I am in Adelaide on exchange from the UK studying for a year, but only looking for accommodation for one semester at the moment so I can go travelling in the summer. I would like to live with other students, preferable other exchange students. I am not too bothered where about in the city or suburbs as long as it is an easy commute into uni. I am quite clean and chilled out and enjoy just exploring new places, and finding somewhere lush to sit and get a coffee.
Canadian exchange student for a semester at the University of South Australia! Just want to explore as much as I can, meet cool people, learn the Aussie way, and have a good time. Arriving beginning of July and staying with family until i find a place so flexible on move in date! I'm passionate about living a low-impact lifestyle, enjoy the outdoors, riding, cooking and concocting and would love a place that embraces all these things. Ideally I'd like to live in a leafy suburb, no more than a 30 minute ride to the city, close to trails if possible. I'm a bit over the party lifestyle but do like the occasional dinner party and night out. Having said that, I'm often so busy at work and going to events that I struggle to find enough time for other things, so when I'm home, I like to relax with a book or good cook-up. I'm clean and tidy and value/practice good open communication and respect so would love to share a place with like-minded people. Cheers
Hi! I’m very shy but once I warm up to you I am down to gossip about Karen in finance! I do sometimes need alone time but I do enjoy just chilling and watching Netflix. Plus the occasional fam dinner would be awesome! Will more than likely be in bed by 9pm (tbh that sounds super late) I am very sleepy. Anything else just ask! Plus if you have a pet know I already love it... I work full time 8-5 as a receptionist so I won’t be home most of the day. And it does tire me so if I don’t talk more than likely I’m brain dead hahahaha. I have a partner but he has is own place so he might visit but probably not all that often. I have my own furnishings, I’d prefer in my space to have my own stuff but happy to work with you.

Students and professionals are most welcome. TOWNHOUSE: You will be sharing the townhouse with 3 other persons. This is a four (4) bedroom townhouse. There is no parking available. ROOM: This is a newly renovated ground floor spacious self contained area which consists of two rooms - (1) the doublebed room and (2) an adjoining living /study room area. So, you get two rooms plus a kitchenette and an en-suite toilet/shower. Please note that the kitchenette comes with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle but does not have cooking hobs for cooking. You will need to use the full kitchen in the townhouse on level 1 if you want to fry, steam, grill or bake. The full kitchen in the townhouse has an electrical cooktop and oven. BATHROOM: Shower and toilet ensuite. RENT: $250 per week. We pay 2 weeks' rent in advance. Please note that the rent does not include electricity. You will share the electricity bill with the other tenants. The electricity bill is usually $2-$3 per person per day depending on the season. So you should budget around $14-$20 per week for electricity. BOND: $1000 (4 week’s rent) to be paid before you move in. The bond is fully refundable subject to certain conditions when you move out.
