I'm an easygoing and reliable flatmate. I've lived in share houses previously without any issues. I'm used to keeping my own tidy space as well as doing my share of the chores around the house. I'm friendly and outgoing but not invasive. I am usually busy 9-5pm as a full time student and working casually. In my spare time I like to be out and about or spending time with friends.
Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 26 year old and lived in 5 different countries. I have been living in Adelaide since 2004 and I have lived in several different share house, so I have got that down pack! I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. I am an allied health professional working full-time hours and often not home (either having a brunch, or being a social butterfly or off to do social salsa dancing, which you are more than welcome to join me!) Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Great location close to city with multiple bus stops in the area - opposite shopping centre lovely big rooms and high ceilings. Garden and outdoor living space - perfect for dog. Front area on the left has a lovely lounge attached to a room where i teach piano from- due to teaching piano, these rooms are occupied 4 afternoons/early evenings during the week. Down the right side are two bedrooms, with the front room being for rent and doors can close off the hallway to create more privacy. Further down the hall at the back is a dining/kitchen along with a separate bathroom (shower and sink) and large laundry next to a toilet.
Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap, however i am open to single applicants also. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly. I like being around people who are light hearted with a sense of humour, and preferable experience with share-house living.
10 minute walk to the Parade 1/2 walk to the East End Three minute walk to buses into the city Hop, skip and a jump to the Alma if that's your thing Reasonable sized bedroom with desk and built in wardrobe (can easily fit queen bed with ample room for shenanigans) $165 each per week / $360 per fortnight

Well, i'm currently unemployed but looking for a job, and i get youth allowance as i'm studying! Due to issues at home, i've decided i need to leave. My friend and I are both looking to find a place, (pet friendly as she has a cat). We're both laid back, humourous (i'm the sarcastic one) and we get along well with people! (the move date isn't legit, it just wouldn't let me leave it blank.)
So we're Daniel and Keaton! We are looking for a third person (or more) to find a decent house to share around the Adelaide CBD or surrounding suburbs. There are some alright looking 2 bed places around but sharing between 3 or more you can get some much nicer places for the same price per person. Looking to move in October time. - $200 per week or less is what we're aiming for (after bills ideally) - Happy teaming up with either males or females - Will divide up room rents fairly, given most places will have a master room or something - Looking for someone who wants to stick around for awhile (We'll both be here for several years) Daniel - British guy, just moved to Adelaide, works in physics research Keaton - Melburnian, newish to Adelaide too, works in advertising We're both pretty chilled out, but like keeping the place relatively tidy and organised, work full-time so don't really want a party house all the time. Both into gaming (We have a Switch, more consoles will be added no doubt), cooking, hanging out as a house, cycling, bouldering, checking out bars/cafes around the city. Up for adding anymore activities you might want to bring to the house.
Hi, My name is Stephanie I'm a mid 20s professional and have a bunny called Hugh. I have a few interests that include drinking wine, watching Netflix and old seasons of survivor, going to comedy shows about the city, hanging out with my best friend Alice, attending table top events ( board games) playing video games (on my pc) and reading books. I'm pretty relaxed drive a scooter and thinking im pretty badass because of it, Hugh is a chiller and will sit on your lap, climb on you or find a high point in the room to perch and look down on everyone like the benevolent ruler he is. He is toilet trained so coming inside for interaction is not a messy occasion. He will spend his unsupervised time chilling in his Playboy mansion outside. I'm not a neat freak, but I would like to live somewhere where communal areas and privacy are respected.
Available from January 2018. Close to the city, shops, restaurants and Norwood Parade with public transport nearby, buses come every 15 minutes or even more frequently. There's even a pub on the same street. House features a spare bedroom and a study for you to enjoy. Room has built in robes. There is also a car park that you can have all to yourself. I own the home so there is scope to be flexible with the length of your stay, furnishings and bill arrangements depending on your budget.
Large blue stone house with big rooms, plenty of kitchen/ living space, large yard. Ducted air-conditioning and central heating. The road we live on is quiet but very close to the city. Hi there, have a large bedroom available in a large spacious house in Norwood. It's within walking distance to pubs, restaurants, shops, the city. Firstly, just to save time reading this, sorry but I'm not looking to share with couples and I can't accommodate pets. Sharing the house with only one person (me). You will have your own bathroom, large bedroom, currently furnished with a good quality queen bed (may be able to move it if you have your own). The room has a large built in wardrobe. The house is kept clean and tidy, there is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. Two living rooms with TV's, a dining area, open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and many appliances. A laundry with washing machine. I'm a guy in my 30's, self employed. Very easy going, respectful and friendly. I enjoy going out with friends and equally like staying home and doing absolutely nothing. I'm quite social, but I'm not 'in-your-face' social, I respect that people want to have downtime and their own space/time to relax. I don't mind a drink or 5 and can't wait to get the BBQ out this summer! I'm mature in regards to house sharing and respect, but I don't like to take myself too seriously. I don't party and don't have people over during the week, but occasionally I like to have a few friends over for some drinks / bbq / footy etc. I'm a well trained housemate and have lived with both men and women. I'm looking for someone similar. Someone who is lighthearted, but respectful and mature. If you're still in your party stage of life then it's probably not a good start. I want to live with someone who understands pumping drum'n'bass at 12am on a Tuesday night is not a great thing to do. Equally someone who enjoys living in a clean house and doesn't need to be asked to clean... I'm not someone who likes a roster etc, I just like people to take the initiative to grab a vacuum once in a while before they notice their bathroom tiles are turning into carpet! You must be employed full-time or studying full time with the means to pay rent and bills on time. Thanks for reading and if you're interested please contact me. Adam Amenities: Short walk to supermarkets, cafes, pubs, banks, restaurants 24 Hour Mini-supermarket (OTR)1 minute walk away. Bus stop 1 minute walk away, runs very regularly to the city. Can walk to the city / university / TAFE Parks nearby for exercise etc. Rent / Bond: 4 weeks rent as security deposit (paid to the government regulator) 2 weeks rent in advance, payable fortnightly.

