The second bedroom is available w/ shared bathroom in this large, 2nd floor apartment in Cairns North. We have in-unit laundry, built-in closets, a small private balcony, AC in every room, dishwasher, cable/Internet, etc. Good street and visitor parking. Apartment complex also has a centralised pool.
Utilities (electricity & cable/Internet) are included in the rent.
The location:
A quick bus trip or a 20 to 30 minute walk to the City Centre and Cairns Central Shopping Centre and all local shopping and attractions. Being downtown, it’s also a quick walk to restaurants and bars. Basically all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about parking or a big commute. Public transport is a short walk to Sheridan Street. Medical Centre and Pharmacy just a short work in either direction.
