Hi, I am moving to Canberra for a new job. I am a professional and have a well behaved kelpie dog. I am easy going, respectful, clean and enjoy socialising and also my own space. Looking forward to meeting some like-minded people as I am new to the city. My interests include outdoor activities, sport and learning new things.
Hey there! I'm Eryn and I'm quite the dynamite gal. I've just completed my Cert IV in Musical Theatre but will not serenade you with broadway songs if you do not wish for me to do so. I'm a pretty arty person and love to draw/get my art on and obviously perform. I'm currently working 3 jobs in children's entertaining/educating and customer experience. I'm a fully grown child and love to watch anything disney (classic and pixar), however, I do respect that some people need the living room to study or to remain quiet for other reasons so I will hide in my room until one of us is ready to have a study break/wants social time. As a theatre girl, I would consider myself outgoing (but not whack job crazy) and unlike a lot of theatre stereotypes, I'm not at all judgemental and am super welcoming (even if I'm the one being welcomed). Let me know if you have any more questions about me and if you're interested in having me as your new roomy!
Hi everyone, Great things about the house: 1 Spacious (Unfurnished) Private Bedroom. Can fit a double bed, a tv, a table and still have space. Along with A LOT of built in wardrobe space. Wooden Floors. Large backyard. 1 Bathroom and 1 Toilet. Ducted heating so even when it's chilly as outside, you'll feel warm inside. Washing machine, oven and microwave already present. You can dry your clothes inside the house because it's that warm. Two bundles of joy so have to be pet friendly and comfortable around big dogs. 420 Friendly so that's always great. There's Foxtel as well on the Tv in the lounge so if you ever want to kick back and relax on the tele, you'll be stuck on the sofa for a while. Dogs are house trained so they won't ever disturb you with loud barks unless either Mick, Toby or yourself come home. It's only because they get excited. Internet bill will be split 3 ways: $79 a month Gas, Water & Electricity will also be split 3 ways. $460 Bond & 2 Week ($320) Upfront rent will be required. Will also be hiring a weekly/fortnightly cleaner which will be split 3 ways if you are interested. ** Start paying rent from 10th September onwards**
2 rooms available in a two-story townhouse 5 minutes away from Belconnen Westfield. I have fully furnished the common areas already and I like to think it is pretty well looked after and home-y. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and are big enough to fit a double/queen bed - and both have built in mirrored wardrobes. The two bedrooms available share the main bathroom which has a huge over bath shower (I have an ensuite). Each room is $175/week, and unlimited internet/wifi is included. The only other bill is the electricity bill which come every 3 months and is split evenly between 3 - it usually ranges between $60-200 each depending on the season. There’s also a toilet in the laundry area downstairs - along with lots of under stairs storage, and a little courtyard which gets a fair bit of sun sometimes. The complex is cute and quiet, and there’s a bus stop right on our road if you need it. There is one allocated car park spot available, (my car is in the garage) as well as heaps of visitors spots - so there’s never any trouble parking.
Hi! My name is Monique. I'm looking for a permanent place to live. I'm a young professional working full time in the city. I'm a pretty quiet person, clean and tidy too. I play soccer on the weekends and take my dog out for adventures. Speaking of, I have a gorgeous chocolate labrador named Nala who is 1 and a half years old. She sleeps in my room and loves people and other dogs (and is scared of cats). She spends her days outside but comes in when I'm home (she isn't allowed on furniture though). She is toilet trained and very well behaved. I also am becoming a dog training instructor - nala and I love learning new tricks. I've lived in share houses for the past 2 years and can provide references. I have a boyfriend and we usually hang out a couple times a week. I'm not a party person - I tend to go out to the movies and pub with friends and like to have a fun but pretty chilled time. My preferred moving date is the 18th of August. If you think we might be suitable to team up give us a yell and Nala and I can come out and meet you! If you have any questions you'd like to ask of me I'm happy to answer. Thanks! Monique

Can provide a washing machine, fridge, television, dining table and other communal furniture. Not looking to share with more than one other person. Any further questions don't hesitate to shoot me through some questions!
