Hi, I am originally from Perth, Western Australia and moved to Victoria for work mid last year to work in thoroughbred racing but have made a move back into Primary School education as a relief teacher. I am a reliable, tidy and respectful housemate, a bit of a clean freak, enjoy cooking and love animals. I have an Australian Shepherd named Rave who is a fun loving little guy who lives outside 24/7. He is very well trained and is pretty low maintenance - you literally never hear a peep out of him! Rave tends to go with me most places so we aren't home all that often. We love going for walks or trips to the beach along with our classes. He has his own instagram profile if you wanted to see his adorable cuteness for yourself: @ravetheaussieshepherd I am quite a hard working person and mostly spend my time out and about, visiting friends or training with Rave completing a number of classes during the week and attending competitions on the weekend. I am easy going, do also love my down time to watch movies or read a book. I am looking for a room with either a shared or private bathroom and somewhere safe to park my car. I simply moved over with a couple of suitcases of clothes, so a fully furnished house is ideal but happy to purchase a bed or contents for my room if required. Please contact me if you have something available around the Skye, Chelsea, Carrum Downs, Bonbeach, Patterson Lakes area. Within a 15min radius of these areas is best. Reference is available if required from my current housemate.

Hello there, my name is Tahnee, looking at house sharing with a lovely individual so that i can eventually save and buy my own house. I am currently renting by myself in Carrum Downs and sadly the property has sold (happy to provide references from my current property manager. A little about myself, I work full time in Real Estate and when i am not at work I am at the gym so i am rarely home (perfect tenant I know right ;) when I am home i am either cooking or enjoying some Netflix and down time. I am not your usual 22 year old, I do not party and bring people over at all hours of the night! I am very respectful and love my own space but am also up for a friendly chat. Would love a housemate that I can get along with and would prefer only living with one person but am open to living with more. If you would like to know more please do not hesitate to message or call me. Cheers Tahnee
I'm a mature, down to earth, clean, quiet, healthy 20 year old female with a cat working full time seeking a comfy clean home with a lovely female housemate. In my spare time I'm either doing yoga, hiking, seeing my partner of two years, watching tv shows or with friends. I like my own space but need an easy friendship with housemates for a comfortable living environment.
Lovely 4 bedroom house, huge landscaped rear yard, large double carport is available for one car, a/c & ducted heating throughout plus gas heater in lounge. Spare bedroom is on the smaller size, but has direct access to landscaped backyard, ceiling fan & huge window. Bills are very cheap as they are shared. This is not a party house! It is a quiet, nice, peaceful place to live in peace and is available for the right person.
Hi, I'm looking to share a property with likeminded horse / animal people, I'd prefer to have enough space to agist my horse and have him live with me, I also have a greyhound. I have worked with the same company for 14 years. Please dont hesitate to contact me. Thankyou 😊
It is a relatively new home with a good size bedroom and a nice bathroom with a bath. You have your own split system and built in robe. I also have a sauna which will be offered to you as a warm me up in the colder months.
This property is in a nice area, and a relatively quiet court! A few things I found great about this property is: - Two living spaces, which came in handy, especially if I was not in the mood to watch TV or sit in my room. There is a couch and a recliner chair with a large shelf and a coffee table already furnished in this room, which came in handy if I wanted to relax, drink a cup of coffee and read a book. - Outdoor area, which is where the BBQ, sitting area and plants are currently sitting out the back. Is lovely for a warm day/night. Also great if you would like to invite friends/family over on a warm night. - Own bathroom (Although must be shared when guests/friends/family come over, as they will need to use the toilet etc.) - Two of the bedrooms are at the other end of the master bedroom. Great for privacy. - In the kitchen you will have own shelf in cupboard, as well as own shelf in fridge and freezer. - Close to bus if need of public transport. - Shops are close on both sides. Includes Woolworths, Coles and Aldi. - A massive range of take away options also. - Split system Air-Conditioning throughout the house. - Heater in one out of two of the living spaces. Bills include the basics (water, gas & electricity) and internet. All up it is usually around $136 a month each, which they pay all bills and rent monthly instead of weekly. Water is paid every 3 months, which is usually around $45+ each. Rent is $543.33 a month, all bills are not included in the rent. Before moving in, it is a requirement that first months rent is paid upon moving in, as well as bond (which if no damages are made, then get it straight back once you move out). All up, that is $1,086.66. If you cannot afford bond, you can apply for a bond loan, as that is what we did! Eric and Hayley would like someone to move in for the rest of the rental agreement, which is until November 2017. Anymore questions, feel free to ask. Hope to hear from you.
