Neighbours and other tenants are lovely, mostly international, and respectful. This studio is in a lovely, safe area between Hobart CBD and the University campus, located near the Sandy Bay shops, cafes, and transport. Woolworths supermarket is virtually across the road and both the Asian supermarket and Coles are close by too. Sandy Bay is a stroll to Hobart city and the beach and right next to Battery Point. An easy walk to the Salamanca Market to pick up produce on the weekend. Please feel free to ask for an inspection.
