I’m moving to the area for work starting in February as an accountant. I am putting out an expression of interest for anyone who wants to take me on as housemate, moving in mid to late January. Also open to teaming up to find a house. Living with people around the same age and interests are preferred. A bit about myself: - 21 years old - Leitchy is my nickname - just finished uni in Melbourne, originally from rural vic. - play football and cricket, passionate tigs supporter 🐯🐯 ( I was there on grand final day! 🏆)- I would intend to play for a local club. - easy going, socialable person, don’t mind a beer or two. 🍻 - I like to be social, but also understand and respect privacy, and can keep to myself. - A place with a nice study area/study space in the bedroom would be preferred as I will have to continue further study at some stage. - haven’t officially rented anywhere before as I had to live on student accommodation during my time at uni as that was a condition of a scholarship I had, but I promise you that I will pull my weight and keep things tidy etc. - I have a girlfriend who will come and stay from time to time on weekends and school holidays as she is a primary teacher
I'm a clean and tidy person, keep to myself. social person but not a big party person. I work in childcare during the week and at a pub Saturday nights, usually work between 35-45 hours a week and go to the gym 5 days a week. Looking to eventually buy my own unit but hoping to rent a room for atleast 6 months.
The House is in a great positing on monument hill. has an epic view of Albury from the kitchen/living area and Balcony. Also have a pool just not in use at the moment due to the cold weather. short walk into dean street from the house. Nailcan is very close for riding and walking. No real house rules just keep house clean and tidy. Just have to ask if having people around!! Can put a bed and mattress also a desk if needed.
My house mate Claire and I are looking at renting out one room in a nice and modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The middle room will be vacant from June 13 onwards as our other house mate has decided to move out.
The house is clean and tidy on a quiet street. You will have your own bathroom. The house is fully furnished you will only need to provide furniture for your bedroom. The house has internet and foxtell.
Peaceful private location. One room in a fully furnished house. It is a three bedroom house in Wodonga. One bathroom which is shared, with a separate toilet and vanity area. (three rooms) I have a Kelpie dog who is 14 in January, she is both inside and outside. She sleeps alot these days. The room has a queen bed, built in robe with a shelf on the inside of the cupboard and two shelves along the opposite wall, which I have baskets to place your clothes in. There are also two bedside tables with a lamp. There is linen on the bed and towels. Open fire place in the lounge room. Gas heater and AC. Public Park at the end of the street. Yard to sit in on a lovely day or potter in the garden. It is a good size garden. Exercise bike and walking machine available. Off street parking. No internet. Happy for you to put it on. 10 min walk to TAFE & La Trobe Uni. The bus stop is around the corner. IGA & petrol and Edwards Tavern are not far in one direction and 2km approximately to Birallee Tavern, shopping centre, gyms and indoor pool. No drugs. No smoking cigarettes inside. Prefer none to minimal alcohol (1-2 standards drinks). Sometimes others stay at the house, who are passing through town. Wash hands before playing the piano. Rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. Clean up your own mess, dishes and washing. Place a coaster under all liquids drinks, containers on wooden surfaces, so as not to damage the furniture / item. Assist with household and garden chores. Ask before using the extra items on the property, mostly the answer is yes.
Moving from Melbourne in Jan/Feb to study full time. I'm an easygoing, tidy, chilled out kind of person, looking for other easygoing, chilled out kinda people to live with. I enjoy hiking, adventure travel and chilling out watching a movie or some trashy tv. I'm guessing a lot of my time will be taken up with study and I'll also be driving down to Melbourne to visit family and friends occasionally. I've spent the last several years working full time and am excited about starting uni to study what I'm interested in. Currently just putting the feelers out to see what's out there, I'm interested in team ups so feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or if you think we might make good housemates! :-)
Hi guys, My name's Asheleigh and I'm 23. I'm a student - currently studying Veterinary Nursing and Business Administration, both of which I am nearly finished. I work 3 jobs, all of which have stable income and plenty of hours. I'm a neat and tidy person who loves baking and cooking, and am generally pretty easy to get along with. I like my own space, but at the same time will have a chat to you, play a game or watch a movie. I'm not a party type and would rather curl up on the couch and watch a movie, or stay in and read a book. I horse ride for fun, and play weekly netball. I am looking for a housemate that is respectful of my space, keeps communication open and is easy to talk to. I do have a partner who alternates staying with me and his own home, if this is an area of concern please let me know. In terms of furniture I have a bedroom suite and that is all. I have my own towels, cleaning products, dry food etc. Thanks in advance!
Hi there! I will be moving to Albury next year working full time. I'm clean and respectful around the house. I also respect privacy of others but don't mind a small chat here and there :) Hobbies include going on hikes and group fitness classes :)
I am an engineer moving to Albury for a new job. I am easy to get along with, tidy, chilled out person, happy to go for an occasional adventure and beach trips. I'm also a movie person and wouldn't mind socialising with friends from time to time. If you have a space coming up or looking to team up around, please feel free to send me a message! :)
We are a quiet and neat couple. Luke works full time as a doctor and I work part time as a vet. We are both preparing for specialist exams so will spend a lot of time studying when not at work. We have a dog who is mostly indoors - she is a 9 year old Labrador cross who is very lazy and quiet. She gets along well with other animals, including cats. We will likely spend one or two weekends every month in Melbourne where we're from (we are moving up to Albury for work in 2018). We enjoy good food and cooking, and are more than happy to share if we cook a feast!

Jess and I love life. We love healthy eating, balance and practise kindness to our best ability. We are a non-intrusive couple to live with meaning we respect and empathize with anybody sharing our space. Our goal is to create a healthy and happy household to support us doing the work we need to eventually play out or dream of creating a family. We are motivated and love a clean clutter free space. We enjoy the company of others and find no trouble getting on with everyone easily. Rent is always paid on time
