Exclusive use of your own wing of our large home, with private entry, and includes two large bedrooms, furnished with queen sized beds, your own lounge room and no sharing the modern bathroom! Was a DA approved Bed and Breakfast. Super private. Parking space well off the road. Orchard, vegetable gardens and courtyard surround the space. Large secluded landscaped dam for swimming & canoeing with pontoon and a gazebo. (Great spot for yoga, reading or escaping reality) Toilet and shower facilities also by the water. Was used as a site for our successful camping business. Property still able to be viewed on YouCamp website. We're after a permanent tenant to enjoy this quiet, beautiful space we have to share. *Kitchenette pending Netflix
Looking to start a fresh new rental with 1 or 2 people towards the end on March. Hoping to find a nice place surrounded with trees up in the hills somewhere to turn into a bit of a sanctuary. I'm real laid back and get along with all kinds. Would be stoked to live with a good couple.Bust me a msg if this sounds like you! Oh and i have a ute and will help you move your stuff :)
I am looking for a quiet place to live as i am quite shy. i have just finished my personal trainer certificate in NSW and would love to move back to QLD as i lived there for almost a year and loved it. I'm wanting to find work there. . i am very into health and fitness. i am vegetarian and love to eat as organic as i can, (little bit of a health freak) so i do like to cook and prepare my own foods. i am quite conscious of using excessive chemicals or anything like that in the home. i am very kind and helpful and friendly. i am very clean and tidy and keep to myself. I would love to find a place with like minded gentle people. I would ideally be after a furnished room, but if not, i can arrange something.
I’m an author working on a series of books, but also an inventor, definitely a geek, and I look something like the love-child of a Hobbit with gigantism that shagged a Wookie after a big night out at The Green Dragon.
SEEKING LONG-TERM HOUSEMATE Hi My name is Miron and I’m looking for 1 housemate to join me in a lease as soon as possible. Area: Somewhere within an hour south of Gold Coast. Currumbin Valley, Tallebudgera Valley, Bonogin, Tweed heads, Tomewin. Somewhere within that kind of radius. Rent: I can pay up to $500 p/w (although closer to $450 would be better), looking for someone who can cover around $250 p/w. The place: 4+ bedroom house, with a yard or acreage. Solar panels and rain water tanks ideal. 2+ bathrooms ideal. Porch and garage would also be a bonus. I also have a cat, so it needs to be pet friendly. My requirements: 3 rooms for myself (bedroom, work room and study/lounge). This leaves 2 rooms for you, entirely to yourself (lounge room counted as a room). We would then only need to share a kitchen, laundry and yard space. As the rent and room sizes may vary, we would decide how we split the rooms and lounge room as per amount of rent we each pay. I’m VERY fair, so this should be an easy process. I think $700-$750 p/w for a really nice 4 bedroom house in those areas is very realistic. Seeking: Someone who is mature, responsible, “conscious”, respectful, has steady work, easy to get along with, clean and tidy (I don’t mind what you do in your space, but if we can please keep the kitchen, laundry and yard tidy, that would be great). Also, ideally someone who likes gardening so we can grow some of our own veggies together. A bit about me: I’m 36, doing my PhD in medicinal chemistry at Griffith Uni, Gold Coast campus. I also work from home growing medicinal mushrooms. I am busy with uni most of the week and work from home 2 days per week. My schedule is fairly busy but flexible. I’m kind, respectful, responsible and REALLY easy to get along with. Overall, I think this would be a really great opportunity for both of us. You would get your own space (2 rooms), living with a chill person for very reasonable rent, in a beautiful great big house (I’ve seen some real palaces around those areas within that price range). Here are some examples of houses we would be looking at; https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-worongary-425560870 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-worongary-425639002 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-mudgeeraba-425801742 https://m.realestate.com.au/property-house-qld-mudgeeraba-425502570 Please message me here or on 0408323774 to get in touch if interested. Thanks very much, Miron :)
My one year old son and I are looking for a short term abode within walking distance to the shops, business central etc. I work part time and study online, willing to pay up to $250 a week direct debit out of Centrelink. We are easy to live with, travel a lot so never home but when we are I like a relaxed routine and to keep our space clean and decorated.
me and my family are quiet and clean. We keep to ourselves but are happy to help out with anything. We are all good at different things so have lots of skills to share if needed. Our daughter is 12 so will be at school all week and when not at school is very busy with homework or hobbies. We have two small Labradoodles of whom are very clean, well behaved, and house trained, just like us :) Our dogs are very quiet but very friendly (again just like us) they are also hypoallergenic and do not shed (I have to say just like us). Our situation is that we sold our house as we wanted to do some traveling and then on return relocate and rent for a while until we find our perfect home. We owned a home in Murwillumbah but after selling have been travelling the UK. When we return in April or perhaps earlier we would like somewhere to stay for a while until we find a property to rent or purchase. We are happy to rent two rooms in a shared house, a studio, a granny flat, a caravan or anything that would fit the 3 of us plus our two fur babies (the fur babies like children, adults and dogs...not tried them with cats but I'm sure wouldn't be a problem). We have our belongings in storage in Gold Coast which can stay there until needed.
