Hi, I'm Pasquale, an Adelaide native who's looking for a place to share with others who are respectful, sociable and easy going. I'm a clean, quiet, honest, reliable and easy going person who likes a chat and enjoys my netflix, movies, a good doco and a sleep in when not much is planned for the next day. I'm working part time in the city , so looking to move in to a place close to public transport around the north or eastern suburbs preferably, but will consider any location within 20 mins of the city. If you have any queries or want to have a chat, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is bloody old, and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. It has survived through the sinking of the titanic, the Adelaide 1954, 5.6 magnitude earthquake, two world wars, and the heinous inauguration of Donald Trump and Tony Abott into power. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room for activities. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly.
Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm searching for a room for my cat Mouse and I. I'm looking for a sharehouse with a friendly communal vibe - I don't want to live with people I never talk to so let's be friends. I'm also looking for housemates who are considerate and tidy. I'm very clean, love cooking, and going to the gym (Goodlife members: let's work out together). Ideally, I'd like a decent sized room with floorboards (because asthma) and plenty of light, a backyard for my cat to chill out in (supervised of course), and that's pretty much it. Vegan housemates would be a bonus. Chuck me a message if you have somewhere you think I'd like. Thanks! (:
I'm an exchange student from the UK that will be studying at the University of Adelaide from July 2017 for a semester. I'm looking for a furnished room, with bills and internet included in the weekly cost. I'm a clean, quiet and friendly person.
I'm a final year law student at Adelaide looking for a social household with a laid-back atmosphere. It goes without saying that I know how to respect others' personal space. Looking for flexible length of stay but will probably stay till the end of the year. Do let me know if you have anything close to north east corner of CBD. Furnished room + Parking essential.

Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Hello future flatmates! I'm Stephen, 26, gay. I love a good book, gaming, writing, cooking, and heading out to see a gig or performance. I've recently deferred from my Bachelor of Arts degree and now I'm just a plain ol' job-seeker. Mostly just after somewhere cozy, close to the city, and affordable to spent a year while I sort my life out, but friendly housemates are a huge plus. I'm a clean, introverted person, but I'm also comfortable with hanging out and getting to know everyone, too. I'm queer friendly, a non-smoker, with no pets, and generally a pretty agreeable kind of guy. In terms of "stuff", I have a couch set, television cabinet, and a treadmill that are all in pretty good nick and I'm happy to contribute them towards household use. Otherwise, just let me know, and gumtree can take care of it. Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi! I'm Prashanth, a young professional making the move from Brisbane, where I've lived for the past 8 years, to Adelaide to start a new role. I'm a scientist by background and worked in research before making the move into newer territory with the aforementioned role. I love playing soccer and generally trying to keep fit but that competes with my general liking for nice coffees, good food and the occasional glass of wine or a craft beer. I also love going out to watch live music, quality films and sports. I also enjoy conversing about most things in the world. I'm well versed in the sharing game and have shared houses with all types of folks. I'm outgoing but understand the importance of personal space as well. I'm clean without being a clean freak and wash up after myself. I'm looking for a place in North Adelaide (mainly because of the convenient commute to my work) or its immediate surrounds. I'm moving at the end of the month from Brisbane and start my new job in the first week of July. Looking forward to chatting with you!

The house is spacious, light filled, single fronted terrace in a quiet street in Norwood. The available bedroom fits a queen size bed with room to move and has a double built in wardrobe with tonnes of space & floor boards for easy maintenance. The room currently has a (soft/comfy) queen size mattress and two bedside tables that have storage in them. If the new flatmate wants these items I will invest in getting the bed professionally cleaned & a base for the bed. Otherwise I can move these out of the room (rent will remain the same). There is a decent size basement for storage if you need it too. And there is also always parking on the street right outside the house. All the bills will be split equal between 2 when they arrive. The Parade and local shops, post office etc (Foodland Norwood is the best!) are only a 10min walk away, with the popular breakfast/lunch spot Argo's there also. The rest of the house is a light filled space with floorboards/tiles throughout, a spacious kitchen and dining area and a sunroom for a lounge area filled with indoor plants overlooking a private courtyard that has a day bed to chill out in the sun. The high ceilings keeps the place cool in summer, the house also features ducted air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is light filled and spacious with two sinks, so you will have your own sink and 3 drawers to yourself. The shower has good pressure & there is a separate bath. I have two lovely adult persian cats who are sweet and affectionate, they sleep most of the day or chill out outside.

