I don't care either way I'm pritty adaptable I love animals and fitness and being active. I'm pritty chill and easy going and friendly. My circumstance is situated primarily around my dog as her wellbeing is my main focus; I am I particular looking for a housemate/s Who adores dogs and is willing to take care of her and love her as if she was their own while I am away at work - I will obviously take care all expenses involved in the care taking of her. My dogs name is Sabah. She is a 9 year old medium size mongrel (we think Staffordshire cross) she is a very lovable dog; Loves people and attention and is very loyal. She is intelligent and obedient and is not a barking dog. willing to move anywhere really even out of Adelaide as long as there is a optimal backyard even a bit of acreage would be optimal. I understand my circumstance is unique But my dog is my priority here so please don't contact me unless you feel you fit my requirements. If so I would love to here from you!
Hey! I'm 22, and looking for a room to rent. I'm a full time student and also work at a homewares store. I'm a very social person and love hanging out and meeting new people, but I also respect that everyone needs space sometimes! I love animals and Harry Potter, and my hobbies include bouldering with my mates and playing footy.
I have great references, and plenty of share house experience. I am pretty easy going, like to socialise but enjoy my own space as well. Hobbies include learning foreign languages and reading. Clean, tidy and respectful of the house I'm living in. Main requirement is a stable internet connection as I sometimes work from home as a software engineer. Outdoor hobbies include bike riding and fire dancing. Definitely not one to stay inside watching TV all day - I'm usually off trying to learn some obscure skill or 'nother.
The property is in the inner eastern suburbs, pretty much everywhere is short commute. *The location is close to the CBD (takes less than 10mins via car) and takes 5mins to Norwood. *Public transport is within 90 meters & runs regularly & direct to the CBD (takes around 20mins). *There is also cool cafe’s, local shops and supermarket within 600 meters. *It’s close to nature parks and the Adelaide hills, so if you love Mt lofty and hiking, you will love the location. They are also stunning views of the CBD & suburbs plus awesome sunsets. I see the house as more of a home, it has a nice vibe & ambience. The common rooms (which they are a few) are nice and homely. The bedroom is quite large & includes furniture. All the housemates are clean & social, and the home is always kept nice and tidy. The home has insanely quick internet which 10x times the speed of ADSL2. So, if you like downloading stuff or watching Netflix/Amazon Prime/YouTube, you will be impressed. It’s the fastest internet you can get, and you get unlimited data. The rent for this awesome room is $170 per week + plus utilities.
*Please inquire via SMS or flatmates message *Unfortunately no couples & no pets *Must be able to satisfactorily pass police check This large and luxurious home in upmarket Wattle Park is as good as share accomodation gets. Features of the house include large rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, two machines, spacious tree laden back yard with a section for each tenant and beautiful balcony views. The room is fully furnished with queen bed and flatscreen TV. The Room has its own new ensuite bathroom and private verandah. Place has wireless broadband, and is fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils, fridges etc. so all you have to bring is yourself. Bills are $20 per week (electricity, Internet, water, cleaning of main areas) Looking for a tenant who is mature, quiet, clean and tidy.
I work full time and would prefer to live with others who also work and understand being quiet and respectful of others. I have a well behaved dog who id like to have with me. A secure backyard for him is required and having in my room would be preferred. I pay my bills on time and am a very clean person, also prefer to live with tidy people.
I am a father of 4, so housekeeping constantly comes natural to me. I dont smoke and I barely drink. I work as an arborist in the tree industry. I love my job and I love my children. Any spare time is spent with the kids or training muay thai. I live a fairly healthy lifestyle but I love to have fun as well. I currently cohabit with the kids mum, we are good friends but we feel now we need to have our own independence. I will still stay with my kids 2 nights a week and every second weekend I will be with them full time. I love animals and nature, play guitar and enjoy cooking. I used to surf but don't have time lately, want to get out and hike but again it's a time thing. I'm looking for genuine people, as much as I like my own space, I feel it's important to have good connections and communication with housemates. I'd love to also meet new people and friends.
Great spot, we have nice outdoor bbq area large front and back yards, 3min walk to the shops and only 10 min drive from the cbd. Numerous hiking/walking tracks in the hills behind the house. As we are up on a hill we do get brief city views. Deposit is $790, room is not massive but then again is quite cheap. Message me if you wish to have a look.

Master bedroom available in brand new contemporary townhouse located on Magill Road. High quality spacious rooms with high ceilings and an open plan living area. New appliances and furniture. Heating/cooling throughout. Water and gas supplied, electricity spilt three ways. Close to public transport, the Tower Hotel, restaurants and cafes. Please message for further details.
