Hi, I'm a sole parent (Mum - 46yrs) looking to move to a new place as soon as possible as where we are living has been sold and I am hoping to find another single parent to rent with or possibly a person who simply enjoys children as I have one son who is 5 years old and in Prep at Runaway Bay. We are wanting to find a new home as soon as possible close to the Runaway Bay, Paradise Point or Hope Island area to suit another single parent/ person to share a household and utility costs, etc together. I am happy to pay up to $250 a week for both myself and my son, so combining our rent could hopefully find us a great house with lots of space for us all! I would prefer an only child if possible (age to be over 3 years old) but am negotiable depending on the space available in the house we find :-) We are very clean, friendly and easy to get along with and respectful to others. I enjoy yoga, walking, going to the gym, cooking, taking Jett to the beach or park to play on the swings, family weekend outings and generally live a pretty quiet life :-) This would be best suited to someone who is possibly working or studying, is quiet, honest and reliable. Must be clean and tidy and be personally responsible in a share environment! A small pet would be considered if child friendly and house trained. Wanting to move into a new home for us all asap, so look forward to hearing from you :-) Thanks, Michelle
Work full time, clean, polite, very respectful and keep to myself. Down to earth very friendly guy.
Hard working, trustworthy and fit chick looking for accommodation with my furball (dog). He's a social and friendly boy, loves humands and other animals. I am working and studying, go to the gym and kickbox myself through the ring and life :) I am a considerate flatmate who is happy to socialize a little as well as keeping to myself. No party animal, quiet and clean.
I am a fun, happy person. Like to socialise but also like to have my me time. I am a nurse and am a shift worker. Easy to get along with, clean and tidy. Need a place with my own bathroom. cheers!
Hey all. 26yo FT working male, starting a new job on Gold Coast soon. Looking to probably share for reasons of cost and hopefully to meet some new people. Like to chat sometimes, like own space at other times - balanced. Not a party animal but don't mind a bit of silliness every now and then either.
Please read full ad before messaging: We are a fun loving kiwi couple that is pretty easy to get along with. We have been living in Melbourne for 2yrs now, working in recruitment and Police full time. Together, we are making the long awaited move to the Gold Coast early May and expect to be there on Sunday 14th May. Ben is the quieter of the two of us, at 6ft2 he's a gentle giant but not to worry, Caitlin will do all the talking for the both of us without fail! We like to eat healthy 90% of the time and are pretty active with the gym, but would never be considered gym bunnies - it's just a part of our standard lifestyle. Not a problem though if you and your housemates love the take-away life, we're not judgemental! Also, Ben is an ex-chef so cooks a mean meal, and actually loves doing it so would be happy to do that from time to time! Keen to find a home that has a room available for a short amount of time. Ideally, the room will have it's own bathroom or ensuite. We will be driving our car across to GC but can park on the road if that is the only option available. We are LGBTQI friendly, baby/kid friendly and absolutely love animals. Please note: We will NOT have full-time jobs upon arriving, we have specifically saved for this move and do not want to rush into the first job we find (as we have made that mistake before!). We are currently interviewing for roles each but would like to spend the first two weeks exploring the GC and suburbs - being out of the house and active daily. Being in recruitment and with Ben having the chef experience, we anticipate it should be no longer than 2 weeks without work. This is absolutely not an issue for us, it is something we have planned for, but it may be a problem for potential landlords/room mates and is something we would rather mention up-front. We have no problem paying rent and can pay in advance if this is of a concern. Staying in a home share capacity is a temporary option for us until we find a home of our own, therefore only expect to be there for 6 - 12 weeks maximum. We look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! My name is Summer and I am a full time university student and a part-time worker looking for a nice place to stay. I also have a small breed dog who would love to be considered! She is a cuddle bug!
Hey! Well before I start on why I am great to live with i'd just like to say a little bit about why I'm on here! My main reason for looking for somewhere new to live is that I would like to start my own from-home cake business (or at least have a good crack at it in the right environment) so ideally the place would have a decent size kitchen, with more that the average cupboard/fridge space and some cool flatmates that won't mind me taking over it (just a little bit!) Can also provide sweets for bribery! At the moment I have been doing cakes etc for friends once or twice a month but sometimes it's hard to get in the kitchen and be efficient at getting them done with out having to start and stop, pull everything out and re-organise ingredients etc. So! If that's too much of a deal breaker then I will tell you I am clean, tidy, respectful of space and privacy, down to earth and friendly. I'd like to find someone with those similar qualities, as well as these; -Around my age, or at least won't act like my mum or dad! -Vegetarian/Vegan a bonus -Can clean up after themselves and successfully adult 80% of the time! Ideally I'd like to just live with one or 2 other people. No couples though. I love animals but I'd prefer not too live with them at this stage :( I work part time as a Pastry chef but my hours can vary from 15 to 45 a week but don't worry bills always come first! In my spare time I volunteer at an animal shelter, read, exercise, get out and about or just stay at home and bake/cook. I'm defiantly over the partying scene but do like the occasional beer or rum every now and then!
I am easy going quite and friendly. I clean up after myself, work full-time and I'm looking around gold coast for place to rent. Also able to supply own bed and sofa for unfurnished room. How expensive is rent here!!? Spending 11 or more hours of the day at work or in traffic. Often only to rush out the door again for salsa dancing lessons. Naturally, I need the cheapest rent I can find to match my introductory low wage. Early to rise, early in bed. Non-smoker healthy lifestyle. Into yoga, meditation, salsa, swimming. Love the beach and the bush too. Returned from living in Germany for 10 years since start of February. (Australian born). Started working at a hardwood timber wholesaler in Yatala.
I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I train daily in various types of fitness I'm peaceful and chilled out Love to cook, I create my own foods from scratch This is just a little about me, if you are on the same path I'd love to meet you.
