You will have the main bedroom which comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, linen (if required) and two bedside tables, one with a lamp. The room has a built-in wardrobe, block-out curtains and a lockable window. The rest of the property is also furnished. There are two courtyards, one at the front of the unit and one at the back. There is currently no outdoor furniture but both courtyards could fit a small table and chairs. The unit is in a quiet complex, the neighbours are friendly but everyone tends to keep to themselves. Waramanga in general is a very quiet and safe suburb, mainly families and older people. The local shops (and bus stop) are a 5-minute walk up the road, or you can walk to Cooleman Court in about 15 minutes.
I am 18 and am looking at moving out of home for the first time into a share house. I currently work two casual jobs but am looking into getting steady full time work. I do not drink or smoke. I enjoy hanging out with friends and going to the gym and get along very well with animals. I am an avid cooker and love to spend time in the kitchen coming up with new meals for everyone to try. I tend to keep to myself and love privacy, also enjoy a friendly chat from time to time. Looking to either team up with like minded people wanting to move into a larger home or a free room :)
Hi There, I am looking for long term rental/share house. I am a young, working professional I work for ACT Health and currently studying business management with view to studying nursing. I am looking for affordable renting options while I finish of my studies. I am really out going and energetic and find that I can get along with anyone. I really enjoy socialising and trying new things. My favourite thing to do in my down time is watch scary movies and visit family or brunch. I am pretty open minded and love engaging in deep conversation. I am reliable and not afraid of hard work especially when it comes to keeping a house clean. Hey! I am a young health professional working full time Monday to Friday. I have lived in Canberra for four years. I enjoy some quiet time alone but also love a good chat, glass of wine/beer or cup of tea as well as an adventure. I enjoy keeping active and playing sport, as well as going out for brunch or dinner on the weekend. Ideally, I would like to be able to find an unfurnished room with my own bathroom/ensuite. I am also open to teaming up with someone to find a new home! I am clean, tidy and respectful of others.
Ryan and I are both hard working professionals in our respective fields (public service and jewellery sales) who are mature, easy going, clean and respectful. We both enjoy socialising and group activities (boardgames!!) but are also very respectful of others need for space and privacy. We are happy to provide referees and proof of income as well! Thankyou for your consideration! Eloise
I am super bubbly, tidy, down to chat and love animals. Also work full time so won't be too much of a hassle around the house a lot.
I'm quiet and Independent but also friendly and enjoy good conversation over interesting topics... Like, what way the toilet paper should go or is pineapple on pizza acceptable. I am an out doors guy and spend most weekends either working, adventuring or socialising. I have this great habit where I clean up after myself. Although I don't consider myself a neat freak, I am a tidy dude. I work full time in Fire Management for ACT Parks and Conservation.
Hey I’m max I moved out of an abusive environment when I was 16 and never looked back, I really want to finish yr 12 at dickson colledge but won’t be able to unless I can find long term accommodation. I’m trying not to stress but i only have 3 days to move out and nobody is replying which means I will end up homeless again. I was staying with some really nice people but they are moving out of state in two weeks so house has become unavailable, so as soon as a place is available I would move in immediately. I have a job at a wearhouse and work as much as I can. I’m a clean, consider others and hope you can look past the fact I’m 17.
I am trustworthy, quiet, respectful, clean and tidy. I work 6 days per week. I am relocating from Darwin to start a new job in Canberra. My family will be relocating at the end of June. I enjoy eating out, socialising on week ends, I enjoy a glass of red wine. I would like to take up mountain bike riding.

Hi everybody! James and I are looking for a housemate for the 3rd bedroom in our home in Rivett. We're both public servants who have recently moved to Canberra. The house is recently renovated, with 2 bathrooms, heating and cooling, epic garage, built-in robes, electric blinds, nice big backyard. Communal areas are fully furnished, including whitegoods, kitchen equipment etc. you'll need to furnish the room. Rent will be $183 per week. We are both clean and respectful, and like a quiet wine or two. It’s a great spot to live, it’s easy to get to and is nice and quiet.

Hi there! I am a happy and friendly person who loves life. I enjoy the outdoors and sports, even in the Canberra cold! Always up for coast or snow trips, and a few backyard ciders here and there! I love to cook though that can be a bit hit and miss sometimes haha. I'm a respectful individual who works fulltime (journo) and studies partime (ANU). I enjoy living with other people. Honestly I think I am mostly great to live with because I enjoy making a house feel like a home. I think that's really important. :) I also love love love music! I enjoy watching homeland and how I met your mother... and basically every other show on netflix. So please shoot me a message if you're like minded and have a decent size bedroom I could fit a bed and a desk and still be comfortable in! :)
I am a public servant relocating from QLD to Canberra for work. I am clean and considerate. I enjoy my alone time, but I am also sociable and look forward to getting to know my flat mates. I love animals, especially dogs. I’m vegetarian but have no objection to living with non-vegetarians, as I believe this is a personal choice. I enjoy a few drinks, but not too many as I like to make the most of the day and get outdoors bushwalking, jogging and doing yoga.
