Hi there! I am a twenty-four-year-old female looking for a new, creative share house or unit to live in from February onwards, preferably with a year-long lease, and not too far from the city. I have just completed a Bachelor of Music, and am looking to continue studying a Masters in Counselling. I am interested in music, and I enjoy going for walks, drawing, cooking, reading, knitting and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy chats and sharing cups of tea, but also like my introvert recharge time, as well as respecting others’ need for space. I do a bit of singing, so I sing around the house sometimes, but never at hours that convenience others. I like mornings, and having the occasional dinner party. I can contribute well to the smooth functioning of a share house by regularly chipping in with cleaning, doing the gardening, putting bins out, paying bills on time etc.
Big house. Private room in granny flat separate building with full access to the main house facilities. Brand newly renovated first tenant. Renovated house. Not far from the city. Public transport access and parking onsite. Friendly tenants. Bus stop in front of house. Close to Feathers Hotel, IGA Supermarket, restaurants, gym and wildlife walks. Close to Burnside Village. Total costs inclusive of rent and bills per week $150.
I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.
Currently studying a PhD under scholarship and tutor casually. Very clean and tidy housemate, happy to contribute to the household but respect privacy and always pays the rent and bills on time :) Move date is a bit flexible
I am currently an undergraduate student going into my third year of study at university, I work casually and am employed at two jobs. I am a neat, easy going and sociable individual. I am currently living in a share town house with two housemates, which I have lived in for the last two years. Ideally would like to move somewhere in similar location to where I am currently based. Also would prefer to move in with housemates of similar age and females.

Very comfortable house with large living room, spacious kitchen and dining areas, large backyard and patio. Fully ducted air-conditioning through bedrooms and living areas. Grocery store, pharmacy and excellent bakery across the road. Close proximity to public transport and 15 minutes from the city by car.
Three bedroom house in Rosslyn Park. There are two rooms available to rent that will share a separate bathroom and toilet. Bathroom has a shower and a bath, although I'm not sure that the bath will fit a full size human, could be OK for a short person or someone that likes to be cramped when bathing. Toilet is just a toilet but I'm sure it's perfect for having an epiphany. Both rooms are large enough for a king sized bed plus furniture and each has a built in robe big enough for a full sized person to sleep in, if you like to sleep standing up. House has a large kitchen with a gas hob. There is also an empty lounge that I don't use and it's ripe for decoration! I've got Foxtel installed and won't be asking anyone to help pay for that, but if you'd like to use the Wi-Fi you'll have to front up some cash! The place has a large-ish back yard with grass. Unfortunately it's probably not big enough for a game of Back Yard Cricket but it's more than ample for a picnic if you don't like to stray too far from the house. I've got a BBQ that will be perfect for that outdoors cooking experience if summer ever arrives in Adelaide. Unfortunately there is no pool, however there is reverse cycle air con in all bedrooms and I've got a freezer if things get really desperate. The driveway has a drive-through garage, space for one car in the back and one in the front with no-limit on street parking. Flatmates will be welcome to use off-street parking although it's a single lane drive way so the parking order will need to be a precisely coordinated effort. House is close to Penfold's Winery (in vino veritas), Wattle Park Shopping Centre (with and IGA AND award winning pies), Norwood Parade (this place is pretty popular I've heard), Kensington Gardens (plenty of grass here for Cricket) and also located right next to a shelter where buses stop and take you places. Flatmates will be required to sign on to the lease, no smokers and unfortunately I can't have cats or dogs due to the lease. Fish may be accepted on a case by case basis.
Neat and independent. 5"2. Happy to contribute to household duties - would most probably enjoy helping to clean. I like to keep to myself and will respect your boundaries, but I'm also up for a chat. Usually quiet. Career orientated and disciplined. New to the living out of home thing and would love to have the experience with some lovely people!

Hi! I'm a graduated BA student, going into Masters of Teaching next year. I work in a bookshop. I like reading, watching documentaries, cooking and exercising. I have a small, old dog. He is toilet trained, doesn't shed hair, and doesn't bark or bite. He's fine with other dogs. I'm not a big partier. Looking for a friendly house that also respects needs to study. Also, I'm both gluten and dairy intolerant, so prefer to do my own cooking :S
I am Kenyan and in Adelaide to pursue a full-time PhD. I value cleanliness, neatness and privacy. I consider myself to be diplomatic, diligent and reliable. I am into gaming, watching English/European football and play some bit of chess. Occasionally, I enjoy going out, travelling and exploring new places around me!
Great location off main roads but close to bus stop and not far from city - a large modern clean fully furnished house with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms - good size laundry, security gate and intercom outdoor BBQ area - large fully equipped kitchen two living areas with large flat screen TV plenty of storage space with connected garage and loft room with built ins ceiling fan and queen bed supplied if needed
I am looking to rent out two rooms. There are three available, so we are looking to negotiate based on what is preferred by you. There are two standard size rooms, but a bigger room which will cost a little more. There are furnishings available, such as chest of draws, wardrobe and bed in each room. Plus a desk for each room. There is a spacious kitchen and lounge area. It is air conditioned and with internet. The house is close to local shops, with about 5 minutes to the Parade and 10 minutes to the CBD. Must be friendly and responsible around the house.
Recently moved back home to Adelaide after living in Sydney for three years and I'm looking for a place in the eastern suburbs. Working full time in the media industry and I'm friendly, easy going, tidy and someone who enjoys cooking. When I'm not working I try to stay pretty active - gyming, hiking, catching up with friends, eating out but I equally enjoy being at home with a good TV show, movie or gaming.

Hi! Chris and I are people who appreciate a quiet night in playing cards or going out for a long walk. We are clean, respectful of privacy and space, and in general are looking for a great place to stay in our last few months in Australia. Chris is a Pommie and I'm a Yank. We've been traveling around since March and now we're working in Adelaide and want a place to call 'home' as we do so. We love meeting new people! We are fans of dogs, cats, the outdoors, gardens, reading, documentaries, and the ocean. If we sound like a good fit, we would love to meet over a coffee or perhaps for a trial to show why we are great people to have as flatmates. Best, Marian and Chris
I'm Spanish and I'm going to study English in Adelaide at language school and also will try to find a job with my student visa. I'm a quiet, tidy and cheerful person. I forgot ...love animals, so if you have dogs or cats, I'll be the happiest woman :)
