The room that's being rented out has its own balcony, wardrobe, bedding and studying desk, all bills are shared which works out to be $40~50 per month per person. Right outside the house there's a H22 bus stop going straight to city through Grenfel Street (UniSA/Ade Uni East Campus) and Currie Street (UniSA West Campus), takes roughly 20 mins to get to the city. There is also bus stop within 5 mins walking distance which can take you straight to UniSA Magill Campus which the bus ride usually takes less than 10 minutes. 5 minutes walking distance to nearest IGA supermarket. Looking for non-smoking female Chinese tenants only, would like to keep the place tidy and clean at all times.

I have a really cute Pomeranian dog and I’m pretty much a loner, so I stay inside my bedroom mostly and won’t annoy you.
Hi, my name is Cicie. 32 years old, studying Social Work. An international student from Indonesia. Generally quiet, keep things to myself, most of the time. I play video games for fun, love to read. Love cats, trying to love dogs as well.
Quiet, mature, vegetarian, non smoker. Just back from overseas. Not sure where I'll base myself long term. Have agency nursing work in newcastle and adelaide. Like to keep fit. Hope to get back on my bike and trying to start running. Love the bush. Garden and chooks a bonus.
Hi everyone, my name is Miranda and I’m looking for a place to stay! I was born in the Barossa Valley 19 years ago but for the past 10 months or so I have been living and working in Adelaide. I am considered to be a highly clean and organised person who spends her days reading, practicing yoga and listening to podcasts. I am also an avid vegan and chess enthusiast with a deep love for nature. My other interests include all areas of sustainability, meditation and science. I am ideally looking for a home with likeminded individuals who are easy going, artistic and filled with energy!
I have a marketing background and can engage in great conversations. I like some personal space too. Coffee and wine lover. Adelaide seems a very nice place so far as I have relocated recently from Dubai in search for better career prospects. Would like to look for rooms only in the specified suburbs as I am not willing to go to far from my parents home in Athelstone.

Hi, my name is Caitlin! I’m just looking for a room with some other easy going housemates whilst I study and work for the next year. I’m currently studying Psychology at UniSA Magill, hoping to eventually get into honours, and I also currently work part time at Kmart where I’ve been working either full or part time for the last 7 years. I love music and art but I’m also a pretty quiet, passive and independent person. I’d prefer a place not too far from Prospect and Magill for work/uni purposes, and have found that around $150 per week is affordable, and similar to what I’ve been paying for rent for the past 3 years. Any questions you’d like to ask- I’d be more than happy to answer and I hope to hear from you soon! :)
Hey! I'm a bubbly personality who is fairly self sufficient. I happily clean up after myself and expect others to do the same in shared spaces. I work 9-5, have a second part time job and study, so I'm busy and not home a lot. When I am, I'm up for watching something interesting or meal prepping, heading to the beach or playing card games. Not fussed on where I live really, just need a space to call home for a while :)
Hi guys . We are a French couple in WorkingHolidays. Cecile was waitress and cooker in france and she has to work many months in a zoo, as well as volunteer work in an equestrian center too. For my part, i was a film editor and projectionist in a cinema We are ready to learn Australian life , its culture and these customs as well as to speak English properly. I hope that sharing our respective cultures will be a rewarding exchange. We are serious people, clean and respectful of our home and the environment, Best regards Alexis and Cécile
I am a full-time engineer. I am on 3 weeks on 1 week off roster. So basically most of the time I will work away from home. I am pretty quiet and care about hygiene. Especially not a party animal if it comes to that. I am a non-smoker and don't have a pet. I expect reasonable rental since I will not be at home most of the time. I like cooking in my spare time and do some jogging along the beach.
Friendly, easy going, loves the smell of fabric softener. Recently moved from Sydney to Adelaide for work. I tend to work between 50-60 hours a week so I generally won't be seen during the day - but when I am available, I'm very sociable and enjoy going out for good food and coffee.
