. If you are interested in this master room, please contact me now. You can send me message on Facebook if you are not early bird in this website, so I can see your message directly.
You will have your own furnished air conditioned room ( with single bed & desk ), own ensuite bathroom, fan & built in wardrobe. Your bedroom is downstairs for your privacy ( other 2 bedrooms are upstairs ). We are only 4 kms from Griffith University ( bus at the door and across the road ). Short walk to Ashmore City Shops etc. Rent includes unlimited internet, water, electricity, and fortnightly house cleaning. NO smoking, NO alcohol, NO friends allowed to stay overnight, NO drugs. 2 weeks bond cash in advance ( 1 week will be refunded if 2 weeks notice given ), otherwise bond will be kept by me ok. WE ARE ONLY SEEKING A FEMALE AGE 18 - 30 THAT IS EITHER A FULL TIME UNIVERSITY / TAFE STUDENT, OR EMPLOYED. 🤔
Located directly across from the Griffth Uni Village, this room to rent is available almost immediately. Additional to its excellent location of being so close to Griffith Univeristy and the trams, all bills including electricity, water and Internet are included in the weekly rent. The room is also located in a fantastic complex which offers a communal swimming pool and tennis court for all to enjoy. The room as well as the townhouse is fully furnished so all you will need to supply is your own linen. The two females that currently live in the townhouse are studying both Law, and Criminology and Criminal Justice so therefore looking for likeminded and dedicated students to join them.
I'm Christian, a 25 year old international student of busniness administration from Germany. I am going to study at Griffith University for the upcoming trimester. So I'm looking for a shared house or flat, not to far away from the campus. I'm an open minded humurous person, who is very tidy and respectful towards his flatmates. Although I take my studies seriously, I enjoy having a trink with friends from time to time. I'm looking forward to sharing my accomodation with young people who are around the same age as I am.
Hey there, I'm Zoe, I'm 22 years old and I've been living on the gold coast for about a year and a half now. My boyfriend and I have just broken up so I am looking to move out but stay within the same area of Molendinar (where im currently living with him). I am a very easy going person who loves their privacy, respects others privacy but also enjoys being social and going out. I do have a little bird that will most likely be going between my ex's place and the place i eventually move into but he's a good little bird so he shouldn't be an inconvenience to anyone. I'm currently working at a little cafe in Upper Coomera with my ex on the weekends and I also work at wet'n'wild during the day and Hogs Breath Broadbeach some nights as well. I'm open to any questions you'd like to ask of me :). Look forward to hearing from you :)
I am looking for a house or self-contained unit to rent for my 17 year old daughter, myself and our house-trained indoor cat. We are very quiet and friendly. We're neat and tidy and reliable. We are looking to make a new start in a new town to get on with life after a 24year marriage breakdown. My daughter is hoping to go to Uni next year after having a year off to get a job and save some money. As i am unable to work due to chronic back pain we are finding it difficult to find affordable accommodation ASAP. We are both non smokers and do not do drugs or drink excessively. We are both happy go lucky and have a zest for life and are keen to discover a new city and new friends.
Hello, My my names steven I'm currently working as an electrician i work long hours. I'm seeking a room to rent for around 6 months or longer I'm a very easy going person love to chat, i also am a very clean person could say I'm OCD. I'll always pay rent and clean up after myself if you have any other questions feel free to ask.
Hey! Looking for some awesome flatmates to move in with pretty soon. I am a 24y.o veterinary nursing student with a pet bird that is caged outside. I keep to myself mostly- If i'm not in my room studying, I'm out riding my motorbike. I would prefer a place that has undercover parking, backyard parking or shelter of some sort for the bike- don't care about the car! I promise I'll never use the hot water while you're in the shower or leave you with an empty toilet paper roll when you've eaten Kfc the night before and I won't leave bobby pins everywhere to mark my territory. (Would rather just pee on stuff) (I joke!) Pros: Down to earth, tomboy at heart, I don't judge anyone or anything and am quite agreeable when I've been fed. Cons: Eat my food out of the fridge and you'll probably wake up with one eyebrow. Anything else you'd like to know just flick me a message :) Cheers!
Hi :) I’m easy-going, grounded and accepting of others. I’m a health science student pursuing a career in dietetics. As a tenant I am considerate, respectful and will happily contribute to the cleaning and up keep of a household. Having been raised as an only child I naturally like having my own space and time to myself. I truly love the outdoors, fashion and having a laugh. I am the kind of girl who will keep her room clean, stop to say hello and always be happy to lend a hand. I’m flexible with my move-in date however looking preferably would like to find a room that’s available around the 25th February. I currently live in Adelaide but am looking for accommodation for 2017 either in Adelaide or the Gold Coast. Feel free to message me for my contact details to talk further :)
Hi. I'm moving from Brisbane to the GC for work. Im clean, tidy and respectful and always up for a chat. I work primarily Mon-Fri and enjoy to spend time outdoors or seeing friends and family when I have the time. I'm Looking for somewhere chilled and relaxed with likeminded people.

