There is a park/field just two house down the road. The house is fully furnished, you just need to bring your own bed and what ever else you want to put in your room. Its a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lound room, laundry, office and backyard with garden shed and another shed which has a pool table, bar and foxtel. There is plenty of room to park out the front (on the property, off the street) can have up to 5 to 6 cars parked. The room is furnished with bed, bedside tables, desk, tallboy and has a in-built wardrobe. Bills are not included in the rent. Bills that will need to be paid for include electricity, gas and internet. The internet is unlimited and costs $60p/m, will be divided into how ever many people are in the house. Bond is 4 weeks rent paid in advance. It is a great location and a friendly neighbourhood, if you are interested you are more then welcome to come have a look at the place. Cheers
This house is very big and comes with a nice pool, large backyard, deck, and will be furnished apart from bedrooms. Two dogs will be at the property, a 3yo Kelpie and a 1 yo Husky. We will most likely not be allowed any more pets, but we can always ask the realestate. We are aiming to have 3 guys 2 girls to have a nice balance in the house. The house is 4 bedroom but one housemate will be using the lounge room as his bedroom as it is a bit bigger and he has his two children stay with him every 2nd weekend. We do have another family living space for TV etc and hanging out. This makes the rent a bit cheaper too.
I am a clean and tidy, friendly, easy going, relaxed housemate that is just as happy to socialize as well as do my own thing. Looking for a new place to move in to as soon as possible for at least several months while I am trying to sell my house and buy a new one. I haven't rented for a while but I am always reliable with all rent and bills.
International couple looking for a place to live for less than a year. Stephen is Canberra native and have two part time jobs and Liz is from Sweden on her second year work and holiday visa. We are a relaxed couple who like to keep to ourself but also are happy to socialise. Love to cook, watch movies and tv shows and hang with our dog, a Samoyed called Tali.
Hey! I'm currently studying full-time at UC and working a hospitality part-time jobs. I have been living in Canberra for nearly 2 years coming from the Central Coast. I like to be social and chat but also like privacy and can respect the same for others. I am clean and willing to pitch in where and when it is needed. I'm easy going and enjoy having or good laugh or listening to some good tunes.
Hello! I am a young professional in my late twenties. I am often described as thoughtful, playful, and tolerant by those who know me. I consider myself very tidy, clean, and respectful. I am looking to share a house/flat of mixed gender, ideally with other professionals, but students are fine too. Preferably 3-4 people (including myself). I love animals, so pets are not a problem. (That said, I do not have any pets of my own and won't be bringing or acquiring any). I love good food, outdoors, exploring new places, trying new things, exercise and lead an active lifestyle. Well maybe not as much as those who live in lycra and compete in sports... but I do enjoy the fresh air. I also enjoy being a home body, and would be happy curled up on the couch with a glass of red, playing board games with whomever is up for a chat. I am a clean and organised person, but I don't go nuts with cleaning rosters. I believe we're all capable of pitching in with the cleaning when needed and when it's not inconvenient to do so. That said, I'd prefer not to live in a pig sty. If I sound like the right flatmate to you, shoot me a message, introducing yourself and the other tenants. Thanks! P.S. I do want to be part of a home and get to know you all, not just living with flat mates, however I have a preference to do my own cooking. Happy to participate in house dinners every now and then, especially the spontaneous ones, but I don't want to be committed to three different dinners cooked by three different people each week. My cap for shared dinners is probably once a week i.e. someone different takes a turn to cook every Tuesday, rather than three different people cooking three different days in the same week. P.P.S. I cannot live without a dishwasher. They are the best thing ever invented and I will use it religiously.
Welcoming home fully furnished with a big screen TV and modern style. Can provide bedroom furniture if needed. Unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix, Foxtel Now, ducted heating, BBQ, shady deck out the back and sunny courtyard out the side. Bus stop 3 minutes away and shopping centre within 10 minutes walk. Only 1 neighbour and backing onto parkland. Hope you love animals as I have a beautiful super loving samoyed and a fluffy cuddly grey cat. My sammy lives outside in a fully enclosed yard. Smokers are welcome but you must smoke outside. If you have a dog and it gets on with mine I am happy to have them move in too as long as they are well behaved. Like to keep a tidy house in the shared areas. Thanks for considering my room. Looking forward to hearing from you.
I'm in my mid 20s, been in Canberra since the start of the year. I moved from Adelaide for work in government. I'm generally pretty busy and responsible so i have a light touch on a place. I've been staying in a sharehouse but the lease has run out so it seems like a good time to find a more private place. I visit Melbourne quite a bit to see my family on weekends.
Respect the other privacies, clean and tidy, organized, friendly and easy going .

When not working, I like to enjoy the nature, going for a bushwalks, camping, cycling... I am not a party person, but I like to have a drink sometimes. Not a TV person either, but like to watch a few series any other day. Love animals Non smoker Friendly but like my privacy. :)
Early twenties, female, incredibly sporty- I race mountain bikes and require a place that has secure indoor space for 3 push bikes and other general garage items. Love company, friendly and open for chats/dinners etc. Also respect others privacy and need for down time. I am working as a shift worker for the government- so will be sleeping odd hours. Love music. Clean and tidy. Love the outdoors.
Hi everyone! Herald here, I'm in my mid-twenties, working part-time and studying, and I am currently looking for a share-house around Gungahlin area that is pet friendly as I am having to leave the current house that I have lived in for 3 years with many other university students and professionals throughout those years. I am really easy going and friendly and I believe in maintaining a friendly, peaceful, clean and respectful house environment. I love to chat but can respect when people need downtime. I also clean and tidy up after myself as well as participate in all shared household chores without a problem. Love listening to Metal (don't worry I use my headsets 😂) and all the geeky/pop culture stuff like computer hardwares, marvel/DC universe, movies and TV shows. I have a 2yr old cat (Pixel), who is well trained and well behaved and stays indoors (mostly in my bedroom). My budget is $180 per week with utilities and internet. If you are looking for a housemate and don't mind my cat, please message me :)
Hello, I have to move to Canberra for a new job in the aps. I mostly keep to myself, clean up after myself, and am respectful of others lifestyles and their privacy. I would love it if the place was pet friendly, as I may be adopting a puppy (will be 8 weeks in sept), but if I cant find a place that will accept pets I won't as my #1 priority is to find myself a place. I also love nature and enjoy a drink every now and then. Thanks!
