Hey potential new house mate :) My name is Emily, I'm 25 work fulltime in Childcare and am chilled out down to earth kind of person. I love connecting with people and having chats but also really dig my alone time. I like to keep things clean and enjoy housework (weird yes but I find it therapeutic) I am a caring, empathic and giving person by nature and I'm sure we will become good friends. I have 2 beautiful loving boxer dogs that will be coming with me, I'm sure you will fall in love with them as much as I have. I am looking for a room to rent in a place that has a dog friendly backyard. If you'd like to know any more about me or anything hit me up :)
Easy going, sociable, 41 y/o shift working emergency services worker, 2 gorgeous daughters (12 & 14)........but relax......they're not your average teenagers......they're polite, well mannered, respectful, sport and active kids. I'm a non smoker, and only occasional social drinker. I'm active and play sports 2 nights a week. Otherwise love my cafes/coffee in the morning, and work other gigs on the side. So certainly won't be bumming around the house. Only need something for approx 6 months (if share style accomm), otherwise long term of stand alone or granny flat style is offered. Acerage would be amazing.
Im a pretty chilled girl, i enjoy spending time with my pup Maizy and trying out new places to eat and drink. I work in hospitality and am passionate about coffee. I am also a singer and do gigs as often as i can. My family all lives in Sydney and i would love to be closer to them and also further my career opportunities. Thanks! Tegan
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I'm a self-employed (for almost 20 years) graphic and web designer, living near Windsor but looking to move closer to clients and public transport in the Hills area. I'm a big fan of fitness and enjoy weight-lifting, boxing and bootcamp, as well as going to farmers' markets and whole food cafés.
I am looking for 2-3 other people to team up with to find a rental around the Hills District. I would be willing to pay extra for the main bedroom. I am 22 years old and work full time as a marketing consultant. I also have a 6 year old english staffy named Kevin. He got hit by a car when he was 1 so he has problems with his back legs, nerve/spinal damage and a plate in his front shoulder. This worsens when he is outside in the cold so most of the time he is inside with me. Because of this, I would need to find a place that allows pets. However, he is not good with other dogs so would need to be the only animal in the house. In my spare time I am usually out with friends. I appreciate a clean house and respect having own space. Contact me if you would like to chat further.

I am a Dog Training and have just gotten a job at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT. This is located in Glossodia so i am looking for a place relatively close. I am 24 years old, male, very friendly, love my job and very career focused. I love playing my video games and watching some good TV shows, I'm social and spend every second weekend at my partners place. At this point in time I do not have a dog of my own. That being said as part of my Job as being a Guide Dog Trainer I may on occasion need to bring home a guide dog for training purpose only.
- Within 10-minute walking distance to Windsor station and shops. - A 15-minute commute (via car) from the Western Sydney Hawkesbury campus. - NBN Internet access (no charge to the prospective tenant). - Quiet and tidy family home. - Ideal for a student or quiet professional. - 2 weeks rent upfront. - Happy to forward some images upon request.
We are very clean and respectful of property and people. We are always on time with rent and bills. We are looking for temporary accommodation for 4-6 months as we are moving interstate and have lined up some full time work in Sydney along the way. We enjoy quiet time and visits to local cafes. We would love to hear what places are recommended to visit while we are in town.
I'm a very kind hearted and clean trans guy who loves cooking- and I cook well, who doesn't love a great cook? Not to mention I have an adorable cat and I'm not a party Guy so I keep to myself by reading, going ice-skating, watching horror movies and studying. Though I'm hoping to get a part time job asap.
I am seeking to share with a mature quiet house mate to keep living costs low. I'm seeking a place with internet, partly furnished at least, that can have a cat. (I have 1 cat - desexed, female, trained). I work perm part time and my job requires the internet at home as I do oncall from home as well.
Hi my name is Michael. 48yo I'm a Aircraft Engineer and I'm working at the RAAF base from the 28/8/17. I will be working there until Christmas. I'm looking for a place close to the base. Most weekends I would be surfing or going to Canberra to visit friends. I have a reference from another flatmate from the sunshine coast. I only left there in June. If you would like any more information just contact me Cheers Michael
I'm a laid back, fun person (I like to think, some people may say obnoxious but I don't know what they mean;), I love a good glass of merlot sometimes, I'm a smoker but clean about it. I enjoy reading and listening to music, I clean up after myself and know how to cook decent meals; more than happy to cook for you.