My name is Catherine and I am looking for a room to rent as close to Adelaide CBD as possible, available to move immediately. Originally from Russia, I am a Permanent resident in Australia since the end of 2015 and planning to become a citizen. Starting my new job at Women's and Children's Hospital, will be working rotating shifts. Have been doing nanny work before, and my background before coming to Australia is in HR -- I am planning to get back to it once I settle down here and sort out additional training and other things. I don't have a car, pets, don't smoke or drink, don't party, clean after myself, and don't have any furniture except for a queen mattress (+quilt and pillows). I am pretty quiet, like to have my privacy and don't bother others, but happy to chat, cook together or hang out in the outdoor areas. I am usually the tidiest person in the household (at least that was the case in all sharehouses I lived in), and every once in while will get in the mood to bake pies and cookies to share with everyone.
I am a friendly, outgoing, clean (mostly) person. I am easy to live with, I don't throw a lot of parties, take drugs or smoke. I have one small cat who is both indoors and outdoors. I'd prefer to live in the eastern suburbs (as I work in the city and study in Magill), but am also willing to look else where.
Hi there - 63yr young male domesticated lol. My wife and I are having a mutual separation due to different interests after 40 yrs of marriage. I am a very sociable person currently coaching lacrosse including both the Senior Mens State Team and also my daughters team. I am a life member at the East Torrens Lacrosse Club so as you can imagine this takes up much of my time in winter. I work as an operations scheduler with Altus Traffic Management Socially I enjoy dining out , cooking and a nice glass of shiraz when not involved in Lacrosse. I enjoy my private time as well but as I said very sociable. House proud and clean . I hope you will consider me - Cheers Tony
Hi my name's Michael. I'm 25 and I'm in the third year of my PhD at the University of Adelaide (studying psychology). I'm a pretty easy-going guy who equally enjoys organising experimentally themed costume parties and sitting at home drinking a glass of Cab Sav while watching BBC comedies. Other hobbies include attempting to cook, researching and recovering from wine tours, painting, and editing/ crying over my extremely boring thesis that you don't have to ask me about. I'm looking for a place close to the CBD, preferably within walking/ riding distance of the uni. Bonus points if it's a cute cottage with polished wooden floorboards. Looking forward to meeting you, new friend.
Aha well i am an apprentice chef at restaurant Orana so that pretty much absorbs my life force. I would say that doesn't make me a terrible person and i am really quite nice, open, cultured and interested in the world. I'm weird but have a girlfriend which is reassuring to my reputation as she's pretty nice, also i have a sense of empathy and sympathy as well.
Ex-chef (can cook) now completing PhD (on ethical investing) looking for a quiet place to study, work and chill out. Would like privacy so own room is a must and own bathroom is preferred. I am a relaxed person and easy to get along with. Social and love to meet new people, but also like my own time, especially when I have to work on my PhD. I need to work from home sometimes and also go to Flinders Uni a few times a week. Generally catch up with friends when I'm out but my mum would need to stay for a night or two every now and then (she's lovely). Enjoy the occasional glass of wine, non-smoker and healthy living. Like to grow some of my own veggies and herbs so would like somewhere with a bit of garden space for my pot plants. Happy to share whatever is grown! I have bedroom furniture but willing to sell if the right room is furnished. Have washing machine and some furniture if you need, or they can stay in storage. Would need some kitchen space though as I love to cook and being an ex-chef I have some quality items that I just can't live without. Of course, you can use it too! I like to live in clean spaces and kitchen hygiene is particularly important to me. I clean up after myself and would expect the same but happy for our home to be "lived in". Have a small car and would prefer off-street parking but this is not a deal breaker if street parking is all that's going. If there is space for a few pieces of gym equipment that would be exceptional. They all fold up so wouldn't take up much room. Again, am happy to share! I have a bicycle that I use often so having that in easy access is important to me. Looking for a place in the city or close by, moving end of July. Would prefer rent and bills inclusive but ok to split bills too. I travel often (every couple of months) so you would have the place to yourself sometimes too. So, these are the things that would make me very happy to live with you. For you, I would be a responsible, respectful, trustworthy housemate. My income of part-time work and a scholarship are more than enough to cover rent and bills (I'm sharing so that I can save up for a business that I am developing). I'm a good listener and have a caring nature so would make for good company. If you feel we would be a good fit, or if there is anything else you would like to know, please send me a message!
