About the flatmates

The property is a standalone two storey, 4x2.5 bathroom with some offsite parking within a secure complex of 5 other townhouses. It is fully furnished and pretty well equipped. It has a small courtyard with BBQ etc. The complex consists of 6 separate stand alone town houses.

Purchased as a family unit for accommodation during University years, it is located walking distance to Curtin Uni, just outside the Como postcode and the Curtin Transperth transfer station.
Easy access to shopping, public transport outside the door, and access to the freeway. About 20 mins approx to airport as well as close to Vic Park dining, Murdoch uni and major hospitals.

Occupying the main ensuite room currenlty is a 25 yo male engineer who has a lease up until end 2021. He is from rural WA background, quiet, respectful and a good flatmate. The second bedroom is occupied by a 25 yo male geologist from Melbourne who is periodically FIFO. Quiet and respectful, both occupants tend to keep to themselves.

We are looking to progressively lease out the other two bed rooms, one currently with Double Bed, the other with King Single. Maximum number of tenants to be 4, with off street car parking for 3 small cars parked behind each other. Secure access to the property is via security gates. There is 2 bay short term visitor parking.

Some negotiation in Rent if a tenant(s) wishes to take up both rooms advertised.

We intend replacing some floorcoverings in the near future.

Preferably, the unit is leased fully furnished, but there is a degree of flexibility.