I am a permanent resident in South Australia looking for a new place to move into this year as my lease is ending. I am friendly, happy to share house or apartment with others and I don't mind couples living together. I respect everyone's privacy and I am willing to learn to live with everyone. In my spare time like to play video games, watch movies and drink with friends. I am a non smoker, I love animals. I'm single at the moment and am looking for a place just for myself.

Hi my name's Michael. I'm 26 and I'm a researcher at the University of Adelaide in the School of Nursing. I'm a pretty easy-going guy who equally enjoys organising experimentally themed costume parties, occasional exercise, and drinking a glass of wine while watching BBC comedies. Other hobbies include attempting to cook, researching and recovering from wine tours, painting, and editing/ crying over my extremely boring thesis that you don't have to ask me about. I'm looking for a place close to the CBD, preferably within walking/ riding distance to North Tce. Bonus points if it's a cute cottage with polished wooden floorboards. Looking forward to meeting you, new friend.
Hi there My name is Camille and i'm looking for a homely and peaceful place to live, with the right people. I've nearly finished my masters of teaching and should be out there teaching by the end of the year. I'm friendly and social, and I also like my quiet time. At home I enjoy cooking-mostly vegetarian, and a spot of gardening, having friends over for meals and board-games, reading and art. I also enjoy hiking and the outdoors, yoga and meditation. I try to keep positive about life and aim to live simply. I'd like to live with people who have similar outlook on life :). Please get in touch if this sounds like a good fit :-)

I am looking for a house with maybe 2-3 other housemates...I'm too old to party hard, but do enjoy wine and cheese nights. Other hobbies include yoga, music, movies...etc.. I have a great advantage of being able to cook nice meals, and I like to feed people. Other skills include being neat, and paying bills and rent on time. :)
Hi there, I'm relocating from Perth early October and am looking for a medium to long term rental. I love dogs, am allergic to cats and would love to rent with a friendly and social house. I will be working full time in the city, and enjoy cooking, shopping, the pub scene and keeping active. I am respectful, clean and always up for a laugh. Addy

Our house is located in Saint Peters at Seventh Avenue. In addition to being within a 15 min bus/bicycle ride to the CBD, there are a number of parks nearby (including a dog park opposite ours) as well as a shopping center, which is within a 10 min walk. There is a rose garden in the front yard and a reasonably sized lawn at the back. We currently have a spare room for rent at $110/week, excluding amenities. It's a fairly spacious room with in built wardrobes and cabinets for storage. The room is not furnished, but the house is! The house comes with all the necessary furnishings in the dining and living areas. The kitchen is pretty well stocked as well. There's a Weber grill in the backyard, which anyone of the housemates is welcome to use. If you enjoy a good laugh, appreciate documentaries by Louis Theroux and/or David Attenborough or are predisposed to the melodic voice of Neil Young on vinyl then you would fit in well. *Ps. The ex-housemate is selling his furniture you see in the pictures (bed, desk, chair etc.), he might cut you a deal if you're looking to buy before moving in.
