My partner and I have been renting for over 12 months and are looking for a new place to move into when our lease ends at our current home. We have one beautiful red heeler dog, and he does not bark or dig. We are very recommended tenants, with reliable incomes, and enjoy going away on weekends with our dog. We may not need a property until January 2020, but we are willing to look into earlier options.
Hi, I'm Chris, I'm relocating to Canberra because of an interstate transfer through my company. I'm gathering a few roomies together so that we can all live more comfortably, preferably 3 or 4 people sharing a large luxury house. I want the house to have an uplifting culture where everyone is happy and looks out for each other. If you're interested then lets chat :)
Hi, My name is Elise. I currently live in Melbourne, however I am looking to move to Canberra in the near future as I've met some new friends there and generally find the peacefulness of the capital appealing. To tell you a bit about myself, I'll start off by saying that I'm a 22 year old MtF transgender woman, meaning I am looking for housemates who are accepting of the LGBTQIA+ community. For work, I currently run a home IT business that makes me a reliable income for living in Melbourne. Upon moving to Canberra however, my first priority will be to get a job as I am not sure of the reliability of the income from my current job once the location has shifted. For the time period in which I will be looking for work, I have $5,000 saved up which would go towards paying rent and any bills until I have a steady income again. My hobbies include gaming, cooking, music and being around friends. Since I'm naturally a quiet person, I don’t think that anyone would have any issues with me being too loud around the house. Preferably my room would have space for a desk in addition to a double bed so that I could game from my bedroom, therefore not disturbing anyone else. I wouldn’t be a troublemaker in any sense of the word; I avoid drama and do not have any bad habits such as taking drugs or smoking. Due to past experiences, I would prefer to live with people who identify as female as I am not quite as comfortable around males. Due to the nature of my work and hobbies, houses that have NBN would be great, but it's not a necessity! I'm also happy to help cook for the house; especially if the kitchen is pleasant to be in. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask! Thank you for your time, Elise
Looking to move into a chill environment with a fairly spacious room , will be studying in february. Im an easy going tidy person that keeps to myself but also likes social interaction. I am quite the uber eats enthusiast so your fridge can be stress free :D.

( could be a 50/50 share by the looks of it but currently every second weekend & one night through the week).Wanting a safe environment for him, non smoking household is a must outside is fine. I am social & don't mind a drink or two. Most weekends I have him I am intending on doing coast trips etc. Looking forward to any prospective places Cheers,
I am very pedantic about keeping clean and consider myself introverted in that I need my own to space to think clearly and recharge! I am very fitness oriented, prefer the outdoors, and when inside I dedicate the majority of my time to studying financial literacy and creating music.
I'm currently in my penultimate year at ANU and I work part-time in retail. Most weekends, I visit my grandma in Sydney & during the holiday breaks I head back to visit my family in Melbourne. Outside of study & work, I workout at the gym, read books at home & cleaning/tidying my room and around the house. I live quite a fast-paced life balancing study, work & responsibilities; so I ideally want a home where I can relax and re-charge. Though I consider myself quite introverted, I appreciate an occasional chat with my housemates or sharing a meal with them.
Looking for a quiet place to live, enjoy my own space and privacy and not really a party person. I study law at UC however due to personal reasons have taken semester one off this year to work more and focus on myself.
Hi everyone! My friend and I are renting a room in our lovely home in Waramanga! Our place is super convenient. Only 5mins to Woden, 10mins to ANU/Civic and 15mins to UC! We're at the end of the cutest cul-de-sac ever, with lots of greenery and lovely neighbours. We're around the corner from a bus stop and shops for everyday needs. The house has also recently been tastefully renovated, and internet is unlimited and fast! 😊
Situated in a quiet, leafy suburb walking distance from local shops and only a 5 minute drive to Woden and 10 minutes into the city. Waramanga is the geographic centre of Canberra and as Wambaya Cresent is very close to the Tuggeranong Expressway and Hindmarsh Drive you can easily head in all directions to get to anywhere in Canberra within 20-30 minutes. The house itself is homely, fully furnished, clean and comfortable. Big deck with BBQ and views over the Brindabella's. Access to Foxtel, internet, netflix and a big backyard that's suitable for pets. Have a small schnouser/poodle that fit's in with other pets. Other smaller dog breads welcome.

This is a super quiet and peaceful little cottage in the well established part of Weston. Recent renovations give the house a clean and fresh feel, stylishly furnished, there are all the comforts that make a house feel lived in and homely. Looking for an active housemate to share with two similar mature aged singles. Both professionals, one has own consultancy business and mostly works from home, the other works for APS. Generally we’re either out playing tennis, hiking, cycling, kayaking, going to the movies or catching up with friends in the evenings and on the weekends. TV not a focal point, and strictly a pet-free/smoke-free household. If you love gardening that would be considered an absolute bonus! Your bedroom has a super comfortable bed with 4 large storage drawers, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables/LED lamp, and a desk. The bathroom is shared, we just consider the others routine preferences and there aren’t any issues. Considerate, respectful housemates - life doesn't need to be complicated unless you make it so ;-) The house is insulated brick with solar power, generating around 75% of household usage, and rainwater tanks plumbed into whole of house cut down on water usage. Great airflow throughout, air conditioning only used during heatwaves if at all. The lovely back veranda area, complete with a hammock, is so peaceful for a snooze or quiet read. The deck is perfect for alfresco dining also. Lots of bird life in the back garden which add to the peaceful ambiance. 5 mins walk to bus stop, 10 mins walk to Coolaman Court shops, restaurants and other facilities. Westfield Woden just 3 km away, so walking distance or an easy bus ride. Canberra Hospital 4 km, ANU 8 km, CBD 8 km. Easy access to main arterial road network and bike ways. There is lockable storage for your bicycle or kayak.
