About the property
Our place is in the quiet end of Redfern.
The entrance door is seperate to the pub, & all rooms have a security key, only you & me have a key.
The furniture is mostly new, all mattresses are new.
We have sheets & pillows, you will have to clean yourself.
Kitchen bathrooms & laundry are all shared, 3 bathrooms to choose from.
My office is in 1 room, so no idiots need apply, & we dont have any party people in the rooms.
Cleaners come every week, but you MUST tidy up after cooking....
Redfern is very cool village, a bit grungy, but lots very cool people hanging in the area.
Its only 5 mins to train station, & you can walk to just about everywhere...