If you are studying or working in Magill, in the hills, or in the city (or somewhere in between), then I highly suggest that you keep reading. I have taken over this excellently located house in Magill, and I am looking for someone to join me. If you are a student at Unisa, this is a brilliant location. Unisa Magill campus is literally at the end of the street. A five minute walk from the front door gets you to your lecture, making getting to classes on time super easy. The B10 bus into the city stops just around the corner, making transit into the city easy for anyone who works or studies in the city, and if you want to get into the hills, you can get on to Norton Summit Road without seeing a single traffic light. The there is a backyard, with a vegetable garden planted with a range of herbs and veg for the discerning cook. Figs, plums and grapes are also for the taking. There is also a large undercover entertaining area, and a garage/workshop if you need to store things or if you're feeling creative. The kitchen and living area are both quite large, plenty of room for living in. The front yard has sadly been neglected prior to me recently moving in, but this is in the process changing as I am in the process landscaping it over the next few weeks. I intend to make this a very nice place to come home to in fairly short order. Internet and normally sized bills will be included in the price (I do have a bit of a fair use policy though). Amazon prime video is included. The house also has ducted heating/aircon If you happen to be studying Psychology, You are welcome to my bookshelf, which contains about a metric tonne of books on the subject. Exaggeration? you'll have to decide for yourself. I love furbabies, but unfortunately the landlord does not, so I am afraid that pets aren't an option. There is also a couple from Italy staying here. they are very quiet, very friendly, and very tidy. Some people enjoy taking recreational drugs or smoking. The good news is that if you don't enjoy that kind of thing, then this is a great place for not doing so. Things that are close by: Morialta falls national park Firle Plaza The Tower Hotel Aldi About 7 Pizza places UniSA 2 Romeo's IGAs A bakery A hardware store Several Cafes and restaurants The local swimming pool Playing fields Gyms Busses to the city, paradise interchange, and norwood parade 3 chemists "The Gums" Penfold's Magill estate

I am a Scottish recent graduate of University here to try and maybe start a new life for myself, and also travel around a little. I’m looking for a nice little home hub I can call my own. I’ve been living in shared flats since I was 18 and been loving it. I’ve made some great friends through out the years and enjoyed meeting a broad range of very different people from lots of different backgrounds and beliefs and cultures. I love learning new things and coming to understand more about people and their stories. I’m very tidy and tend to clean as I go. I’m very sociable, but also understand and respect everyone’s spaces and alone times. I enjoy a wide verity of activities and events and would always be up for trying or learning something new with my flat mates, or even having a nice day in playing video games watching movies and just chilling. I am polite, understanding and a real easy breeze to live with. Hoping to hear from you soon Robert
Hi, we are a travelling Serbian-Swiss couple based mostly in Barcelona, Spain. We are coming to Adelaide as I (Jelena) have been invited to do a research stay at the University of South Australia. We are both freelancers and we have our own businesses. I'm an e-learning specialisit and Adres is a stock market investor. We are quite active, like to walk a lot, do cultural activities, travel, dance salsa, cook and eat amazing food. We're looking for a very comfortable bed, this is our first priority. We'd like to live with clean, tidy and respectable people, regardless of their age. Looking forward to meeting you!
Just looking for a place due to my lease ending. I'm friendly and easy going. I work as a chef in the hills so I can cook some damn good food. I also have a fish (has a small 8L tank) that I would need to be able to live with me.
I am a full-time engineer. I am on 2 weeks on 1 week off roster. So basically most of the time I will work away from home. I am looking for an unfurnished room in a furnished house/flat/apartment. I have own bed. Or if you have storage for putting my bed is also fine. I am pretty quiet and care about hygiene. Especially not a party animal if it comes to that. I am a non-smoker and don't have a pet. I expect reasonable rental since I will not be at home most of the time. I like cooking in my spare time and share my cooking especially good at Asian food. And at same time do some jogging along the beach.
Seeking self contained granny flat or studio with own bathroom and cooking facilities. Independent with work taking me away from home up to 4 days a week. Seeking room with ensuite/own bathroom, not willing to consider a shared bathroom with unusual shift times for work. Suburban Adelaide preferred, south, east, west or north-eastern all considered. I am semi-retired but work part time for SA Government agency. Accordingly I have all expected documentation available regarding national Police Checks, accreditation from Dept of Communities and Social Inclusion for all screenings including working with; vulnerable persons, children, aged care and persons with a disability. I also hold a current first aid accreditation. All available on demand. I am a quiet non-smoker single still working part-time to supplement public service pension. I have references available from real estate agents and other work related referees. Ideally I will be available to move December 2018 any time period but negotiable for 6 months.
