Hi, I’m Nikita. I’m moving to Canberra from Melbourne, Victoria to work full-time. Neat, clean, peaceful and courteous girl. I’ve got good rental payment records in all places I’ve lived at. Have been in a number of shared accommodations, hence I’m adaptive and considerate. Looking for a nice and bright place with kind and lovely housemates. Looking at moving in asap if the place suits.
I am looking for someone to share an apartment in Kingston. The apartment is in a great location, across the road from the Kingston Shops, bus stop and a short walk to the lake. It is a very spacious apartment with large living areas, 2 balconies and built in wardrobes in the bedrooms. The apartment is fully furnished, I have everything so you only need your bed etc. The 2 utility bills are electricity and the internet, split 50/50. A little about me: I am in my 30's, friendly, respectful and considerate. I am a small business owner, in the beauty industry and very easy going to live with. I like my home to feel relaxing and welcoming and kept clean! I am looking for a clean, mature, respectful, professional person who is trustworthy and reliable!

I have recently moved to Canberra from Brisbane. I am looking for somewhere to be able to cook my meals, preferably a queen bed with heating and air conditioning. I have an extremely busy schedule and respect peoples space.
I'm clean, friendly and easy going. Will be working full time in the APS so will be home only on weekday nights and weekends and will spend most of my free time either at the gym or watching Netflix. I also love to chat and socialize when I have the time time and I'd love for my roommates to become my friends. :) My hobbies include lifting, baking, drawing, going on walks, watching Netflix, reading or playing video games. I'm originally from Melbourne and am looking to move to Canberra on the 23rd of January so please contact me if you have rooms available for then :)
