Living on 5 acres is a whole special feel. We have two lakes on the property and an inground pool. We have unlimited Internet, full Foxtel and the room is fully furnished. As for Pets, we are open to certain pets but not guaranteed just any pet will be accepted.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Working professional (RAAF) requires shared accomodation. I mainly need it for week days due to work schedule. I’m a friendly open and positive person easy to get along with.

Clean, quiet, keep to myself but very friendly. I work as an Archaeologist 5 days a week. Have my own car so will need off street parking if possible. Looking for at least 6 months or longer to stay. I do have 2 cockatiels, but if no pets allowed, I will find alternative. Would love to keep them with me though.
Hi everybody :) My partner Jared and I are looking for a room to rent or a couple of people to team up with to start our own share house. I work full time as a vet nurse and Jared is studying mental health. We are friendly, quiet people who usually keep to ourselves. We always clean up after ourselves and pay rent on time. Our only pet is an axolotl but sometimes I have little native animals I take care of temporarily (through WIRES). If you'd like to know more or to meet us, send us a message :)
My partner and I work full time (6 and 7 days a week). Aiming to move in Feburary - March 2018 and stay for as long as it suits our working schedule. We're friendly, respectful and considerate. Yes, we do clean up after ourselves and often go above and beyond. We both have a long working history in the hospitality industry and are really easy to get along with.
I'm a very kind hearted and clean trans guy who loves cooking- and I cook well, who doesn't love a great cook? I have a cute cat, I don't smoke or party, and usually I pass the time I'm not at TAFE by reading, sketching, gaming writing, watching horror movies and studying. I get $400+ a fortnight and I'm in search of a part time job as well as volunteer work at a domestic Violence shelter hopefully to gain work experience as I'm studying community services. A few months ago I moved back from WA to NSW to escape from some personal issues and so I'm a bit of a jumpy keep to myself guy, but I open up very fast if you're kind and joke around. If you keep to yourself, I respect that and keep to myself too, especially if you have people around.
I can be an inspiring person as I'm always at the gym excersizing and am always feeling positive. I mostly just chill out and try to save money. I like playing sports and a bit of Xbox. I cook and clean my own stuff. I have no kids no pets. I like to listen to music while cleaning up on weekends. And I like to socialise on a Friday night. I have live in share accommodation a few times so I know how to make that work.
I am a 36yr old Primary school teacher looking for a place to live. I am neat and tidy, can cook and clean. I am vegetarian but don't mind if you eat meat. I am a quiet and respectful person that is happy to have a chat about any topic you desire. I am well past the party scene of drinking to the point of vomitting. In fact, i hardly drink at all anymore. I am an animal lover so if you have pets, expect that they will gain a new friend.
Self sufficient. Great cooks. Great company. Clean. Friendly feline. Mostly home bodies. Looking to move to Melbourne in 6months and up. Both work in warehousing. From western Sydney area. We're both a good mixture of keeping to ourselves and social butterflies. ~ Will n Jess
Hi, I am looking for a secure and safe room to rent while I am working in Sydney on the metro project. I would only be staying 3 nights a week as I travel home to Newcastle twice during the week and every weekend. Prefer somewhere with a bed already set up ready to go. I smoke outdoors only and don't mind a beer or two after work to relax. Currently working days (8am to 4pm) but will change by the end of November to afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm). Severely allergic to cats so anywhere with cats is a no-no for me. Look forward to hearing from you.

The house is 4 min walk to the railway station, buses, gym, shops, restaurants and ten min walk to downtown Windsor which has all the modern conveniences. The town is on the Hawkesbury River and is surrounded by parkland and countryside. We are one hour drive to Sydney CBD or 80 min on the train. 30 minute drive to Penrith, 40 minutes on train to Parramatta, 10 minutes on train to Richmond or Quakers Hill. Rent for a single person in a semi-furnished room is $190 pw plus $30 pw to cover gas, electricity, fire wood, internet (NBN) and some household supplies. No quarterly bills to pay. If you like the countryside/beauty/fresh air but want to be within commuting distance of the city or ten minutes from Quakers Hill or Richmond you will be very happy here.
