My current lease is about to finish, in need of a nice home that will accommodate myself a snugly cat. I work part time and am a full time uni student studying law and psychology at Uni SA. Recently moved from the NT and would love a granny flat but happy to share a home for a length of stay 6 months + I like to keep my homes clean, I somehow can't keep plants alive and can play (very poorly) the guitar. Enjoy a cheeky bevvy and like my own space but always up for a chat. My cats name is Inka and he is 4 years old and is both an indoor and outdoor cat. He will come over for a good cuddle but wont bother you if you don't want him around. Would love a place where we could be mates :) Plz let us live with you!
I'm a Italian guy and I'm working in a new restaurant in Norwood like pizza chef. I'm a respectful person, quite, tidy and really clean. I like go to the gym. I'm looking a place to stay for long time.
Just moved to Adelaide from Melbourne to take up a role at Head Office for the Renewable Energy company I work for. I'm a pretty keen surfer (anything to do with the water really) and try to get to the coast as much as I can. Always keen for a beer, chat, food, hike, camp or gig! I keep it pretty low key in the week but like to get out and explore on the weekends! I've been in houseshares for 10+ years so fully house trained and know the drill with personal space etc. Looking for a place with "friends" rather than just housemates.
Hi there! I'm Kevin - 30 year old Male from Mauritius. Currently doing a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Melbourne, which, for all intents and purposes, can be treated as a full-time job (9 to 5, plus some overtime). I will be visiting the University of Adelaide for 4-5 months as part of my research work, so I'm looking for a home that's not too far from the university. I started cycling a few months ago (and loving it!) and would probably commute to the university by bike. I enjoy breadmaking, cooking, playing music (mostly the ukulele these days) and I'm crazy about foreign languages and movie soundtracks. I'm fluent in French. I volunteer at sports events every now and then. I went to a cooking school long time ago and worked as a pastry chef for about 4 years, so I definitely know how to keep a kitchen clean. I was also told that I have a knack for repairing and fixing stuff. And gardening! :) If necessary, I am happy to provide references from past housemates and landlords.
Hello Neat tidy personable human working hospo and design
Originally from Perth and have been living here in my name sake for over a year. I am looking for a room as my current roomie is moving overseas! I am clean, active/outdoorsy, social and enjoy winding down with a wine and trash TV at the end of the day. I love to cook and am respectful of others space
Social Amicable Respectful Calm and quiet Neat and tidy
Here there's something about me: I value an ability for having deep conversations and sense of humour. I am a live sound engineer. I was born into a italian spanish serbian guaraní family in Argentina. I appreciate company as much as being alone. I love travelling. (cliche but true) I can spend the entire day outdoor or playing computer games. I enjoy speaking languages. I prefer pasta than meat. I am 30. I am sure everything could be solved, after a coffee. If you think we can fit don't hesitate and drop me a line.
I'm a 30 yo Brazilian, an open-minded friendly person. I have a healthy lifestyle. I don't smoke, but I love having a few glasses of wine at the end of the week. I love to cook, make my own food. I'm also really clean, reliable and trust worthy and would love to find somewhere that I can enjoy living rather than just a place to sleep.
I am originally from Adelaide and grew up here. I work as a draftsman for a structural steel company. Its a permanent position so financially stable. I love be outgoing as much as possible. I enjoy the outdoors, going out to bars and clubs, movies, beach, good banter, etc.... you name it :) My hobbies include music and playing guitar. So if you can handle me playing guitar all the time then that's good :) My purpose for looking for flatmates is to give myself a change of lifestyle and experience living with flatmates/different people.
Heya! Super chill friendly florist gal that’s all about making a rental feel like a home with like minded people, ideally sharing with 2 others. Females highly preferred, nice dudes maybe considered (if you were offended by the Gillette ad we probs won’t get along lmao) Great banter a huge advantage as well as considerate and houseshare-trained. Everyone wants their home to feel like their sanctuary! Likely to share food if I’ve cooked too much. Note; can cook. Also note; teeny weeny kitchens and electric stoves are against my religion. Hope that’s cool. Clean and tidy for sure but no perfectionist, live and let live ya feel me. Always reliable with rent, bills & topping up any other shared stuff. Open minded and lgbtqia+ friendly fo sho. Hit me up if we sound like a match!
