Hey future housemates, I’m returning to Canberra after a year working full time in Melbourne to study my Bachelor of Nusing at UC. I’m fun loving and bubbly and generally a pretty relaxed individual. I’m super passionate about food and wine, and I love trying new things and exploring new places. I’m clean (but by no means a clean freak) and I’m super down to earth and friendly. On my days off you’ll often find me at brunch, spending time with friends or family or chilled out in my pjs enjoying the sun. Ideally I’m looking for a room with its own bathroom that’s able to fit a queen size bed in a house/apartment with great company but I’m fairly flexible. So if I sound like your cup of tea (or coffee) then I’d love to hear from you! 😊
I am Tikarra, I’m 22 yrs old and work full time in a school as well as studying my Primary Education degree. I play alot of sport so I am usually out most weeknights. I’m quite easy going just looking for relaxed roommates, who are neat and tidy.
Hey there! I'm Eryn and I'm quite the dynamite gal. I've just completed my Cert IV in Musical Theatre but will not serenade you with broadway songs if you do not wish for me to do so. I'm a pretty arty person and love to draw/get my art on and obviously perform. I'm currently working 3 jobs in children's entertaining/educating and customer experience. I'm a fully grown child and love to watch anything disney (classic and pixar), As a theatre girl, I would consider myself outgoing (but not whack job crazy) but I do respect that some people need privacy/quiet time :) I appreciate the casual wine and cheese nights, although I appreciate the cheese more so than the wine. Let me know if you have any more questions!
Easy going, clean and happy person to live with. I don’t mind a little bit of mess but hate dishes sitting there for days so if you clean up after yourself we’ll be fine :) Would prefer a female household and not all males.
I am a part-time Student at the university of Canberra and have been employed full-time in my chosen industry from the past 2 years. I have a 17Wk old Bernese Mountain Dog (Apollo) who is the most laid back bear you will ever meet, he comes everywhere with me (including inside the house) to uni etc and is only at home during the day on his own 3 days a week as I put him in day care :) He is very well behaved doesn't bark, bite but does sleep and snuggle a lot. Ideally I will need to find somewhere that has a decent sized back yard but do not mind if there are other pets as Apollo Loves everything and everyone. Please send me a message, I would love to hear from you :)
I'm a Yoga teacher, dancer, photographer, nature-lover. I'm very tidy, thoughtful and responsible. I am independent with a full life, but I also enjoy the buzz and colour of communal living with good-hearted and gentle people. I like to live in places with beautiful light and near to nature.
Friendly, clean and outdoorsy. Work full time in Belconnen area and looking out at the end of Feb. Open to an earlier lease for the right place!
Hi, I'm Toni! I am moving back to Canberra next year and am looking for a place to stay. I am flexible with short-term or long-term stays, preferably a furnished room. I am currently working in hospitality and very laid back. When I am not at work, chances are you'll find me watching/playing sport, hanging out with some friends, going for bush walks or going for a swim. I am tidy, know how to pull my weight in the house, am sociable but respect the privacy of others.
Hey there, I’m a full time student at the University of Canberra (Teaching) and I’m on the last leg of it! I also work in school aged care which has been working every weekday afternoon. I’ve very independent and considerate of people I live with. I don’t smoke, I rarely go out, I don’t really drink much but I enjoy a glass or few here and there. I do enjoy doing thing together with housemates and socialising but happy to respect space and privacy. I am also a crazy plant lady (I’m working on that) so I may come along with a few plants (im restricting myself, I promise!).
I am a very sociable person (but fall well short of being a party animal). I've just finished my degree, and having spent 3.5 years as a student, I know the value of privacy for both myself and others. I don't smoke, nor do I use recreational drugs, and I only drink sporadically. I'm a reasonably tidy person who is more than happy to help out with housework. I love football (both playing and watching), gaming, and watching classic-era Simpsons in my spare time.
I am a single full-time working professional about to progress in a graduate APS role in Canberra, in the Belconnen area. Open to areas nearby that are within a half-hour bike ride range. I'm quiet and keep to myself mostly but the experience of moving out and sharing a place will help to change things up and get me more active. I'm all about finding a place where we can have an amazing team and build a home out of. I will have a car, bicycle and some personal furniture including bed, desk & chair with computer, and a 60" Plasma TV. Currently, I am mainly seeking a person for a teamup.
Two sisters, Paige is a makeup artist and Ashley (me) works in retail. We are both super friendly and love meeting new people. We are both very tidy and quiet. We are only looking to stay somewhere for a short time (maximum 2months) and looking to move in ASAP :)

The house is a 3 bedroom place with 1 bathroom that connects to the main bedroom, dining room, lounge room, kitchen, laundry, 1 car shed, back yard and front court yard. The house is in McKellar about 5-10 from Belconnen centre and 15 from the city. The room available is average size, looks out over a small paved area with plants and doesn’t have a cupboard so additional drawers would have to be brought in. Internet is hooked up, we just asked you pay your share. Bills are split whenever they come up, which is only electricity at this point. Any other questions just send a message.
We’re two friends, who enjoy socialising but also respect people’s space 🙂. We’ve lived in sharehouses before so we know the importance of being clean and considerate to other roommates. We have a great sense of humour too. Looking to move mid December to early January.
I'm a psychology student moving up from Melbourne and working part time. I am looking for a place to call home for the year. I'm looking for a cosy, homely, green, and calm living space to share, preferably close to University of Canberra. Things I find myself doing often/ hoping to see myself doing often: yoga, reading, writing, spontaneous journeying, gardening, drumming, silent musing, cycling, looking at food recipes, going on irrelevant tangents. I'm not that loud nor like drink-brandishing parties and generally prefer interesting connections and conversations.
Features: - Two big decks at front and back (rear one is undercover and has a BBQ and TV) - North-facing living area with wide glass doors offering warm sunlight in winter. - Veggie garden you're welcome to participate in (FYI it's my first time trying to grow plants...) - Recently renovated (2015) kitchen and bathroom (kitchen has modern appliances) - Reverse-cycle air conditioning in main living, as well as ducted heated that can be set on a timer. - Kitchen and living areas fully furnished, bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished (whatever suits you). The house actually belongs to my brother and sister-in-law who are going away for 12 months and have trusted me to rent it and sublet the two spare rooms, so I'll expect you to show respect to the house because I'm going to treat it like it was my own.
room available in McKellar for share accommodation with X2F + married couple (owner), $120pw, includes electricity & water. Quiet conservative study environment no parties, pets or males overnight. Bus stop directly outside house, 5 mins to mall & Uni of Canb, 15 mins to ANU & city.
Unfurnished room available in mid January, and would prefer it to be occupied on or soon after the 16th of January. The room has a built in wardrobe and is suitable for a queen bed or smaller. The bathroom will be shared with only one other person (has a bath also). House features: double garage (option to use garage or park under the front tree. Two living areas, therefore your welcome to bring furnishings if needed, top loader washing machine and dryer, extra freezer, large alfresco area and large backyard, ducted aircon and heating. Close to bus stops, and gold creek/cockington green is a 1minute drive/5 minute walk. Pets already on the property: x2 maremma x whom are very friendly and sometimes entertaining. I also have a large tropical fish tank and turtles. I’m currently house sitting for the owner who’s relocated to Brisbane and I’ll officially be moving in mid January when she packs all her belongings and furnishings. The photos won’t have my furnishings as there on storage, but it’s all mainly moden and elegant. Your welcome to view the house anytime before Christmas ☺️
