Hello! My partner Simon and I recently moved to Hobart from Sydney and are looking for a place to call home. The housing crunch here is making finding a place tricky, so we thought we'd try this site! Simon works at Target and I work at Bunnings. We're planning on beginning tertiary study in the near future, but will continue working while studying. We've rented multiple properties in Sydney and can provide rental ledgers showing that we've never ever missed rent payments. We've also always received our bonds back in full and leave properties as clean as when we moved in. We're a fairly quiet couple who enjoy cooking together and nights in with movies. We're planning to stay in Hobart for years, so we're looking for long-term accommodation.
I am a 21 year old female in my final year of my Nursing degree at Utas, I spend most of my time studying, travelling to Launceston for uni, or working at my two jobs, I much prefer staying home relaxing in my spare time over partying and drinking. I am a very tidy person and take pride in my belongings and my home. I do not have any pets, and i do not smoke.
One furnished room with bathroom in a house I own which is only 2 years old. In a quiet area with parking. I would prefer non smokers, age or gender is not an issue. Wifi and cleaner (once a month) is included in the weekly price. All other bills your responsibility, which we can discuss a 2 weeks rental bond is required.
Newly renovated modern 2 storey house, right on the Derwent River, with views of Mount Wellington. Unfurnished room available with shared bathroom, built-in wall heater and built-in wardrobe. The house has two large balconies, a spacious deck and a fire pit at the bottom of the garden. Unlimited internet available at $28 a month per housemate. Water included in rent, but power isn't (paid quarterly). Bond is $300.
Hi flatmate(s). I am easy going, clean, tidy and respectful, private and quiet. I am away a fair bit as i am travelling from time to time. Prefer the Eastern Shore but not necessarily if the right house and flatmate comes along. I have been in Bellerive now for a year and planning to stay here i Hobart. Single Australian female chronology 48 but young at heart; returning to Hobart to take up a government role. My cat April and I are seeking a room or team up with 1-2 other people in the greater Hobart region by early to mid march for a long lease. Seeking housemates who are neat and tidy and respectful of others . I don't care about your age, where you come from or your life partner preferences. Non smokers please. I don't drink but I don't mind if you do socially. I am friendly and very neat and respectful of people needing there own space. April is a 13 years old (approx) she does inside and outside (in a cage and learning to like her lead) so need a small yard, balcony or courtyard. We are both well behaved, neat, reserved but friendly when we gets to know you. I love going to movies and have an inquisitive mind.

We are a couple looking for a a great place to live. My boyfriend and I met in Canada while he was over on a working holiday visa. Now I'm over here on my working holiday visa. We are looking to explore around Tasmania taking in all the sites while still having a cozy home to come back to while working. We love to cook. We mostly keep to ourselves but also down to hang out with good friends from time to time.
I get along with a wide range of people, I enjoy a good laugh but also respect personal space and people wanting to do their own thing. I spend my time studying Interior Decoration, reading, walking and you’ll generally find me at the pub with friends.
I am a 23yr old male. Currently living in Cambridge holiday park and employed part time. I just recently moved to Hobart to study full time for a diploma in aviation at the Cambridge aerodrome. I'm very clean and tidy, quiet and respectful, Non smoker. I generally keep to myself, but don't mind socialising. I enjoy cooking, and am more than happy to share any and all cleaning duties. In general I live a pretty healthy active lifestyle, I love the outdoors, I'm into gym, swimming, yoga, and eating well; although I'm not against the odd pizza beer and netflix binge. My course starts on the 1st of March so I'll be looking to move down on Wednesday. If you have any questions about me or anything at all, please don't hesitate to ask.
We are a fun, quiet and respectful international couple that mix well with people from all nationalities. Normally keep to ourselves and don't cause issues for other tenants or neighbors, respect other people boundaries. Have rented our own place in Melbourne for the last 6 years with little or no issues. Always looking forward to living with and meeting new people.
Working and studying full time. Looking for a place for a few months. Clean, tidy and pretty chilled. Love getting outdoors, cooking, reading and adventures.
I am a 27 year old guy, and I study management in Hobart and will be here for one year. I am not working at the moment but seeking for it, and I am looking for a houseshare or a room preferably with roommates to live in for my time in Hobart. I take pride in keeping my room clean, and to respect my roommates and their space. I must say that I am a very friendly and outgoing person, who loves to interact with people, and I do love a good chat. I am a very positive person, and I always try to look on the bright side of life. I consider myself a good listener as well as one to turn to if you want to forget your sorrows for a moment or two. I love being outdoors, being active and to experience my surroundings in new and fun ways. I love a good glass of wine and the occasional night out on the town, but I also spend my weekends travelling or exploring the area. I enjoy great literature. For my time in Hobart, I will mostly be spending my days at the college and job probably and my weekends exploring Tasmania. I would love to find a vegetarian mate if possible otherwise I am flexible with others too. I really hope you will consider me as a future roommate, and I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Pradeep