Hi there! I am a German/Namibian student starting my Master at the University of Adelaide in February. I'm looking for either a room in a fun and relaxed share house or someone to find an apartment to rent with. I prefer to live in an all-female flat. I'm a tidy person, enjoy watching movies and the occasional cheese and wine night. But as I am a Master student, I will also be studying a lot, which means I will also often be either at Uni or in my room. I'm funny, outgoing and generally just a very chill person and very easy to get a long with (no drama for me please). I get along with people from all cultures and backgrounds and I respect everyone's beliefs and orientation. So if you have a nice room for me, please feel free to DM me. :) Cheers Janin
I am posting this add, looking for a flatmate in South Melbourne on Bank street. One room is available for rent and she lives in another room. Asking for only $200 plus bills will be shared. Interested, can either leave a message and we will get back as soon as possible or can contact directly. Her name is Satya
Young couple looking for either a room, or a few like minded people to find a house together. We are both students, so looking for somewhere close (or near bus routes) to school/uni and work. We have a kitten, are vegetarian and are easy going friendly people.
Hi my name is Georgina and I'm looking for a share house with 3-4 people max, preferably female although this doesn't matter too much. I work full time in sales and I study Marketing part time at the University of South Australia. The beach is what i am all about in my spare time and i consider myself rather outgoing, pretty funny and good at advice. I love live music and going out but I'm also a huge fan of staying in for the odd movie or two with some drinks and friends. People describe me as an old soul sometimes because I enjoy home-cooked meals, older music and older films (I still like newer music & films too though). I'm looking for a household that's laid-back, respectful of privacy and tidy. Pets are not an issue - I love animals of any sort except spiders. Thankyou for reading and I hope to hear from you soon. Georgina

Currently in Australia exploring everything and everywhere I possibly can. I'm a mature traveller [the nanna of the group] so will be looking for places to call home, rather than the hostel vibe. I love all things theatre, comedy or colourful. Considerate housemate, can cook, clean and make a good cup of tea.
Just casually sizing things up right now...
Hi, I'm Heman Mahesha, moving to Adelaide from Bangalore for my post-graduate studies at the University of South Australia. will be there on the 22nd of February 2019. looking for a place in and around the city or near my campus (Mawson lakes) whichever is better. I'm a very amicable person and I get along well with everyone, also, a health and fitness enthusiast so once I settle down I prefer to cook my own meals. we can share diet food if you are into fitness as well. haha. I'm adjusting but keen on keeping my surrounding neat and tidy. pretty outgoing, wouldn't mind exploring the city with the flatmates. social drinker. looking for a place with all bills included preferably might consider stretching the budget if the place is nice. a furnished place would be better but flexible. will plan on working part-time. Do team up if you're looking for accommodation at similar areas. also, I enjoy running, swimming, good music and shopping.
Friendly, orderly and respectful.
548/5000 I'm Juan Sebastián Cano, I'm Colombian, I'm 35 years old, I'm single, I'm an architect specialized in interiors. I like bright and pleasant areas, animals, plants and nice people, I like to ride a bicycle, paint, walk, the beach and outdoor activities. I will come to Adelaide to study English at Kaplan International English for six months since February 14, 2019. I am interested in getting a room where I can stay, use a bathroom, the kitchen to cook, illuminated and pleasant.
I'm an engineering student at the University of Adelaide, and I often work part time hospitality. I like cooking and sharing food. I try and stay fit and in my spare time I enjoy rock climbing and playing piano.
I'm a full-time uni student, so I spend a lot of time studying. I am generally a pretty quiet person, I don't party all the time or get home at really late hours. I keep myself occupied outside of going to uni with my different interests which include: gym, running, art, painting & drawing, and other creative outlets I'm looking to get into that would mean I either spend that time in my room or outside the house at a class. I enjoy company of other people, I'm a good listener if you want to talk, I'm just a little bit quiet. I can still be silly and have a good sense of humour when I settle in.
Hi,I'm Krisandra.I'm looking for a cosy, clean space with friendly flatmates. I'm moving to Adelaide by end of Feb to commence my Masters at University of Adelaide. I'm easy to live with ,love to cook and will mostly be out of the way since I will be studying .I'm open to pets ,however I would prefer a no smoking house.
Brit abroad for the year working as an intern in the city around 4 days a week and on the hunt for an extra part time job. Not usually in the house too much, enjoy the odd drink and party, usually pretty chilled during week/work nights. Looking for a relaxed household relatively close to the city centre, preferably on the east side for ease of work
Hi there, Just moved to Adelaide from Austria and excited to make Australia home. I will be doing my residency at the WCH, this means I will be shift working and not always around but in need of a quiet place to sleep during daytime as well. Love to hang out with a glass of wine but need my own time as well. I am respectful, crazy, love sports and travelling.
Hey guys, Im Monika from Poland, on work & holiday visa, looking for my place on Earth ;) I am just starting in Adelaide (I am here because of the Fringe festival) and looking for a private room for the month or more ;) I am easy going, organized and like to keep everything neat and tidy. Previously for 6 months I was living and working remotely in the Daintree rain forest so now I feel like I need some city life and people around me :) I like playing board games (Catan rules) and having a glass (or ten) of wine in the evening.
