I am NOT interested in renting a room anywhere, so please do not offer !! The house I am currently renting has been sold, so I am putting the feelers out for something new. I have until September to find something, but also probably the flexibility to get out sooner. So anywhere between May and September may be realistic I want to a houseshare, where we look at houses together, sign a lease together and share the house and not just rent a room. A house big enough for everyone to have their own space. I have furniture and whitegoods for a house, and bedroom furniture for myself and a spare/guest room. But we can always adjust what goes in. I'm happy to sell some of my stuff or use it all. This is not the search for an option to live super cheap, rather to get more bang for your buck. So a decent house in good condition with enough space for everyone to not be on top of each other. 2 bathrooms ideally, a spare room, spacious living areas. Someone should be willing to spend $160-$250 plus expenses, so that we can get something nice. That's a pretty wide range there and depend on what you want for yourself. Obviously there needs to be a yard for the dog with good fencing. A doggie companion for her would be perfect. She's not the most social dog, but generally company would be good for her. Gets along better with male dogs I'm 42 (but refuse to grow up), work fulltime in the city, love cycling and trail running or hiking, don't mind the odd drink, I'm not a health-nut and enjoy my creature comforts. I do like it tidy in the common areas (kitchen and bathroom especially). My dog Zara is a bit shy at first, but nothing that can't be resolved with treats, and she is really a big sook! She doesn't want to live in a party house, too many loud noises scare her ;), and she's also not used to kids, so I am looking for single people or couples only. That's all for now, if you're looking for something similar, get in touch!

I’m from WA and landed in this fine state last year via UK, Spain, Italy & Melbourne. I’m a sommelier and I make a bit of fun juice for L’uva Wines I’m fun yet considerate Extrovert who likes downtime Clean but not anal retentive I love to cook, drink/make wine and I love to chill out in nature or in the backyard, crack a tinnie and have a good yarn. I’m looking for clean, considerate, consistent, lovely housemates who are open minded and upfront communicators. Let me know if you’re free for a catch up/beer and we can have fun ascertaining if we are the kind of housemates dreams are made of!
I’m a fun person with positive vibes! I am clean, respectful and reliable person. I am interesting in art, cultures, sports, travelling, photography, baking and ice cream!
Hey peeps, I'm a recent uni graduate, now working full time and looking to move out. During the week I'm pretty busy with work, gym and footy training so I'm not home too often (I work a second job on Sundays as well.) I do enjoy a drink though and can provide much free wine to the household as I work in the wine industry :) Looking for a clean house with nice housemates (no pets is preferable unless its a really cute doggo)
Heya! I’m Olivia and I’m looking for like-minded gals to move out/in with! I work up to 36 hours a week at an independent cafe in Glenelg and study part-time. I’ve lived out of home in Europe before so I’m pretty keen to live out of home is Australia too. Although I’m on the younger side, I’m super reliable, respectful and fair. I communicate well and get along with pretty much anyone! I’m not looking for a quiet, secluded share house experience but rather an open and friendly space where I can be friends with my house mates. I like having friends over for dinner and drinks, and I go out to live gigs sometimes but rarely stay out late due to work. I also have a cat that would have to come along so looking for folks also okay with that! I’d prefer a room with wooden floors and a substantial window, but asides from that I’m pretty unfussy about the rest of the place. Anyway if you’re into music, gardening, art, spirituality, ratatouille the movie, etc etc, chuck me a message! :-)
Hi, I am a single male student majoring in social work. I am an approachable man who likes jogging, swimming and music. I am looking for nice people to live with. Hi, I’m Elouise. I’m 28, work as a manager at a chocolate shop and have a Pet Photography Business as well. I’m a happy, quiet person who is kept busy with my work. I love to sit and have a glass of wine and a chat but happy to chill and watch Netflix or do work in my room. I’m looking for a clean and tidy place with a mature housemate and somewhere I can possibly bring clients every now and then to view their photos after a session ( this won’t be very often) and if not I can do the meetings at a cafe. I’m clean and tidy and respect people’s personal space. I sometimes work night shifts and sometimes during the day. I am not much of a party person and prefer to have a few glasses of wine at home or a wine bar rather than go out to clubs/pubs.

Hello my name is Rachel Maddern, I am 22 years old. I am an OSHC educator. I’m from little old Adelaide, I love it here. I eat a lot of food, I pat a lot of dogs, and like to drink alcohol occasionally between work and gym. I am a very bubbly, kind and enthusiastic person. I would love to share a house with caring and funny girls, who don’t mind a cute snuggle sesh on the couch while watching Netflix and snacking. I am a very sociable person and I love being around people. I am wanting someone who could potentially be a big or lil sister to me. I am clean and tidy and love to cook. When I’m not working you’ll find me at gym, going for walks, the beach and trying new food places as these are my favourite things to do.

Hey! I'm currently looking for a room, I do have a dog though I am looking for a few other people around my age or situation for a bit more independence A little about me: I'm in my second year of medical science so that's my life atm (besides looking for work) I do like to bake (pretty good if I do say so myself), I'm a foody but I don't really drink, also love board games. I usually keep to myself, but I think that's with any 2+ strangers meeting for the first time, and will open up over (a short period of) time.
I am a full time student and part-time retail assistant in Rundle Mall. In my spare time, I enjoy meeting up with friends, having a Netflix binge and a bit of online shopping. I wouldn't cal myself a neat freak but I do like all things to have a home and communal spaces staying tidy.