Super friendly, easy to get along with! Clean and respectful. Fully qualified hairdresser, now on casual. I work 3 to 5 days a week, I like to spend my spare time either relaxing at home or out with friends. I’m looking for someone around the same age or just someone fun and easy to get along with. Iv been a vegetarian since birth but don’t mind being around meat.
Hi, I have a Landscape Design business that I wish to relocate back to northern NSW, I'm also currently studying online. Though all this keeps busy, I enjoy socialising, outdoors, nature, and my teenage children live in Burringbar. I clean up after myself and like things tidy. I'm a casual smoker, but not inside. I'm looking for a place with storage for tools and an area large enough to set up a small office and drafting table.
Clean, down to earth, relaxed. I grew up in the outback and love to get out in the green. I don't own a tv but do like to watch the occational movie, pretending to play my guitar or having a good hearty laugh. I am transfering my studies from Melbourne to Southern Cross Uni to continue with Clinical Sciences. I have the great privilege of sharing this life with a parrot named Jazz. Unless hungry she's pretty quiet, is a total sucker for neck rubs and has absolutely no sham investigating the underneath of your shirt where she is also likely to set up camp and have a kip. I'm not on any social media, I'm a bit old fashioned but should you wish to dig up on me I have referee's-a-plenty.
Hello, I appreciate beauty and love nature which means I am up for a cycle in the morning and off to work each day with a smile and a g’day. A bit of a chat occasionally but I like reading a good book and taking in the views when possible and catching up on emails. I like a clean tidy place and happy to do the neccessary work to maintain my environment, and to do some gardening too.
Hello my name is brigden, im Bubbly/friendly woman who is great to live with and loves the passion of music and cooking. I tend to keep to myself, but like a good convo. If I sound like a perfect candidate for your room please don't hesitate to send me a message 😁😁
I am looking for a place for me and my little girl cavoodle to call home for a while as we travel. I am retired, quiet, respectful, clean and tidy. I am an experienced sharer who likes the occasional wine/beer & conversation but also like my own space. My pet Honey is 6yr old house trained and friendly.
We are a Easy going couple that love making new friends and having a chat. We are clean and tidy and very respectful of surroundings. We work both full time hours. Looking to relocate down the coast to be closer to family

I work part time as a relief teacher and am quietly super interesting. I'm very well house trained, I've lived in many share houses in 3 different states. I'm pretty independent and mostly keep to myself, but don't mind sharing a drink or a meal with housemates sometimes. . Also well housetrained is my very relaxed cat named Felix. He is very lazy and sleeps all day, he gets along with other animals and doesn't kill birds. Our house of over a year is getting sold so we're looking for our new chill home. . I have a few months to find somewhere so I hope I can find somewhere perfect. Ideally I'm after a place with broadband and a dishwasher, and an unfurnished room big enough for my king bed with AC. Either a granny flat or a super chill share house. I also like big spaces, nature, quiet and views
The gorgeous old cottage has been beautifully restored and sits on a hill very close to town (about 70m walk to main street) and has gorgeous views of Mt Warning. The large deck is perfect for relaxing on and enjoying the sunset. Along with your private room you will have your own bathroom (pictured) and share the kitchen and lounge with the other upstairs flatmate. The location is very close to all amenities such as restaurants, cafes, the aquatic centre, cinema etc. Rent includes electricity, water, internet and Netflix,
I currently own my own home on acreage in Tallebudgera for last 11 yrs. I’m going to rent my house out. I am simple with my living and like peace and quite and privacy. I enjoy cooking, gardening, meditation and doing some yoga. I'm clean and tidy and have maintained my own properties for the past 27 yrs and this will be my first time renting as I've always been a home owner. I prefer to live in nature with birds and trees. Veggie garden would be great but not essential. Preferred areas are Tallebudgera, Currumbin Valley or bushy green areas of Elanora (I prefer some garden and space outside too)