Hey I'm a fun, clean and friendly 21 year old student studying Criminology/Psychology at Griffith University looking to move into a share house with other students around the uni area. I'm looking for roommates who are nice and social who are studying but still like to have some fun!
I am a manager of a learn to swim facility, a swim instructor as well as a photographer. I love the outdoors, camping, hiking. I love spending time with my friends and also time to myself.
We are two young joyful, friendly, vibrant and ambitious girls with strong personal values. We are clean and love to eat good food :) we enjoy our personal time but are always willing to enjoy a good chat, watch a movie or dinner. We are not much into partying, our opinion of having fun is having a good laugh with a few friends over dinner.
Hey, I'm a 19 year old, university student at griffith in southport. It currently takes me anywhere from 45-80 mins to get to uni each day and would love to live closer. I'm currently on uni summer break, although next year will be at uni 4days a week starting in February. I have a casual job on the weekends. I am honest, reliable, responsible, hardworking, usually quiet and quite clean. I am often quite shy around most people at first but social and love a chat once I get to know them. I am defiantly not a party animal but don't mind an occasional drink or a night out. Although, I am quite independent and generally will keep to myself so won't know I'm around most the time, as I study and sleep a lot when I'm not at uni or work. I have my own furniture and a small car (need parking off street). I have a partner that would visit and maybe stay 1 or 2 nights a week. Don't mind when I move in. NEED RENT TO INCLUDE BILLS Would prefer own bathroom but willing to share. Don't want a lot of housemates (like my own space). Housemates need to be around my age and preferred female.
Currently studying IT at Griffith Gold Coast. Need a place to stay for my final year of study in 2017. In short I'm friendly and fairly quiet but always up for a chat. Last place was essentially a glorified prison with all the restrictions, so I'm looking for a place a little more relaxed with the rules. I keep clean and have respect for my environment. As far as what I do for fun, I play guitar, tennis, game, enjoy a drink, and fiddle around with technology. I guess an added bonus of having an IT student as a flatmate is that there's a fair chance I can help fix your computer issues ;) I'm looking to move in any time between now and the end of February.
myself and a mate's lease is up in early Feb and we're looking to find a new place somewhere in the Southport region. both clean and responsible studying at university full time and with part time jobs. Mitch stays in Brisbane with his girlfriend a lot as well so he's not around a heap. both love a beer so social people would be preferable.
I am laid back and easy going. I like to socialise and party, but keep to myself when it is required. Also have a sense of humour. lol
Hello!! i am a student coming to study at Griffith University for first semester of 2017. I'm really easy-going and just looking to travel and meet some good people.
I'm a Greek-Canadian - and now Aussie Resident - working full-time as a Lawyer on the Gold Coast, who enjoys cooking, having a couple drinks in the evenings, and weekend adventures such as motorbike rides and going scuba diving. I'm looking to live with people that are social but also respectful of privacy, clean, and laid-back. Note: - Off-street parking is a MUST (I own a car and a motorbike) - Having my own bathroom is also highly preferred. - Small amount of kitchen space required (ie, im an espresso addict and love cooking).
I'm in my 1st year of medicine at Griffith University. I would ideally want to look for a place that is close to the university. I am easy going and respectable of others privacy but also enjoy a good chat. I'm extremely clean and tidy. I enjoy my own space but also love to socialize. I am looking for a friendly and inviting share house, so please feel free to contact me if you have something like this available!
I am honest caring person who loves like minded people. I work for my dads Jam business has been running since 2000 (amazing Jam) and would love to move out of home to start my adventure. I know I'm 22 still living at home its cheap okay xD, but i have saved a lot and prepared for a new beginning. If you let me move in, I will personally give free Jam to all cool cats, not a bribe I promise. I am looking to stay for 3 months maybe more depending on the environment!
Hi! I am a 20 year old female from Perth who will be relocating to the Gold Coast to complete my post graduate studies at Griffith. I am a friendly, easy-to-get-along with person who is very respectful. I like to keep things organised and will pull my weight around the house to ensure its upkeep. Although i do like to keep to myself whilst i study, i am always happy to have a chat or share some laughs over a meal. I also love to get out and about to see what the Gold Coast has to offer.

I am outgoing, clean, friendly, enjoy a good glass of wine, going to every market I can find and the beach whenever I have a free moment. Quite, easy going guy looking for accommodation. Intending to stay for the next couple of years, I'll probably be spending most of my time at uni and relaxing on weekends. I have a motorcycle that I'll be needed a safe secure place to park it. I have an electric piano/keyboard, but I'll use headphones for that.
