I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Health and Medical Science at the University of Adelaide. I also work part-time in retail at a beautiful gift shop. I mainly like spending my free-time catching up with friends or having some time to myself to just relax. I’m super social and independent, so I’m not always home. I also genuinely enjoy cleaning so being untidy won’t be an issue! Just looking to move and live out of home while still studying. I love meeting new people, so having flat mates will be perfect!
I have lived in shared accommodation in the past and understand how they work and what is expected of me as a housemate. I have anxiety and tend to be quite shy until I get comfortable where I can become very talkative. I can cook, clean and manage my own space and tidy up after myself. I’m not a huge fan of conflict so I try to be as polite and respectful as possible. I have 2 cats (both desexed and microchipped)I would love to bring with me, they are quite timid and shy at first but can be super affectionate (on their terms). They are both outdoor cats during the day but I like to bring them inside at night. I’m currently doing an online course in Community Services and will be working part-time.
My name is Andressa from Brazil. I'm 28. I study technology and work part-time, I love animals and nature. I'm looking for a private room near CBD, (25 minuts by bike). English is my second language so I would like to improve it and make more friends. I would like a light room with space to a computer table. Andressa Leite.
Just finished uni. Working a full time architectural job. Loves a drink or three. First time living out of home so I'm new to the game. Looking for at least 6 months with some quality people of similar age before I sort out what I'm doing with my life!
Friendly, enthusiastic. I work in the arts, which means sometimes I'll work nights and weekends. Moving from NZ, and know no one in ADL so looking for a friendly house who like to hang out from time to time!
I work in property management. Love people and love having the odd glass (or bottle) of wine every now and then. I am respectful of others and am rarely home as I also coach cheerleading 5 times per week too. I am looking for a house I can make a home and wouldn’t mind some roommates that are respectful of others, easy going and friendly.
I work in hospitality so long hours and relatively late nights. I love my own space but also always up for a cute little home cooked dinner and some wine. I consider myself someone who is easy to get along with and respectful of other people’s space and boundaries. Just looking for friendly, respectful, easy going, open minded housemates.
Beautifully renovated and spacious home only 5 mins or 3.5km from CBD. Multiple bus-stops within a few hundred metres of the house. Garage with electric, remote control door - you can share that with me if you have a car. All three bedrooms are large with built in robes and plantation shutters. Fourth small bedroom is set up as a study. Desk, new computer etc. already set up - you're free to use it. I set it up intending to use it but never really have. Two seperate living areas. House is fully furnished except you'll need to furnish and set up your bedroom. Serious enquiries are negotiable. Recently purchased house, gutted and stunningly re-done from top to bottom about three years ago, before I purchased it. The photos really do not do it justice. The backyard unfortunately is not looking its best right now as its undergoing a bit of a "transformation" / landscaping. Im happy for you to inspect. I'm looking to rent out two rooms.

The property is located within a secure that is a 5 min drive from the CBD and a 5 minute walk to some of the nicest restaurants in Adelaide on the Parade. The property itself is a new build multi level town house that comes with a large open plan living area and kitchen space. The property has two toilets one downstairs and one upstairs but there is a shared bathroom but it is rather large with plenty of space. The room that you will be occupying is large, with a large multi glass door built in robe that accommodates a large amount of items. The property has a fantastic ducted air con system that keeps the bedroom and home cool in the hottest of days. This really is a fantastic property that I am sad to move out of as it is in the perfect location for anyone who has business in the CBD.

Looking for two (possibly 3) new housemates to join this amazing house! Great location, great vibe! 800m to the bus stop Less then 10 minutes bus ride to the city Shops (Coles, chemist, fruit and veg, butcher) less then 1km Era house with massive private rooms Kitchen with 2 shared fridges Double garage for storage or parking Bills are Internet, Electricity and Gas only. No water charges unless limit reached. Bond is $600 up front.
The property is the sweetest little cottage house in possibly one of the best locations in Adelaide (not to brag) BUT it is only a short walks distance from anything you could need, including the Parade, Coles, Adelaide CBD, office works, spotlight and a range of other wonderful shops and cafes. You will hardly need to drive if you dont want to! Guess that makes this place an earth positive move on your behalf! Fully furnished including a washing machine and dryer, the house TV is set up to netflix and stan. Your room is large and although it does not have those fancy built in wardrobes everyone rags on about, can come furnished with Ikea draws, side tables, bed and clothes hanger if you cbf to source your own! The house also has both heating and air-con for this tumultuous climate, so dont stress! This house is honestly so homey and cute you will fall in love with it instantly. Please message via flat mates message :)
I am a quiet and respectful person who likes to have a chat every now and then. I clean after myself and always pay rent/bills on time. I am currently looking for work and would like to find a place to live, preferably with another female.
Located just behind Hoyts, the Parade, Norwood. Very near to CBD. $200 is inclusive of bills. I work full-time just looking for a room mate to fill my extra room. Shared lounge, bathroom and kitchen. Happy for you to do your own thing as long as its not too rowdy on weeknights (not fussed about weekends). I enjoy going to the pub and socialising and still learning about Adelaide as I am from NT. Very secure, quiet, friendly neighbours. Unlimited WIFI. Foxtel. Home Desktop accessible. Laptop.