*Please note I swiped these pictures from an old for sale listing on the internet. The house now has different furniture in it and isn't as sparkling as it looks in the pictures :) Great big house with room for everyone, no stress and no dramas. Backyard, shops around the corner, garage, off street parking. Big kitchen, two living areas. House is large enough to comfortably occupy three of us. Couples may be welcome.
Either split bills or add $50 a week to cover them. 4 bedroom house 3 living areas includes Foxtel wifi and bills house also has security cameras alarm and every window has roller shutters. I have pets and may be open to pets depending on what type and how they are. Bedroom can be furnished or empty. Some photos are prior to roller shutters. The kitchen is also new with new flooring through out the whole house. I will update photos when i get a chance.
Big open house that is fully furnished with a nicely big backyard. Walking distance to shopping centre and bus stops. Wireless broadband plus home phone and Optus fetch tv. Rent: bedroom, toilet and bathroom-bath is shared, $200 for single and $250 for couple which include bills. The bedroom has a built in robe that have selves in it as shown in the photos. Kitchen is spacious. You will receive your own shelf in the pantry for your own foods. Outdoor entertainment area plus shed. Two car driveway. Contact us for more details. We may condsider pets.
I am looking to share my 4 bedroom spacious home. Its 25 years old (older style)in a secure and quiet court location and a great home. Double room with built in wardrobe so plenty of space. The room is unfurnished however should you require a basic furnished room this can be arranged. You will pretty much have sole use of the main toilet and bathroom. (I have an ensuite). There is a second lounge/rumpus room and although it forms part of the open plan shared common area adjacent to the kitchen I very rarely use this lounge - so essentially it can be your own breakout/relax space. There is refrigerated cooling and gas ducted heater. We share a kitchen where you will have your own fridge and food cupboard. I basically occupy the front of the house which has a lounge, dining area, master bedroom (with an ensuite) and 4th bedroom (which I use as a study). Must be pet friendly. I have a 4 year old indoor cat. He pretty much stays up the front end of the house but he does have free range of the house and will jump up and join you on the couch. Hes not really a lap cat but will be quite happy snuggling in next to you.You will be able to close your door if you don't want him in your room The location is quite central to all the shopping areas all roughly the same distance away - Carrum Down Shopping Centre, Ballarto Road Shopping Centre and the Seaford Shops and Bunnings and Aldi are all just up the road. There are parks a short walk away and its close to the freeways and public transport is a 10min walk in either direction.. Smoking outside at the back. No smoking inside please. $170.00 per week is for your room, however rather than split the bills $200.00 a week will cover your room and reasonable use of electricity, water and gas. Internet connection available for extra $10.00 a week. I have a second spare room - If you wish to use/rent both rooms this is an option.(reduced rate for both). I would consider this for a parent with an older child (ie primary school/teenage/high school age +) or for your own use such as a study/storage private lounge room etc. Any questions feel free to give me a call

I'm Vaany (V) from Singapore. Looking for a lovely place to stay as I commence my Masters in uni. I'm easy to live with as I am matured, understanding and respectable to the environment I live in and to the people I live with. Nursing school is pretty overwhelming by itself. As such, most of the time, I will be in my room, with my books - 'Cool nerd alert'. I love to bake as a form of stress relieve only when I have the time. I also enjoy date/game nights with my housemates (if mutual), at home with food and laughter - to build cohesion.
Hi, This flat looks great. I work in hospitals, and I'm clean and quiet. I smoke, but only outside. I do my dishes, and I pay my bills on time! Can I come and see the place soon? Contact me anytime, my name is Matt...
Hi all there, I am a social, friendly, no smoker I drink social, clean and tidy, hard working. I was living in Sydney for the last 8 years and I just move to Melbourne to work in a company in Mornington.
