Chemical Engineer working in the CBD. Clean and tidy. Not home often but will definitely do my share of the housework. Rock climber, rower, cyclist, generally like being out and about doing sports and travel quite a bit for work/fun
45 year old, Straight living professional. Very easy going and GSOH. Have kids but they live with their mum. Would just be me sharing with you. Have day job but also part time live musician and play acoustic guitar. Love all sorts of music if you are a music person. I’m not a noisy party animal, but fine with you throwing the occasional get together. Would actually appreciate the chance to kick back and meet a few new people. Love pets, cats or dogs and happy to help you look after them and feed them if you are a busy person. Don’t have any myself. Enjoy cooking and don’t mind doing a big cook up occasionally for everyone. Clean and tidy, but not a clean-freak. Have a 4wd and enjoy camping occasionally. When work permits. Solid, reliable and no dodgy mates that come around at crazy hours. Always serious about paying rent and bills on time.
Looking for a place to stay in Adelaide or nearing suburbs for me. I like things to be clean and organized. I understand the rule of sharing and privacy associated. I am an IT professional with 11+ years of experience and will be looking for my first Job in Australia, May 2019.
The property is large with 3 bedrooms plus a rumpus room out the back with a table tennis table. Nice under cover areas allow for entertaining and the large yard has many fruit trees and veggies patches to grow your own fruit, veggies and herbs. The kitchen is large and modern with gas cooking and a dishwasher. Nice space with plenty of off street parking and a cozy pot belly fire place to keep you warm on the cold nights. Cooking and water are in gas and electricity is on solar so bills are cheap :)
**The room is booked from May, so unfortunately, I can only take short terms at this point. Sorry** If you are studying or working in Magill, in the hills, or in the city (or somewhere in between), then I highly suggest that you keep reading. I have taken over this excellently located house in Magill, and I am looking for someone to join me. If you are a student at Unisa, this is a brilliant location. Unisa Magill campus is literally at the end of the street. A five minute walk from the front door gets you to your lecture, making getting to classes on time super easy. The 106 bus into the city stops just around the corner, making transit into the city easy for anyone who works or studies in the city, and if you want to get into the hills, you can get on to Norton Summit Road without seeing a single traffic light. The there is a backyard, with a vegetable garden planted with a range of herbs and veg for the discerning cook. Figs, plums and grapes are also for the taking. There is also a large undercover entertaining area, and a garage/workshop if you need to store things or if you're feeling creative. The kitchen and living area are both quite large, plenty of room for living in. The front yard has sadly been neglected prior to me recently moving in, but this is in the process changing as I am in the process landscaping it over the next few weeks. I intend to make this a very nice place to come home to in fairly short order. Internet and normally sized bills will be included in the price (I do have a bit of a fair use policy though). Amazon prime video is included. The house also has ducted heating/aircon If you happen to be studying Psychology, You are welcome to my bookshelf, which contains about a metric tonne of books on the subject. Exaggeration? you'll have to decide for yourself. I love furbabies, but unfortunately the landlord does not, so I am afraid that pets aren't an option. There is also a couple from Italy staying here. they are very quiet, very friendly, and very tidy. Some people enjoy taking recreational drugs or smoking. The good news is that if you do not enjoy that kind of thing, then this is a great place for not doing it (i.e. no smoking). Things that are close by: Morialta falls national park Firle Plaza The Tower Hotel Aldi About 7 Pizza places UniSA 2 Romeo's IGAs A bakery A hardware store Several Cafes and restaurants The local swimming pool Playing fields Gyms Busses to the city, paradise interchange, and norwood parade 3 chemists "The Gums" Penfold's Magill estate
I'm a very clean and tidy person who only ever smokes outside and not that often anyway. I don't drink unless it is a very special occasion and I'm toasting to celebrate. I'm very easy going and quite handy when it comes to fixing things.
I am currently working full-time and studying full-time online, so during the week I am usually pretty quiet but on the weekends don't mind going out with some friends. I'm looking for a place that is chilled out during the week :) I'm not fussed if I live with boys or girls, as long as you are relatively clean and respectful.
Quiet, love computer games, Netflix and food. Working full time in Norwood. A good internet is more important to me than water. I keep the house organised, don't smoke and I am very respectful with others and their belongings.
Hi My names Kristina, I am a professional track cyclist and looking for a long-term place to live, if it is the right place. I have lived in a share house before and had both positive and negative experiences. Part of my job is to stay healthy so I am extremely clean and tidy. If it's your house, I will definitely keep it in perfect condition. Im honestly looking for somewhere I can just come home after a hard day to somewhere that feels like home and not have to be aggravated by mess. In saying this, I see myself as outgoing, bubbly and I love a chat. I love travelling, the beach and my friends. I'm always down for a BBQ with good people and enjoy having people over for dinner on the weekends. Ideally I would like to live with established, mature people who like a chat and a shared dinner. People who know how to put their dishes away and wipe a bench.

Hi! I'm a current law and behavioural science student at the university of South Australia. I'm outgoing and easy to get along with, I like to keep my living space clean and have part time work with Coles. I love concerts and music and animals!
I work two jobs so I’m mostly only at home for sleeping and showering. I enjoy just relaxing whenever I can and listening to music. I’m from Mt Barker at the moment but wanting somewhere a lot closer to both my workplaces. Looking for housemate(s) that won’t be too bothered by me getting home late from work and not bothered by the occasional smoking and drinking.
Looking for a place as my current lease is expiring soon, looking for a great fit and an easy commute to my university - UniSA Magill and Mawson Lakes I'm very likeable, I have a really active lifestyle, so I don't spend much time at home. I'm allergic to cats but love other animals. Smoke-free households + Medium-large bedroom ++ Tidy and clean housemates ++
Hi there! I am a student studying psychology at UniSA, my main campus being at Magill. I own a very calm and quiet rescue dog that means the world to me. He is a blue healer that is fully trained and very respectful. I'm not a party animal and probably won't do well in a highly socially active household. I like my peace and quiet and prefer reading books and playing video games. I am a pretty clean person who takes responsibility for myself entirely and only hope I can ask the same of those I live with. I value communication, honesty, and respect most of all when it comes to sharing a house with others! I always encourage a a dialogue and want anyone to feel comfortable coming to me if they have any issues. I have my own furnishings for a room.
3rd year at Adelaide Uni, studying teaching, I've lived in share houses before, from the Riverland. I would say I'm pretty laid back, don't mind a few drinks but usually spend my time on assignments, watching movies or nba just looking for someplace peaceful and preferably close to the city I'm pretty opened minded and don't take myself that seriously!
