I live in a beautiful part of Orange there is a park next door and walks around the wetlands area it's very leafy and lovely trees around. This beautiful 3 bedroom house is located a 5 minute walk from the CBD and includes full central heating and cooling, a tonne of natural light and plenty of privacy from the street. The room being rented is large and has its own external access as well as a built in wardrobe. The tenant would have access to their own bathroom (not en-suite) and toilet. The owner of the house is making some upgrades to the outside of the house at the moment and will be done by the start of the lease.
Awesome share house! Litterally right next to Cook Park and 5 mins from the center of town. Room it self has heaps of space (the pallett bed won’t be there anymore) but still keeps warm. Vintage wardrobe with loads of storage, the desk and chair also comes with the room. Bond is $500,
Hey hey, I'm Kirra, I'm 21 and I moved to Orange from Sydney around 18 months ago. I'm pretty chilled, I keep to myself a bit. I like a good book and drawing but to be honest, usually end up on Netflix. I love to ski and during winter try and get down to Jindy whenever I can. I work in a bakery, casual employment but around 35-40+ hours a week with one or two weekdays off (pros of living with me would be free fresh yummy bread and other baked goodies). I'm really respectful of shared spaces and clean and tidy in them. Not a smoker, don't mind it outside though. Not really a drinker, again not bothered by it. Not committed enough to own pets but will absolutely adore yours if you have any! Pretty keen to move out ASAP and I have bond ready to go. Cheers! Kirra
Hi, I am Rus. I grew up in the Eastern Europe but live in Australia for 7 years already. I am moving to Orange at the end of September to work in the government agency and need a quiet and clean place to relax after work. Enjoy going to the pool/gym, keeping active, exploring, staying in or going out for a drink but not a party person at all. I am respectful, honest, reliable, very clean and organized and expect the same from my future housemate. If you have any questions about me, please ask
I am 25 years old and currently studying pharmacy part time at CSU. I work most days throughout the week. I enjoy a night out with friends or a quiet night in. Generally am quite a clean person and happy to pull my weight around the house with cleaning. I have a 4 year old shitzu/toy poodle that is house trained but stays outside throughout the day. He is currently living with my family but would like a place where I could bring him back to orange with me.
I'm Laura, I'm a Registered Nurse and looking for a place to live in Orange. I have a beautiful 2 year old rescue cattle X, she loves humans and cuddles, however she's not amazing with other dogs. So I'm looking to live with or team up with someone who loves dogs but for one reason or another doesn't have one.
Both studying Physiotherapy and working full time on our last year doing placement. Out next placement starts on the 1st October for 5 weeks and is at Orange Base Hospital. We both love cooking and are very clean and tiny individuals. We both enjoy exercise and are looking at starting Park Run in Orange too.
Relocated to Orange 6 months ago to start a new grad position as an occupational therapist. Looking for shared accommodation or a team up. I’m easy going, and enjoy the simple/finer things! Feel free to send a message if you have any questions!