We are an easygoing couple. Have been living overseas for 3 years and just returned to Adelaide. We enjoy going out for dinner or Friday nights in on the couch watching footy. Getting outside for bike rides on the weekends
Hi my name is Phillip, I am Genderfluid MtF who identifies as female, I am looking for a nice place to stay that is long-term and stable for me that has good Internet with unlimited data (NBN is preferred, if not that's OK). I am a gamer and love to play videogames a lot, so if you're the type of person who likes playing videogames and talking about them, then we may get along just fine, I am currently working myself up to be full-time Twitch streamer to generate a better and more stable income for myself (hence the need good Internet like NBN in order to stream). I usually like to keep to myself a lot and do my own things, but may have chats every now and then when I really feel like it. I like having my own privacy to be left alone to doing my own things as I usually like to get deep into lots of mini projects in my spare time. I like to have lots of quiet times, helps to think better when there's less environmental noise around and about. My general budget for renting is around $250 a fortnight, and if bills are included or some bills then that's fine. but would prefer if some are included with fixed rate. -- If you are looking for a team-up for a place I'd be happy to do that, feel free to message me about it. I'm originally from the UK, I moved out here to Australia about 5-6 years ago now for bit of a change. I've been in Adelaide for about 2-3 years now.
Available from 1st April. Close to everything! -Adelaide city, Adelaide Oval, Casino, Botanic gardens, night clubs etc (10min drive) - a bus stop which goes to the City regularly (2 minute walk, bus only has 4 or 5 stops before it reaches city) -the river Torrens which has a nice walk/bike track (10 min walk) -supermarket, fast food, sushi, local pub (5 min walk) -a dog park (5min walk) -a church (right next door!) -Beach (bit further ~20mins?) Push bike available to borrow. A smallish, quiet appartment block on the ground floor with a private court yard. It will be yours to yourself every second week as I work away. Rent/bills negotiable. Potential to have private car park space -negotiable, otherwise plenty of street parking which is safe. 6months max stay depending on comparability, potential for more.
Currently tenanted. Available mid to late March. Walk to all amenities. Very close to City. Quiet as it is at end of no thru road and adjacent to reserve plus 1 neighbor only. Norwood is a very sought after suburb. 2 toilets. Large bedroom. Big kitchen. Large room 3.2 x 4.4m, currently used for storage. Rent includes internet and water, not power.
The house is in one of the best suburbs around Adelaide. The location is just 5min walk from the botanical garden and a 5min bike ride to the rail station at long the river. Next Door is an awesome cafe with fresh cake and other great stuff - also open on Sunday - perfekt for breakfast! The area around the house is super quite no traffic noise or anything else! Parking is free in front of the house as well as the public transport is very close. The room is quite big (square) with high ceiling and a window. I would leave some furniture. (a bed and 2 shelves)
Hello! My name is Tiarna and I'm a 24 year-old theatre-loving makeup artist with a keen interest in writing and film and TV. I have a fun, bubbly, cheeky personality and love a glass of wine on a Friday night with whoever's up for it. To be able to have housemates that would help make it a great, positive environment would be wonderful. To have somewhere that feels like a home is my goal. I hope I'm fun to live with. I love having a chat, but I can keep to myself when need be.
23 years old Working full time as a Registered Nurse I am neat and tidy housemate. I love cooking , keeping healthy and active. I am sociable but also really enjoy my down time. Ideally I am looking for a decent sized unfurnished bedroom in a mostly furnished, no pet household but also happy with a team up. I have lived with housemates so I know how a share house runs and what to expect. If I sound like the right fit for your household I would love to hear from you!
I am a friendly person that is happy to keep to themselves but am always up for a chat and hanging out. Love cooking for others more than myself and enjoy cleanliness. I am pretty social and out frequently although also enjoy having a friend over for dinner here and there. Work a 9-5 job as a Quality Coach. Passionate about health, fitness and spiritual growth. Not a partier but love a quiet wine or two (especially in winter).
Currently studying Food and Nutrition Science at Adelaide Uni. I'm a vegan, preferably would love to live with other vegans, but its not a deal breaker. I'm friendly, easy going and clean. Lived in several share houses, so know what it takes to keep a happy clean home. Happy to hang out, but liked to keep to myself at times, everyone needs their own space. Happy to share some groceries and do group meals(if they are vegan), not a stranger to cooking myself, and try to keep it mostly healthy and cheap. I enjoy going to the gym and video games, don't mind the occasional drink with friends. Non-smoker and don't have any pets.
