Nice big four bedroom house in a great location. Short walk to Stirling train station, close to freeway, Innaloo and Karrinyup shopping centres, 10 minutes from the beach or the city. The room is a great size, fits queen size bed and furniture with room to spare and also has a walk in robe and air con. Room shares the upstairs bathroom with two others. The house is fully furnished but the room comes unfurnished.
Hey, My name is Joanna I’m 19 and currently looking for a room to rent or to teamup with people. I am confident bubbly and fun. I’m very respectful of privacy & understand the need for quiet. I enjoy making friends and having a chat so it would be great if we became friends aswell as I’ve moved from Geraldton. I love to cook and I love my music so you’ll occasionally hear me singing in the shower but I promise I’m not that bad. Haha Looking for like minded people. I have no pets and I occasionally go out mainly with my partner. I will spend most of my time in my room or at the gym or with my boyfriend. If you would like to know feel free to give me a call or message me & we can catchup over a coffee and get to know each other and see if this’ll work.
*MOVE DATE IS 9TH AUGUST* Hey! My name Amanda and I'm 26 years old. I'm looking to move into a relatively new house, by the beach and to make a few new friends. I work full time in the city at a Law Firm - Monday to Friday and I like to go out on weekends, I enjoy socialising. I'm friendly, neat and I enjoy cooking. I like to keep active so I exercise every day (would be great if I had a buddy to join me) but I also enjoy being lazy watching netflix and some days will keep to myself. Moving out on the 9th of August and would love to move straight into another house.
Hey! My name is Shannen and I am 23 years old. I am a full-time law student at Murdoch University and I work part time on the weekends which means that rent and bills will be paid on time. I consider myself a bit of a clean freak. Always up for a chat or drinks however will most likely be spending my time at my boyfriend's place or studying at home or uni. PS. I have a 3 year old DSH Ginger cat, so I am definitely looking for a pet friendly place as he is an inside cat. Desexed, microchipped and toilet trained. Don't worry he won't get in your way, he sleeps a lot.
21 years old, looking for a modern home with people who are like minded and easy going, preferably in their 20’s currently working full time weekdays and night shift job on weekends (optional) I have a small cat who isn’t too fond of other pets, but is fine with smaller and/or gentle dogs. ☺️🐈
Hi there! I'm a 29 yr old Australian teacher having just finished my degree last year.I come from a small coastal town in WA but have lived up here for 7 years now. Highly positive person who works as a nanny part-time and really enjoys working with young children. I'm very responsible with bills ect and enjoy meeting new people. I can be a bit of introvert sometimes but very happy to chill, relax and socialise with a wine every now and then. Looking for a place to get my bearings and figure out what the rest of the year has in store for me :) Thanks look forward to hearing from you soon, Danica(Dee)
My life is music so I have a creative job. Would be good to have a housemate that is down to earth and friendly.
Ask my flatmates! ☺️ I’m currently working for the courts, I love to travel and just getting back into the gym, yoga and fitness. I love the beach and getting out into the Perth sunshine, camping etc. I’m looking for something close to the beach. I’m Perth born and bred. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of others. I’m mature and keep to myself a fair bit but also very social and friendly. I am looking for an unfurnished room with storage space and plenty of areas to chill out in. I would like a bigger sized room to fit QS bed and drawers etc in with a built in wardrobe and lots of natural light. Ideally, my new housemates will be friendly and have a good positive energy. And be clean and tidy, enjoy having a wine together occasionally, meal, chat etc. Any questions just ask.
Hello potential room mate/s :) Ive moved here from brisbane in december 2016. Im a very fit and active person, I am currently prepping for a bodybuilding show in May so my days/ weeks are very regimented. I get tired easily but still like to interact and make everyone feel like they can talk to me 😂 I love animals but dont have any - So its a win-win for me if you do. I dont smoke and I rarely drink but i do like to be social and go out - Im a good cook and if youre too lazy to cook dinner one night, i'll be happy to make us something. My weekends are usually spent cooking meals for my next week, catching up with friends and exploring what this great city has to offer. Over the last 8 years of renting I have lived with mainly females too, so maybe that shows I'm a very clean and tidy person if all females can handle me.. I do drive, so parking would be a preference but not a necessity as perth has lots of street parking. I work Monday to Friday in the city.. I know boring office job, but I am also an online fitness coach so it’s a win for you if you are looking to improve your fitness and nutrition. I think I have covered everything about me, only thing to do is meet me in person and see for yourself if you like me - Im also looking for anywhere between 6-12 months, maybe less but as i've moved here from brisbane. i'm trying to find a place where I can start to build myself and not have to move around a lot.

Hi I'm Rachael. I am a 20 year old who is down to earth and easy going, as well as passionate and bubbly. As a WAAPA graduate (Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts) music is my life, and part of my wage comes from gigging. When I'm not gigging I am songwriting and working part time in childcare. I am an introverted extrovert, which means that I am happy to keep to myself, but also love socialising- very good when it comes to the balance. I am an honest and conscientious person who is tidy and always willing to help when a hand is needed. I am responsible and can be trusted to pull my weight around the house. Currently looking for a share house that is preferably furnished with internet and bills included in rent. Flexible when it comes to private or shared rooms, however a private room is preferred as I require a space to write and record my music. Would love to share with people who are bubbly and easy going like myself, and also value the importance of respect and understanding. Looking for a sense of home and friendship :)
I have 5 years of experience living in a shared house with a variety of people, from all walks of life during my time in Murdoch University. I am: 1)clean and will always clean up after myself. Am willing to do my part in maintaining the premises. 2)a generally quiet person. Not really into partying as I prefer to spend my time watching shows or playing video games in my room. 3) prompt with payment. 4) open to feedback from anyone of my housemates if I am doing or not doing something which upsets them.

I got a job in perth CBD working casual hours, would be great if there is public transport close by since I wont have a car. I’m easy going, like to keep things clean and respect privacy. Not into wild party’s, but love to have a chat and have drinks/dinner every now and then. Would love to meet and see your place, just message me anytime :)
I'm an Australian out going, fun, tidy and responsible 18 year old. I'm looking for a flat mate but preferably a FIFO worker. I'm a bartender and waitress. I own a puppy, she's an American staffy. I'm a fun, easy-going gal who likes to lick rocks (geologist) and meet new people! I've lived out of home for the past 4 years and think I make a pretty great housemate. I'm tidy, easy to get along with, and respectful of other peoples space and belongings. I'm moving to Perth from little old Tassie to start an new job in the mining industry (FIFO), so if you think I'd make a good addition to your house, let me know! My start date is ~11th June, so I'm in desperate need of a place to live!
