Recently moved back home to Adelaide after living in Sydney for three years and I'm looking for a place in the eastern suburbs. Working full time in the media industry and I'm friendly, easy going, tidy and someone who enjoys cooking. When I'm not working I try to stay pretty active - gyming, hiking, catching up with friends, eating out but I equally enjoy being at home with a good TV show, movie or gaming.
Hi future housemate! I am student (almost finished) looking for a house to move into. My lease ends in mid December. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
I'm a 19 year old from the country moving to Adelaide to further my study. I'm studying in the city so would prefer to be somewhat near. I love to cook and am a very tidy person, happy to help out in the day to day running of a household. I may be a little shy at first, but am generally quite outgoing, I enjoy all sports, playing and watching!

There is a room up for grabs in our big amazing old house! The place is early 1900's and has an amazing energy to it. This is likely influenced by the many artists, musicians and creative types that have stayed here over the years, each adding their own personal touch to the place. Now being so decrepidly ancient and beautiful, this old beast isn't for someone who finds comfort in clean white modern surfaces and all the mod cons of a later built compound. This is more suited to the slightly more eccentric types out there who can appreciate good old fashioned character. There's also something about this house that draws out inner passions, the desire to pursue passions in life (whatever that may be) and especially some sort of less is more, appreciative underlying humility that you can't quite put your finger on. In terms of facilities, we have pretty much everything you could need, thanks to excessive op shopping and hard rubbish discoveries. We are also a house of dumpster divers (no snorkel required, unless you're really enthusiastic) in which all our food is saved from landfill and re-directed into our gullets. Don't be put off by this, as we eat like absolute royalty here....everyday.....for free.....Of course if you're put off by this you can purchase your own food, we won't judge! We do like to make this a house event and is a good social activity. The room up for grabs is the beautiful large front room, which has been recently painted and includes a queen sized bed, study bench and clothes hanging rack. I also want to mention that i have been largely accepting couples into this space as it reduces rent and bills (split three ways). I am however still open to any offers of solo male or female occupants. Rent here is $300pw, which is divided evenly, and includes internet. So with 3 people @100ea plus $500 bond, with 2 weeks rent and bond payable upon arrival. Bills are split evenly between everyone (unless people travel). I think i've remembered most details - Oh, we have chooks!! and they respond to strange sounds and eat like horses. The garden is also incredible, and is slowly being transformed. We also have a cooky old neighbour named Suzy, who is brilliant. Sooooooo If you feel you fit what this place is about, can clean up after yourself, and all the other components of being a bloody great housemate(s), please feel free to contact me with a decent description of yourself. Thanks for looking!
Aren’t you in luck, you might have just found your new home. Our current housemate is moving to greener pastures and we’re looking to fill the void with someone just as kickass. Our house has gorgeous wooden floorboards, high ceilings and a huge backyard we love to have wine time in. We have a TV (with Netflix and Stan), a washing machine, iron board and full kitchen. All you'll need to fill is your own room, but feel free to contribute to communal areas to make this feel your home too. We're deep in the leafy streets of St Peters, a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bus/ cycle to the city. There's a Coles and BP seconds away and if you're feeling adventurous, the Torrens Linear park is just down the road. Boring stuff: Bills AREN'T included in rent and we have unlimited interwebs for $20 a month. Utility bills are split evenly and we do food separately. Move in time flexible. If you like what you've read, send me a message and we can arrange for you to come around and check the place out! Peace x
Planning to relocate to Adelaide. Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat person, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. A simple kitchen or kitchenette suffice as I may cook simple meals occasionally.
Hey! I'm Vivi, 24 years old and from Germany. I'm attending next year one semester abroad at the UA and search for a room near to the Terrace Campus. I'm interested in meeting new people to live with, cooking and going out, maybe even doing sports together or going on some trips to explore Australia! I'm looking for something furnished from 15th Feb - 1st Jul approximately. Own room with shared bathroom would be great.
Hi! We are Holly and Wouter! A long-term couple that met in South Africa while on a student exchange. We really easy going couple that love to have a good laugh, cook together and generally just hang out. We are both recent university graduates trying to make it in the "real" world. We would love to live with people that are outgoing, clean and tidy and easygoing (not too much of a list! haha) We are ready to come look at our potential new home whenever you are! Looking forward to meeting you future housemates! :)
We're very good company. If I were to describe ourselves as a group it would come down to friendly, fun loving, light-hearted, always down for a good laugh. We enjoy cooking together, watching movies or just having a casual chit chat. We're respectful of other housemates and the property we inhabit. I've known Calum and Amy for a few months since they came here on exchange. They're good company and would easily increase your life experience. We're looking for a place for the next 6 months to call our home if you would help us.
Neat and independent. 5"2. Happy to contribute to household duties - would most probably enjoy helping to clean. I like to keep to myself and will respect your boundaries, but I'm also up for a chat. Usually quiet. Career orientated and disciplined. New to the living out of home thing and would love to have the experience with some lovely people!

Hi potential new housemates! We are three girls in early 20s looking for one more to add to our house. We are a mix of workers and students who like to have a good laugh. As for the house, it firstly in the perfect location- just few minutes walk to The Parade Norwood, with everything you will need, transport, shopping, restaurants, cinema, bars. It is a very appealing character home with modern conveniences including very large bedrooms and massive outdoor entertaining area. There is some off street parking, and abundant on street parking. The room is very large and fully furnished with new double bed, including linen, hangers, towels and lamps. Fantastic value at $165 per week. Bills are split and done quarterly. 500GB of Internet so you can Netflix to your heart's content. It is female shared house only and no smokers sorry!