I'm 21 years old, I have two cats (they're both desexed and very friendly towards other animals) and weirdly enough I really enjoy housework! I'm also a qualified cook and love being in the kitchen. Not a big drinker (maybe 1-3 a year) & I said goodbye to partying a few years ago. I've been enjoying a much quieter lifestyle these days. :)
We're laid back, always clean, tidy and super friendly but like our private time aswell :) SENCE OF HUMOUR IS A MUST!! :D Ps. We have a tiny black cat named Mia who never leaves our side :) Feel free to ask us anything else if your interested :)
Hello Potential flatties!! We are a NZ couple looking for a flat to share with good people! A little about us: We're a couple of chilled people who loves to socialise (but also want our own privacy at times). We won't be in your personal space, we work 9-5 hours and possibly 6 days a week in some weeks but mostly 5 days! We'all only be home at night time . We cook our own dinners- and don't mind sharing! Open-minded, compromising , friendly , honest and sensible. WE PAY OUR BILLS ON TIME!!! 🤙 Hope to talk to you soon! Chealy & Micheal 👩🏻👨🏽
I am very friendly and easy to live with. Somewhat quiet and like to keep to myself a bit. But I do enjoy a good conversation or a shared meal with the people I'm living with. I'm working part-time at the moment, and studying personal training. I love cooking, reading, going to the gym, going to the beach, Netflix! I have a small 7-month old cat Mowgli. He is still young so he can be a bit nuts, but he's not badly behaved. When he's not playing with his toys, he's usually asleep somewhere. I like to keep the house neat and tidy, especially the common areas. But nothing over-the-top.
My partner And I have recently moved from SA for work commitments and have had a little bit of a rough time finding accommodation. But we are very hopeful people and are on the search for something to call 'home' We both love the our doors and enjoy fishing hiking and anything in between! I also love art and everything to do with the concept. And you can find me drawing/painting most days when I'm not working. We both work and are busy people that utilise little free time we have doing things we love. So if we sound suitable for what you are after please don't hesitate in contacting us! Regards Jock & Tennille.
Due to a recent cut in the hours at work, I had to leave my previous place of accomodation in Pakenham which was further complicated by my ex-housemates actions afterwards. I have been staying with a friend for the last week or so but I really need to move on from there and currently have no suitable place to stay moving forward leaving me homeless. I took yesterday and today (Wednesday) off work to attend a job interview (for which I was unfortunately unsuccessful) and to try and organise crisis accommodation but I am not ellegible. I suffer from OCD but have been coping really well lately but I am quite concerned that if I'm in a place which is not suitable I am concerned that things are going to fall apart quite quickly as I have been in that situation before. I have two potential places to stay, but they are too far from the only supports I have available and due to OCD complications I'm not sure I would be comfortable or able to cope in either location. I do have stable employment, it's just that with a recent cut to my hours I am no longer able to cover all of my expenses. I am looking at what I can do with this in the short-term to minimise my expenses while continuing to looking for alternative or additional employment as well. I do have money, but I am trying to minimise my living costs as much as possible to try and prolong things as long as possible until I can secure additional or new employment. If anyone is able to assist with emergency accommodation, or can offer any advice or similar, it would be appreciated. I don't have much with me in the way of possessions as my stuff is all in storage so don't need space at all so I don't even need my own room or anything, even a chair or couch to sleep on would be perfectly fine with me. Alternatively if you know of any job opportunities, or even know of anyone requiring any casual or home/small business IT work, please also let me know. My preference is for somewhere in the Pakenham or Carrum Downs area as I have some support available in both of these suburbs, but if I can find something suitable elsewhere I'm open to it. I do not drive so public transport needs to at least be within practicable walking distance. I am a genuinely nice person and regularly go out of my way for others, but sadly I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back from others in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. Any help or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
My name is matt and I'm looking for a place. I'm currently living in Frankston south and I need to move for a few reasons, one being that my work is moving from Carrum downs to mulgrave and I'd rather be closer. I'm very easy going, very quiet and am happy to socialise or keep to myself. I have no problems keeping common areas clean, though I'm abit untidy in my own room. I'm a bigger bloke. I come with a large multi-media collection so if you're a movie lover like me your in for a treat I am big on keeping my word, I'll admit I don't always get to keep it in the initial time frame but I'm always upfront, honest and do my best to do the right thing. I will not put up with judgemental or people who bottle their frustrations. I'm open, and if you are too we'll get on fine
Hi there, I'm looking for a share house with someone who loves dogs. I have a Siberian Husky called Nala who is incredibly friendly but still a puppy; she needs space in a backyard and secure fencing! If you want any more info, please feel free to message me
