I am an international student doing his master’s in management and information systems from ANU. (no, I'm not boring, my degree is) Generally, I'm pretty chilled out and of helpful demeanour and get along with people quite easily. I like to play, follow and watch sports, also some drama and sitcoms. I'm a vegetarian and I often cook my meals and love to share my food. Also, I don`t mind a beer or wine every now then and always up for a good chat. I'm pretty good with my bills and rent payments as well and I like my surroundings clean and organised though not obsessed about it. If there's anything else, you would like to know about me please feel free to message me. 🙂
I am generally a quiet person. I like binge watching Netflix. I like reading, writing, drawing and working hard. I do enjoy conversation but can be a little cautious to begin with. I come from a big family, so privacy is important and I am tidy and respectful because of this. I don't go out, don't drink or smoke but I have no issues with people that do. I'm a little bit artsy, and like to bake on occasion. Very easy to get along with and generally a happy, calm and kind individual.
I’m a full-time student, with a job in Cooleman Court and in uni. So I’ll be out most of the time. I always make sure the common areas are clean and tidy after I use them. I’m also someone who loves my headsets, so you won’t have to worry bout loud music.
I work full time for an AV company working on events around Canberra. I enjoy mountain biking and chilling out with friends. I like my own space but also happy to socialise every now and then.
Quiet part-time stay at home worker with two small shih-tzu cross dogs looking for suitable long-term accommodation anywhere in the Greater CBR area. Conscientious, considerate of others, and respectful of privacy. Social as required, and always clean and tidy. References are available on request.
I am 20 years old, I have permanent part time work as the second in charge in before and after school care as well as vacation care at the school in Coombs. I have recently deferred from university but am looking to study online once I find the right course for me. I am always happy to have a chat with other housemates, but I do enjoy my downtime, and am very respectful of others space. I am currently in a relationship and he would be more than happy to contribute to rent and bills for any time he may spend at the house. I am a bubbly, fun, social young female eager to seek some independence.

Situated in a quiet, leafy suburb walking distance from local shops and only a 5 minute drive to Woden and 10 minutes into the city. Waramanga is the geographic centre of Canberra and as Wambaya Cresent is very close to the Tuggeranong Expressway and Hindmarsh Drive you can easily head in all directions to get to anywhere in Canberra within 20-30 minutes. The house itself is homely, fully furnished, clean and comfortable. Big deck with BBQ and views over the Brindabella's. Access to Foxtel, internet, netflix and a big backyard that's suitable for pets. Have a small schnouser/poodle that fit's in with other pets. Other smaller dog breads welcome.
Hey guys (and girls). I'm a 26 year old male currently working in the public service. I have been living in sharehouses from the age of 19, so I'm well accustomed to living with others, paying bills on time and cleaning up after myself - I also have no issue with cleaning a bathroom or mowing the lawn on a 40 degree day! I'm well beyond my days as a partier but still enjoy a social beer or a bbq with housemates. I'm pretty quiet during the week and out and about or riding my motorcycle on weekends. As I own a bike storage or garage space would be great! Look forward to hearing from you!
Living in Canberra working full time in Manuka I'm looking for flatmates to share in a nice, friendly house that respect privacy but are also willing to socialise, I am very easy going, clean and am used to living with others. Message me if you're interested!
I’m a quiet, tidy, respectful tenant looking to move in ASAP and I am flexible with my length of stay (6+ months is preferable though). I work full time Monday to Friday and spend most of my free time with my horse, Ellie. I love animals so I’m fine with any pets. I appreciate my time alone at home to binge watch lame tv and nap, but I’m also up for a chat/movie/dinner etc if it’s available. I don’t eat meat but I can cook pretty well so it makes up for it!

