The property is on 23 acres with amazing views all round. It's a large three-story, four-bedroom house with three bathrooms. It's reasonably modern and is partly solar-powered. The bedroom advertised has its own bathroom next to the room and a private outdoor patio.
Hey I'm Bron. I'm a busy caterer with a small business making juices, smoothies and health food at the Markets in Murwillumbah. I'm also catering 5 nights a week at a retreat in the Tweed Valley. I can be a bit of a phantom housemate but a very respectful and tidy one - especially in the kitchen. I'm 29 years old and vegetarian, though the diet of housemates doesn't concern me. I'm an introvert but not a total recluse and I have a sense of humour. I kicked the habit of smoking last year and now prefer living with non-smokers but that's also not a deal breaker. I take responsibility for myself and I'm very communal minded when sharing space - reciprocity in that respect makes for a harmonious house. I've done loads of traveling but am settled in the area for now. I've been living rural, I'd love to stay rural for the tranquility but am flexible on that. My main goal is to grow my business and find a suitable place to do that. The cherry on top of this milkshake is that you can expect a bit of cake or muffin every time I'm in a baking mood :-)
Hi, I have a landscape design and construction business which I have just relocated back here, and I'm also currently studying online. I'm moving out of a short term rental around the 11th of September. Though all this keeps busy, I enjoy socialising, outdoors, nature, and my teenage children live in Burringbar. I clean up after myself and like things tidy. I'm a casual smoker, but not inside. I'm looking for a place with storage for tools and a room large enough to set up a small drafting table in.
Its very beautiful, peaceful, spacious 32 acre property. Plenty of space for planting vegetable gardens etc easy walk or 2 minutes drive to the local shops, 15 minutes drive to the beach - 30 minutes from Byron Bay ... seeking stable long term flatmates especially people interested in gardening, planting veggies, flowers etc
I am from a small country town so I do enjoy the simple things in life. I like staying active and going to the gym. I am looking for a place to stay for 6 weeks whilst I am on my speech pathology placement.
I am 25 years old. I currently work full time on the GoldCoast. I enjoy the gym, fitness and the beach. I am looking for either a studio or a granny flat. I am a clean, tidy and respectful person.
hey! my names matt, I'm 29 years old, originally from melbourne now living on the gold coast, currently looking for a share house to call home with like minded people. I work full time as a audio visual technician at the gold coast convention centre. I'm also music producer/vinyl enthusiast. I love travelling, nature, skating, mountain biking, hiking, camping to name a few things. I am a pescatarian and generally very health conscious. I'm pretty easy going and chilled out, love to have a laugh and always down for a chat. anyway, get in touch if you think i would be a good match for your house or if you have any other questions, able to move whenever suits. thanks!
Ideally somewhere for 3 months or more! Due to a number of circumstances, we need to find an affordable and comfortable place to live as we are staying with friends and family temporarily. Jarryd and I have been together for nearly three years. We are tidy, respectful and will clean up after ourselves. We are quite private people however we can most definitely be very sociable at other times. We enjoy being out in nature, binge watching TV Shows/Movies, listening to music, having a quiet drink. We both have odd sleeping hours due to medical reasons and studying online so ideally we are looking for an independent space, or sharing with 1 or 2 other people where TV or music (not loud) coming from our bedroom wouldn't disturb the other housemates. Realistically, given our situation, we will compromise where we can and ensure the same comfort and freedom we want from a home, will be passed on to others. We both have a broad spectrum of interests, are quirky, fun and also very mature for our ages. If we can find stable accommodation my partner and I will continue with our studies (I study Business/Laws part-time and Jarryd studies IT and Cybersecurity full-time unless he is able to find part-time/casual employment where he would reduce to a part-time study load).
