Hey there, my name is Natacha! I am an RMIT student, studying the Master of Writing and Publishing! I'm looking for a room to stay in a sharehouse/apartment with a female housemate(s). Not a requirement; but it would also be nice if I could live with someone who is also working or studying :) Ideally, I would like a place with natural sunlight and near public transportation. I'd also like to be situated somewhere long-term! A little bit about myself; I was born in Toronto, Canada. I've studied in Melbourne for almost 4 years, and I'm happily returning in the coming months! I am a sushi and coffee lover, not necessarily together. I enjoy socialising, however, also value my 'me-time' and the space that we will share as housemates! Having previously lived with a number of housemates, I am quite familiar with living in shared accommodations. If you have any other questions regarding myself, please ask away! I'd be happy to answer any curiosities you may have! Cheers! Natacha x Note: Ideally, I'd like my rent to budget at $300 (including bills), but I am happy to discuss further! I am also flexible with the move in date :)

I'm a fairly quiet person but I do love to get to know people. I'm a gamer by heart and a bit of a space nerd. I'm currently studying at TAFE 3 days a week while doing an online course aswell . I'm an avid lover of watching Sport mainly AFL and Cricket. I enjoy cooking and I know a few good simple recipes.
Hi All, I am a friendly easy going person. I pay rent and bills on time and I am happy to do my share of the cooking and cleaning. If there are no current house share available I am happy to start a lease with others if that’s an option. I am honest, reliable and respectful. I don’t smoke or drink Thanks, Zoe
Working every week day as a manager for a cleaning company in Warrnambool. Rent/bills have never been a problem. Can provide references on request. I'm quiet, reserved, geeky but quite happy to have a beer and a chat from time to time. I enjoy sport and music.
I room listed is the master bedroom, I just don't want to move around my things as I have already settled in the second bedroom. Public transport & surroundings: The suburb is quiet, with a bus stop ~1 min from the property. It is very close to Gateway Shopping Centre (~10 mins via public transport & ~4 mins by car) an ~10mins to the town via car or ~20mins by bus. There are two gyms 4 mins away (Aquazone & Anytime Fitness). Logan's beach, Capitol cinema and cafes, all about 10 minutes away by car. Facilities: Glass top induction stove, air conditioner and a gas/radiation heater. There is also a ceiling fan in the room available for rent. I am happy to share the couch, kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press & crockery), laundry machine, vacuum cleaner. I don't have a TV, but you are welcome to bring your own. Parking: I use the garage mainly for storage. You are welcome to park your car in the garage. There is enough space to park 2 cars on our property as well. Pets: The backyard is not too big, and I have a pet (dog) on the property. He spends most of his time in the backyard while I'm at work and will be let inside when I am around. Lawn maintenance is organised by the property agents. Internet: I have installed Telstra NBN if you would like to share internet. 1TB data. ($38/month per person if we share). Expectations: I would like my housemate to treat the place with respect and clean up after themselves, pitch in for chores etc. :) You would need to furnish your own room. I am happy to catch up and socialise but also need my own space during exams, etc. I hope you are pet friendly as well :)
Lovely townhouse close to Gateway Plaza, which has most necessary facilities. The home has a private backyard with alfresco and currently has a room available, sharing with working professionals. Fully furnished just bring you own linen.
Along with your own bedroom, you will also have your own private, fully furnished lounge room with TV and heating. Also your own large size fridge and use of a fully functional and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, so you can get creative with cooking You will have use of private gym and yoga area and equipment. Included in the rent is Wifi, air conditioning netflix, stan and the joy eating home grown vegies, good company and cuddling my friendly pets.
Small unit on tower square. Unit is furnished other than bedroom. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Great neighbours who look out for one another. Walking distance to Gateway Plaza. ~3min drive to the uni Will need to be approved by real estate (more of a formality) I welcome any questions or to come check it out before deciding whether room is suitable for you. Picture isn't a great representation; recommend inspecting. Possibility of being able to take over the lease down the track.