This property is located in a pretty cull-de-sac, which is only a minutes walk to Holder shops and the bus stop. ( Coleman Court, Weston is a 3 mins drive and city is less than 10 minutes drive) The location is safe and surrounded by parks, bus stopes and bike trails. The house is architecturally designed with a retro feel. The available room is on the 2nd storey with a shared bathroom and private living area that has been converted into a lounge area. The first floor has a furnished living area, kitchen and dining room. The room has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the tranquil backyard. It is semi-furnished with a recently purchased king single bed. If you have your own furniture that is fine too. *** WI-FI is available*** Smoker welcome, but outside please. We would split bills equally which includes electricity and internet Would suit someone that is tidy, respectful and comes home to relax/study. Having said that, I'm really friendly and always up for a chat. Please message me if you would like further information about the place and to set up a viewing time!
This is a large house situated in a nice, leafy suburb in the lovely area of Weston Creek. It's in an amazing central location with close access to many things. Driving it is; - 2 min to a local store - 2 min drive to a long standing, high standard vet clinic - 5 min to Cooleman Court and several restaurants - 10-15 min drive to Westfield Woden - 15 min drive to Kambah Pool Walking it is; - 30 sec to a large, grassy reserve that leads to the back of Mount Taylor - 2 min to bus stop with buses to Woden - 30 min to Cooleman Court It holds two bedrooms and a shared study/computer room, one bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, a large, fully secured backyard, instant, temperature controlled gas hot water, really warm ducted gas heating, one single lock-up garage and NBN internet. the house is mostly furnished including fridge and washing machine. The room for rent is the master room which is more than large enough for a queen bed and other furniture. It has a large double wardrobe with so much cupboard space! Currently we buy separate groceries however we have a household 'kitty' that we each $10 per fortnight in for general shared household items. Bills are gas, electricity and internet and are split evenly between housemates. It is a private rental. You will likely have to speak to the landlord for approval first however, it isn't a lengthy application process like a real estate. It is an older property but is in good condition for it's age. The rent is quite cheap for the area and for what it is, the reason being that it is actually an ex Mr Fluffy house. This means that asbestos insulation was installed in the 80s but has since been removed. The house undergoes regular, government regulated inspections and has passed the past two with no trace of asbestos found. It also mean we are not permitted to make any alterations such as drilling holes in walls or hammering nails etc, nor are we allowed into the roof or the area under the house. Both of these have been padlocked shut. Because no traces of asbestos have been found, it means that house is safe to live in however, we and the landlord are required under law to advise any person/s entering the property.
Hey there! I have recently moved to Canberra from Wagga Wagga where I have been completing my business degree, I plan to keep this up at UC. I have been living in a share house for over a year. I am an easy going person who is willing to have a drink but respects space.
Warm and cosy little cottage in a quiet area in Weston. The house has recently been renovated so is clean, well appointed, and stylishly furnished. There is ducted gas heating, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave. This is a quiet and peaceful home. Guests always comment on what a great vibe it has. The bedroom has an amazingly comfortable double bed with storage drawers underneath, a wardrobe, a bedside table with lamp, and electric blanket. I'd be happy to provide a small desk if required. There is also a lovely back verandah area, with a hammock in the warmer months, perfect to alfresco dining or just hanging out reading and relaxing. Frequent visitors include king parrots and superb fairy wrens. 5mins walk to bus stop, 10mins walk to Coolaman Court shops, restaurants and other facilities. Westfield Woden just 3km away, so walking distance or an easy bus ride. Canberra Hospital 4km, ANU 8km, CBD 8km. There is lockable storage for your bicycle or kayak.
Preemptively looking for a new room as the share-house I'm currently in is up for sale. I work full time in the public service and am aiming for somewhere fairly clean, relaxed and close to work. Would also strongly prefer an en-suite or own bathroom, but otherwise am fairly flexible. I mostly just read and watch movies at home, so will generally keep to myself, but do also enjoy the occasional chat/drink/baking session/Netflix binge/games night (and not averse to a good party either if that's your thing)! I'm originally from Melbourne, so would be keen to reconnect with any fellow Melbournians, but that's definitely not a requirement. Otherwise I'm a pretty tidy, easygoing person, and a non-smoker.