The street is beautiful with trees overlapping, friendly people and a swimming pool only 15 min walk away. What more could you want?????????
Hi! We have a room available from the beginning of December. Rent is $150 per week excluding bills and internet access. The house is in a great location on Torrens St, at walking (or riding) distance from the CBD. There is a cool cafe next door, and shops are about 2 km away. There is street parking only, however, it’s a very quiet street and there are no parking permits. The house is old but charming; the kitchen was recently renovated. We have a large garden with an outdoor setting, where we keep some chickens and try to grow some veggies. There is air conditioning in the living room. The available room is ~20 square meter, and easily fist a queen bed with other furniture.

At the moment there is me, male in 30's and two females in their 20's (one is moving out to move home to Japan). The house is perfect for 3 people to be social if desired (bbq and a beer on the weekend for example) or for privacy if you would prefer to use the second living room or balcony to have time to yourself. There is 2 bathrooms one which I use and one the other 2 rooms share. We keep quiet during the week, so it is great for study. I like to keep a fun/easygoing vibe to the house, but with maturity to live respectfully and not upset other flatmates. There is parking on the street, or room in the garage for a bike or scooter. easy going final year medical student on full time placement with experience living with wide variety of people. Not a big partier, drinker or tobacco smoker, but don't mind living with people that do. Date I want to move is variable, but preferably by the 16/1/17. cheers, please consider.
Hey there, Looking for a share house relatively close to the city. I work in the northern suburbs Monday to Friday and have a neat skill of paying bills and rent on time. Always up for a glass of wine or a beer with housemates :)
Ricardo and I have been together for three years. I am doing a PhD in Philosophy, I am from Uruguay and 31 years old. He is a professional illustrator, aged 28 from the Netherlands. We are tidy and clean people; a bit tending to be obsessive but not with a compulsive obsessive disorder either, and we are tolerant! We like speaking to people directly in case we are not feeling at ease and find together a solution. We both practice martial arts (he practices HEMA and I practice Shotokan Karate) and love Art in general. We love taking care of the places where we live and feel it as our own: cozy and comfortable. If we live with people, we need our privacy, but we also enjoy having a bottle of wine and sharing meals and films every now and then with the people we live in. I love tea, spices and perfumes and Ricardo swords, nutella and some old objects! We are looking for a green place but with a young atmosphere and cozy bars! So, a balance between a hectic environment and a neighborhood for retired people. We love old houses or modern but stylish. We love going to the market together, auctions and cheese. Given that we both bike, we need a place not further than 5km from the Uni of Adelaide or the city center in general because, otherwise, Ricardo complains if I ask him too much to give me messages! We would love to have a cat, but if not possible, that is it! Saludos, us
Heya, My name is Lauren and I looking for a room preferably in east Adelaide or near north Adelaide. I am a tidy housemate with a washing machine and fridge. Fairly quiet and not much of a partier anymore because of work and uni but enjoy housemate chats. I have a small house cat who like most cats, keeps to herself. Hit me up if you have something available.
Hi, I am looking for an easy going house to share. I am a vet nurse and have and have a small, old cattle dog x with 3 legs. Mav is quiet and very tidy and respectful. So am I. We need something close to my work, with not too many stairs. I have been living in Q.L.D for the past 10 years but have returned home to Adelaide. I am sociable, and love a BBQ and a quiet drink. Let me know if you're interested. Laura
Hey my names jack as you can see and ive been renting for a fair while now, love to socialize, love a good drink every now and then and im pretty clean and tidy, im looking for a reasonably quiet household during the week as i work an average of 50 hours per week during the day as a chippy, on the weekends i like to unwind though, i have lives overseas and elsewhere and can speak a little arabic im also an avid rockclimber and would be sweet to find some housemates thatd be interested in coming on adventures with me. I do have a husky (koda) who has been with me everywhere i go he is just over 1 now and is a very lovely intelligent dog. Send us a message if you want to know more.
I am a quiet, friendly person, and easy to get along with. I comply to all requirements of the house, and am reliable. I am an Adelaide girl, and am currently based within the CBD. I am contactable via mobile or email.
Clean, respectful, low maintenance, down to earth, happy, musical, passionate, and my friends think I'm fun. I sing a lot at home, but probably not while you'd be home. I work, a lot, as a freelancer in audio/visual and sports broadcast. There goes most weekends. So I really enjoy a nice home to end the day, and some company is always nice. I'm happy to either leave you be, and do my own thing, or catch up over an evening wine, really not stressed. I clean up after myself, if you're a 9-5er you might barely even notice me. Moving out of my current place end of Jan, start of Feb, so lets have a chat!
I'm a relaxed, clean and friendly guy. I have a steady, full-time professional job in the city. I'm an excellent cook and enjoy cooking for others - also love to sneak in a glass or two of wine or whisky. I'm a no-dramas kind of person, so I'm very easy to live with. I'm also very respectful of other people's space and belongings. I'm a former lawyer (now somewhere much happier), so I'm probably reasonably useful if you get sued. With that said, please don't get sued. I like movies, sport, board games, and travel (doesn't everyone like travel, though?). And food, but I think that's a given since I love cooking! I have a small, friendly, indoor cat. He's well-trained, 7 years old, and non-destructive. Very well trained, too. I'd also be interested in teaming up - even with a few people. If we could get 4-5 of us together, we could get a really nice 4/5 bedroom place which would usually be well outside our price ranges, for about $150-$200 each. Let me know if you'd be interested - happy to try and coordinate this!
