We are a well established friendly local based student accommodation in Sandy Bay. It is in the centre of the commercial district in Sandy Bay, within minutes walk to the University. It is directly opposite Woolworths and is situated closely to all the shops and restaurants. Also just a few minutes drive to Salamanca and the city.

There are 2 modern fully equipped kitchens, a living area, a dining area and laundry facilities for guests to share.

Every room has its own key, and the building has an onsite manager, secure doors, and private parking.
