PLEASE NOTE, that I am only searching for a place until mid April, as I will then be moving to Canada. If this is okay for your home, then read on about me. Thanks. I am a friendly, but initially shy 29yr old with a love of the performing arts, a Pilates studio receptionist and temp worker and also studying natural therapies. I really enjoy running and hiking and love going on day trips with my pack on. I enjoy a community atmosphere and wish to interact with housemates and become friends, not just merely live with people you don't know. Would love to live with those that share. Share food, share music, share stories, share experiences. I prefer a household without a TV, or at least not have it on all the time blaring nonsense. More than happy to enjoy some documentaries or some movies or Netflicks from time to time though! We can make our own entertainment! I'm looking for people who can think critically, are creative and expressive, incorporate spiritual practice into their lives and homes and are gentle souls. I like housemates to be considerate of others by cleaning up after themselves, not continually slamming doors and heavy stomping etc. Ask others if they would like anything from the shops if you are going, or offer to do someones dishes if they are running late. I am a vegetarian, but don't mind what other people's preferences are. It tends to be easier for people to look after their own shopping, but more than happy to chip in for veggie boxes in people do that, and definitely up for sharing dinners and baking experiments!! I don't have any pets, but am more than happy to move in somewhere that does have an animal or two! Any questions, ask away!! Thanks, Loz
Hello, My name is Joseph, I am working full time in a winery called Coldstream Hills in Yarra Valley and I am currently looking for room in Healesville area to move in around mid Jannuary. I'm looking to spend around 100 - 180$ per week. I would like to live in a tidy and organized flat which are two requirements I believe are essential to have a good atmosphere at home. I am a very easygoing person with a strong respect for everyone who will be sharing the flat with me. I'll be working full time, and in my free time I love to do outdoors activities, as hiking or running. I had many experiences as flatmate in the past and I know how important is to be respectful of others spaces and privacy, and I always clean up after myself and I would expect the same of any roommate. if needed I am able to references from my previous landlords and employer here in Australia and New Zealand. Thanks
Todd and I are both young winemakers that have vintage jobs in the Yarra Valley. I am originally from Ballarat and Todd is from Margaret River, WA. We're both tidy, non smokers who love the outdoors and the ocean when we're not at work. We'll be super busy throughout the harvest period so won't be home all that much - but would love a nice quiet comfortable place to come home to that's not too far from work. If you have a room or a granny flat for us - that would be amazing!
I’m easy going and tidy, preferably looking for somewhere I can bring a gorgeous well behaved border collie with me, however open to anything. I’m studying at La Trobe University and work part time whilst also playing netball, so I won’t be around all that often during the day. I enjoy being active and socialising and am looking to live with people of similar interests to myself :)
I am very easy going, and I enjoy getting to know people. I do value my own time and space, and understand this need in others, but I am also happy to spend quality time with people. I think I am fairly out-going, and have a wide variety of interests. I'm always keen to try new things. I am a tidy person, and always happy to help out with the upkeep of the home. I am an animal lover, and have one dog, Imago, who I would like to have with me. She is a very loving dog, and adores people.
Clean, neat & tidy, capable of being quite social, also happy with own company. Work a lot of hours, spend lots of time out with the horse, and somewhere like to fit in a pile of reading and some walking/running/cycling. Like to grow a few vegetables is space is available.

Im currently a nursing student and working as the gardening teacher at the Mansfield Rudolf Steiner School. I used to run my own market garden on a piece of land in central Victoria and learned to farm in Canada for 4 years. I am also an outdoor education guide and an Iraqi war veteran. Lets have a conversation...I know you have questions.
I am very easy to live with, clean and tidy and respectful of space and stillness within the household. I'm a non smoker and drinker. Very clear communicator, humorous and easy going. Love animals. I am a health practitioner (energy worker and animal communicator). I enjoy being out in nature a lot as well as nights in reading a good book or watching a movie. I love socializing as well as having my own space. I'm about to do my Diploma in Youth Services.
APPEALING TO ANY GOOD SAMARITANS WHO CAN HELP!! I'm friendly and clean. I'm generally a private person but occasionally like the company of others to socialise and have a cuppa or a meal. I also am a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 12mths old and super friendly towards humans and other dogs! She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but bigger the better! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up! I don't have my daughter living with me. She's 16 and would like a 2 bedroom place so she can join me. It's quite sad due to break up she had to stay with my parents! So if I can't find a 2 or more bedroom place that's affordable and right location then I'll need something temporary 3-6 months while I look and not rush! I'm praying for any Good Samaritans out there who'll have what I need/want! So basically it's just me and the dog if only a bedroom in a house or if 1 bed/studio/bungalow place. The rent needs to be cheap as I'm a pensioner but also have child so got more income. I'm just looking for a clean quiet peaceful place to call and make a home! I'm needing to rest and recover from an abusive partner and already feeling so much better and getting on with life! Some of u may be put off but I hope u don't judge too quickly as I'm a honest dkind caring and big hearted person!
Easy going, friendly. Love to go to the beach in my spare time or see family and friends.
Hi all, I'm looking for a furnished room with ensuite preferably (or a separate bungalow) in a quiet, respectful household preferably in Croydon Hills vicinity. I love to cook, enjoy music and movies, like a clean house and like good company although I also like my own space. I would also like a non-smoking environment. I am qualified in natural therapies and work part time (looking for more hours) in clinic while I am also building a network marketing business. I tend to be out a lot in the evenings or busy on my computer. I would also consider doing housework/childminding in lieu of rent (for a single mother??) or senior person needing some company and help. I don't know how long for at this stage as I am in between houses.
Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. Sadly, after some 20 years, I had a bad experience when nursing and made the decision to try alternative work (Happy to go into details if you'd like to know - I'm fine now but needed a change). I'm currently doing forklift work in Kilsyth, but I'm enjoying it. It's hard work but the people are great. So, am looking at rentals / flatshare in that area -Kilsyth, Croydon, Bayswater, Boronia, Lilydale, etc I'm also focusing more on my music composing. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. It seemed to help and it felt good to see her smile. So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times. I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and as well as working full time, I also make a point of doing regular volunteer work where I can. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn
A little bit about me, I just finished my high school studies and am looking at moving out. I don't smoke or have pets and while I love to socialize, I won't be having big parties wherever I end up living! I love making new friends and I am a very clean and tidy person, I'm looking for somewhere with my own room and a bit of privacy and quiet. My interests include the gym, shopping, reading and going out. I will not be attending university this year but I will be working full time in the surrounding area and working to further my education by participating in a variety of courses... basically, I'll be in my room or out most of the time. What makes me great to live with, is that I am: • Reliable • Respectful • Trustworthy • Mindful • Easy-going • Humorous • Tidy/Well organized If you think I'm the right tenant for you, by all means, send me a message and I'll check it out. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I'm a 25 year old male moving to the north-east for work (town planner). I'm a reasonably quiet person and like to think that I'm friendly and approachable, more than happy to chat or let you keep to yourself. I've lived in sharehouses since moving to Melbourne and consider myself pretty easy to live with. I'm a decent cook and happy to share the occasional meal, I also like keep common areas clean and tidy. I like to get out and socialise on the weekends, so I'll likely be in the city on the weekends. I love animals and am happy to team up with someone with a pet or that is looking to get a pet.
