About the flatmates

The property is a standalone two storey, 4x2.5 bathroom with some offsite parking within a secure complex of 5 other townhouses. It is fully furnished and pretty well equipped. It has a small courtyard with BBQ etc.

Purchased as a family unit so our children could be accommodated during their University years it is located walking distance to Curtin Uni, just inside the Bentley postcode.
Easy access to shopping, public transport, and to the freeway and 20 mins approx to airport as well as close to Vic Park dining Murdoch uni and major hospitals.

Currently occupied periodically by our daughter who is 24, professional, quiet, respectful and communicative working for a major mining company. A country person who enjoys playing sport, sociable but not into the "nightclub" scene. Working from home mostly on the farm, but at times in Perth. Occupying the main ensuite room is a 25 yo male engineer who has a lease up until late June 2021. He is from rural background, quiet, respectful and a very good flatmate in all ways.

We are looking to progressively lease out some of the rooms, but to have a maximum of no more than 4 guests. We intend replacing some floorcoverings in the near future.
Preferably, the unit is leased fully furnished, but there is a degree of flexibility.
